Kid-friendly chain known for its arcade games, pizza parties, play zones & mouse mascot.
Disappointed in my visit. The yellow car rides screen wasnt working, the lightning mcqueen ride auto selected the track before we chose, only 2 of 5 moles on the whack-a-mole were functioning, one of the guns crosshair on one of the shooter games only covered about 1/3 of the screen, have to pay full drink price for water, and the pizza cost more at the register than advertised on the board above. im sure the kids had fun, staff was nice, and the place was clean enough.
All of the photo booths were not working. Some of the skee ball games were also not working. And what happened to the ball pit???? Chuck E. Cheese isnt as fun as it used to be. But on a good note the pizza tasted better than I remember.
Its not the same without tickets. Staff can be rude, and even hostile.
Wow! This place has changed so much from the Tokens, to the "Jumping in the balls"...even the mechanical puppets are gone..."I wonder if I weigh too much to ride that cute merry go swing chair🤔...the pizza was terrible but the salad bar was fresh...the ambiance; Awesome. 🎊🥳
its clean and friendly, but lots of broken machines. maybe 8-10 broke. if it had been 2-3 id still have given them 5 stars
This is the most unprofessional place I’ve been to I just witnessed them kick out a disable child and his mother they told her that disable kids are not allowed in there facility
I have been to over 10 Chuch E Cheese locations this summer alone and this location hands down has the best crew. Toby and the other manager are amazing and run a tight ship. Chris the game tech is always on it and continuously checks and fixes games. The crew is always attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this location.
isnt the slogan "where a kid can be a kid?" okay .. so why did yall make an autistic kid leave ??? saying hes a danger to other kids when he wasnt bothering anyone. do you guys have something against disabled children ???this is discrimination!
They discriminate against Disable children don’t take your kids there
My Babies 7th birthday party. Happy Birthday Baby Ky We Love You
Hate hate hate it. I couldve gotten my children very speacail toys each instead of a one hour play at this place. 87 the frost time. For 2 kids mind you. And then 77 for another hour... got a 10 dollar dart bard in the end...this is my biggest regret in life of spending money
Had my kids birthday here. Kids had a good time, but everything was slow/late. We ended up wasting time waiting on things instead of getting to enjoy the games with the kids.It wasnt a bad experience per say, but it wasnt a great one. Not an experience I would repeat.
We were at Chuck E. Cheese today celebrating a birthday for an adult friend turning 38, and we wanted to have fun with all of our kids, so we had a pizza party! IT WAS A BLAST! We played games for 2 hours, had pizza and ice cream, and the kids all got prizes (we of course gave them all our tickets for better prizes....). Deja, our host, was THE BEST, and kept amazing us over and over again with incredible customer service and made the whole afternoon a birthday and a dinner to remember. I never thought a grown-up birthday at Chuck E. Cheese would be fun - but here I am, and it was GREAT - and the kids had a great time too!
Enjoyed this location! Nice clean! Excellent customer service. I wish the photos came out of the ride that Chuck E. Cheese is sitting next to you child in. You can buy point of minutes. If you by point you can split them between kids if you buy minutes you can not split them.
We didnt even stay they didnt know what they were doing. Didnt know how to use Chuck E Cheese gift card. Yall service was very poor and unprofessional.
Organized mess! Review packages they seem not well thought through. They dont clean the booths and tables. Very messy. They should really try harder. Also please sanitize all kids areas often.
I wouldn’t even give this place a star. This is literally the most depressing place I’ve ever been to. Half the games don’t work, the pizza taste like trash. $100 down the drain. I will never bring my kids back here. I’ll take my business to Dave N Busters.
I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. This is literally the most depressing place we’ve ever been to. Almost no machines worked, the pizza was severely undercooked, $100 down the drain. We will never bring my kids back here nor recommend it. We’ll be taking our business to Dave and Busters.
This store did an amazing job for my sons birthday party. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Our server was Kennedy and she did an amazing job. Super sweet and made sure everything was taken care of. Staff at the counter were also great and so sweet to the kiddos. 10/10 reccomend!
Employees were rude. The place was a mess. It even smelled dirty. No machines worked. Ones that used balls had none. Really disappointing. Total waste of money.
Half of the machines didnt work took 1 hr for the pizza staff didnt want to help but my kids had fun. I will be going to the one in NLR from now on
Went for my daughters 2nd birthday we just moved here from Valdosta, GA and even though she didnt play the games lol the food was great, clean, and everything was nice and perfect
The food is good . The kids had a great time . The 3 star was because the games kept breaking when we would play them. so I was very disappointed with that part especially when thats what the establishment is known for.
Tooo many young kids working here that aren’t very attentive to the guess that come to visit and honestly not much variety of fames for kids either and I did not seee chuck e not once while here for two hours
Our first time there, my son have so much fun there!!!The people was nice, the manager super nice.
By far the better Chuckie Cheese in the LR area. Pizza was good and kids had a blast. Much better experience this go around. One game had an issue and before I left, I saw maintenance working on fixing it.
Its your typical kids fun house and the staff was nice and helpful. The food took a good 45 minutes to get and the wings were just little nuggets of chicken.... Still tasted good but it was very overpriced and the prizes were overpriced (ticket wise)*Example* a large bouncy ball with handle was 80$ or 8000 tickets. My kids stayed for an hour and only made 400 tickets.
The main reason we went was for our kids to play games. Most of the games were broken, malfunctioning, or somewhere in between. The basketball and football games had completely flat balls. Guns not operational on shooting games, steering wheels not working on driving games. Adults can drink 1 beer per hour, with a maximum of 2 beers. The only upside was the food. The pizza was AMAZING! I will say when I complained about all the broken games, I was refunded chips, and the technician seemed to be on top of getting things fixed. However, I find it unlikely all those things happened just as I got there.
Another birthday. The kids love it.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was kicked out by the assistant manager bc after he complained about my son I told him that my son was autistic. He replied that it was not his problem. And that he would treat him as he treats everyone else. I told him that was not a nice thing to say and that disabled people should be helped in any establishment. He then told me to leave since I was questioning him. I waited for the general manager and he told me if my son hit someone or pulled a cord I would be out of thousands and I explained to him that my son does not hit people or unplug cords and he then told me I had 5 minutes to leave or he would call the cops.I’ve been coming here years but I just decided to bring my son with his condition and to be treated so rudely. It’s as if the thousands of dollars I’ve spent my whole life means nothing.
Wasnt the best chucky cheese experience we have had. . Server kept moving our stuff without permission. They didnt tell us you could pause the 2 hour wrist bands while doing the birthday party. But the kids had fun
We Loved it. The service was excellent, and being a healthcare worker seeing them disinfecting between people playing games was really a plus for me. Highly recommend.
The manager was very nice. Wearing lots of hats today. Small wait at the cashier but they took very good care of us!
It was perfect the staff was lovely. respectful. Ask us what can they do for us do we need any thing. And they was young adult. Some school age. I want to thank them. And will be back this weekend this was my first time there we where celebrating my grandbabies first birthday God bless yall and good job.
Based on the awful memories I had of Chuck E Cheese from when my oldest was little, I cannot believe I am rating this place so highly. That said, I took my two youngest there for the first time, and everything in there was new, updated, and FUN! Gone is having to tote around tokens and tickets, because its all digitally stored on play cards now. My $$$ went a long way, and when we left I still had points left to spend. Also, they put matching uv stamps on parents and kids, and you go out of the same door through which you enter, but not before the associate checks your and your kids stamps as a security measure.
Great place for children. My grandson just loved it. Most of the staff were very nice.Only drawback was the food prices. Too expensive for what you get.
The guy at the toy counter was really nice and helpful. Lady at the register was nice but she was on her phone and just stood there the whole time we were there. Pizza was ok and games were fun. Wish Chuckie Cheese was more than just a movie... But COVID messed that up for everyone unfortunately. Overall it was pretty good though.
My nephew celebrated turning two there. (Sat. November 13, 2021It was nice. When I was a little boy it was called Showbiz Pizza then merged into Chuck E. Cheese. Their slogan...“Where a kid can be a kid.”
Great time for the little ones as long as they are happy so am I. We went when they werent busy so we basically had the whole place to ourselves. Friendly staff with welcoming greetings. Pay by the amount of time you plan on staying for the best deal and let them play all the games they can before time is up.
Everything was terrible. I know that every service industry business is understaffed because I work in said industry and have 20 years of experience from bus boy to partner in training. There was no sense of urgency displayed by the employees, at least one member of the management team or crew lead team was rude in response to my party and myself asking to use their towel to do their job. The pizza took at least 30 minutes longer than. It should and it was still 🗑!
The one in Little Rock has almost gotten as bad as the one in North Little Rock. We went for my daughters 5th birthday and got there immediately at opening(11 am). Naturally we were the only ones there, being that we were early and it was a Monday. The hostess and manager at the desk were very courteous. The play area left a lot to be desired as a number of the games werent working correctly or in some cases, at all(one Skeeball lane was working out of six, soccer game was broke and not counting goals, water gun game had next to zero water pressure on the second gun, and there were several more games that simply wouldnt tally up the score correctly or was malfunctioning.Given the circumstances with Covid-19, you wouldve anticipated somebody coming around and spraying a disinfectant on the machines or tables; we didnt see any. We didnt eat the pizza or salad bar so I wont comment on that aspect. Just overall, a little underwhelmed.
We were there for a BD party. The kids had a great time as always. There was some disappointment because they were unable to provide ice cream in the cups for the party. ( hint there is a Walmart next door. They ran out of chicken wings. The end of the day the kids left with a smile on their face and thats all that matters.
We just went to play the games. If you are going to do that and you have a set amount of time just buy the minutes!!! Its amazing what you can get done in like an hour! It also made these pics basically free!!
The service sucked and the employees are rude! But we still managed to have a fun time with the kiddos!
Its not my top choice for fun places to take my kiddo, but the pizza was pretty good, and kids had fun. It is an okay birthday spot for preschoolers through elementary school kids, and birthday packages can include unlimited use of the games, but several things were out-of-order, not working. 4yo needed help with most of the fun stuff, older kids had a blast.
Kids had loads of fun here! Food not bad...better than I remembered. Good choice of games.
I had my son birthday party here today, he really enjoyed himself. The price was reasonable for 10 kids. The staff was very helpful.
Our first time to visit. I would have liked to have given it 5 stars but the service just didnt meet my standards. We visited during a high occupancy time. Machines were out of tickets, ticket collection machines were full which caused more back up and only 1 you g lady working prize counter. Kudos and props to those working, they should have had more help for you guys!! I will try again but management needs to schedule enough people so wait times are more manageable, 30 minutes to be waited on at ticket counter is extreme!! When you pay for hour play and half the games are out of tickets it brings your value down when so crowded and you cant play.
Awesome location to kill time with your kids. My nephew had a blast as so did I. I would of given you 5 stars if it wasnt for some of the equipment malfunctioning after we paid for the game .
This Chuck-E-Cheese treated us very very very well. We planned a birthday party, and arrived on what we thought was the right date. It turns out we were at one week early, we had scheduled the wrong weekend. However, Chuck-E-Cheese did a fantastic job of taking care of us anyway they make sure that we had everything that we would have had at a birthday party, and although we didnt have a particular server assigned to us, one of their service took it upon himself to make sure that we were still attended to. With the massive amount of people that were inside of the store this treatment was a real surprise, and a real treat. If the server ever happens to read this, Benjamin thank you so much for making a great evening for us.
