Great place for American style brunch in Central London.My wife ordered the famous French toast, which looked amazing.I ordered Steak and eggs. The steak was cooked medium rare to perfection with 2 eggs with orange runny yolks on top.We also tried the Parmesan Truffle Fries, which I think was the winner of the show.If you plan to go on a weekend, booking in advance is a must.

Christopher’s has arguably one of the best Brunch Menus in London. Their Chocolate Brioche French toast is a must have!

Had brunch in the bar area as a walk in on a Saturday morning. We were seated after only a 5-10 minute wait. The ambiance in the bar area was really nice, with a dark scheme geared towards the evening, but when we went around mid day it was flooded in warm autumn sunshine due to the large windows.We had the French Toast with peaches, and the Huevos Tortilla along with some coffee and juice. All were tasty and around the price you would expect for Central London. Prompt and friendly service. Would come again.

Decided to go to Christophers for the brunch - we had heard that the chocolate brioche French toast was worth trying. It was yummy ! I wasnt able to finish mine but I think most people would be able to. We had coffee and tea also. We did contemplate ordering the pancakes but we were too full! It wasnt too busy at all, considering it was half term.... it was a Wednesday though so perhaps thats why. We did call ahead as we were running 5 minutes late, the staff were understanding. The service was quick and the vibe inside was quite chilled. I do think they should have a better drinks menu and offer more savoury vegetarian options for breakfast as they only had avocado on toast. Another couple left in a huff as they wanted pancakes and they were only available on the weekend menu. Maybe this is something that could be adjusted? Other than that- a good experience, I would visit again!

Beautiful restaurant, peaceful ambience.Had the famous French toast which came with ice cream and chocolate sauce for dipping or pouring. Absolutely delicious, warm and soft, loved every bite of it. Only thing to fault was there was too much chocolate sauce inside the French toast.However, 100% would recommend, as I will definitely be going again.

Cute brunch date!!Honestly enjoyed trying this place out. Have been meaning to come here, many times! We ordered 2 French toasts (milk chocolate), a passion fruit mojito and caramel iced latte. The presentation is 10/10. It was soo filling!! Definitely will share one next time. Drinks were refreshing, and staff (young girlwere so lovely. I would definitely recommend, to at least try this place once! Will be coming back to try more of their food :)

This place was really cute. I had a good time during brunch with the girls. I tried the detox smoothie and it was more like a juice but it was good. It was Heavy on the carrot. I also had the chicken and waffles. It’s not like the American dish but it wasn’t bad. It came with mayonnaise so I switched that with syrup. I definitely recommend coming for brunch.

Really good steak also Halal. Their french toast is the best I ever had. However their Halal menu is very limited. They should add more Halal dishes esp. in chicken.

The interior was lovely and the chocolate french toast didn’t disappoint. However, I do think it’s not cheap and maybe a tad too much for a brunch dish. It’s definitely an indulgence and don’t count your calories!

This melted chocolate and ice cream-smothered crunchy french toast was absolutely UNREAL. It was warm, fluffy and not too sickly. The ice cream perfectly balanced the sweetness of this dish.

Always love coming to Christophers. Nice food with good halal options, although I wouldnt recommend coming here for food but dessert. Their chocolate French toast is to die for and a must have! But it is very filling.

I visited Christopher’s just to have their french toast and it was YUM! I ordered the warm brioche french toast which comes with caramelised peaches and mascarpone and omg the flavours were mind blowing! A must try! I found their service was slow and the water glasses were badly scratched up, which is off putting for me, but I would revisit as I’m keen to try other food’s off the menu.

Overpriced and no basic customer service whatsoever.The burger was "okay", but definitely not worth £22. A tattooed receptionist with a big smile on her face is the only reason I rate this place 2 stars... avoid

Christopher’s serves one of the most indulgent dishes ‘Chocolate Brioche French Toast’ . It combines soft french toast with smooth and rich chocolate and topped with vanilla ice cream, which tastes divine. The ambience of the restaurant is beautiful.P.S The review is just based on the french toast as I did not try any other dish.

Came here for brunch with my friends and had a lovely time! Food was delicious, we had the famous French toast and the chicken sandwich which was yum!! Vibe was lovely and so was the service. Good value for money, total of £24 per head with one main course each and a few non alcoholic beverages. Will be back!

We returned after many years hoping for a nice day celebrating with good friends. The service was OK. Some of the staff were friendly and others were dismissive treating us like tourists (not interested in engaging with their customersin any way). Cocktails were good though some attention can be given to presentation. We started our visit at the cocktail bar and staff were more interested in chatting to each other than serving. Restaurant was quite busy. Food was good. The best thing is their dessert; chocolate brioche was amazing hence the 3 stars.In summary good is good but the staff let this long established restaurant down in a big way.

There’s a reason why most of the photos and reviews are for the French toast - because that’s the only thing you should get when you come here. That’s not to say that we’ve tried the whole menu, but the eggs florentine was okay and the egg white, avocado and tomato omelette was super greasy.

The French toast was sublime and worth the hype. Got the huevos rancheros, great portion size and my friend enjoyed her avocado toast. Got the iced latte and tomato juice - all good! With a great view of the city.

This place is a must. I am definitely going to visit again. I was meant to take a photo of the food but it was too much to resist eating it straight away. Great service, wonderful cocktails. An awesome building decorated beautifully. Felt like I stepped back in time.

I wish I could give 5 stars, which I would’ve for the food itself. The Brioche French Toast was delicious!Service on the other hand was absolutely terrible. The waiters looked uninterested and bored. Never heard a thank you or received even the faintest smile. It made me feel uncomfortable and felt like I was bothering them by just being there.After our main we waited over 40 mins to receive our dessert, even after enquiring about it twice. Once it finally came (it was delicious luckilythere were no apologies for the long wait.I would like to apologise to the waiting staff for choosing this place for lunch. I won’t bother them again.

18pound for a tiny crab cake that was so salty it was borderline inedible. Friends medium rare wagyu burger was beyond well done.The Nutella French toasts that everyone raves about - it’s just Nutella French toast. How can you go wrong with Nutella, ice cream, and brioche lol. Don’t get the hype.Nice environment, horrible service, bad to average food, and unjustified prices.

Keep calm and eat french toast! Christophers does amazing french toasts. They were perfect! The brioche bread was soft, i liked it better with dark chocolate sauce.I got pecan nut pie with salted caramel ice cream. The pie was very sweet but thankfully passion fruit mojito came to my rescue. The icecream was really good. Enjoyed a nice brunch with friends

So been watching this place on Instagram, mainly for their chocolate French toast! Decided to get dinner there, I had the fried prawn with spicy mayo nibbles which I found very greasy and "fishy" tasting so didnt enjoy that, then had the jerk chicken tacos, which were very average, even found a bone in the shredded chicken so beware, the truffle parmesan fries were delicious but the true star of the show and the reason they will see me again is for the CHOCOLATE FRENCH TOAST 😋 it was heavenly, pillowy brioche toast sandwiched together with chocolate served with vanilla ice cream and a pot of melted chocolate on the side for extra decadence! It was so delicious and the reason why I gave 3 stars, the service I found slow and had to call for attention even though it wasnt busy but the service was friendly all the same! I recommend it for the French toast!

Lovely breakfast, good quality of food.The ambience maybe it’s a little too formal for a brunch, but it’s worth it for the french toasts!

I was debating between giving this 2 or 3 stars but ultimately for £75pp this dinner was disappointing.The steak was nice but lobster mac n cheese was a let down. Not much lobster and just flavourless. The truffle parmesan fries had a sprinkle of parmesan on with about 3 shavings of truffle for £7.50. The coffee was taken off the bill in the end as we had waited so long for it. When it did arrive, the foam art looked like a child had done it.The atmosphere was quite nice and decor inside was classy and stylish.Service was slow and we had to ask twice to be given dessert menu as they forgot about us. I understand you are partly paying for the central London location, but overall I wouldnt recommend this place and wont be returning. There are plenty of other nice restaurants in the area.

Really nice intimate restaurant. Staff were nice and helpful explaining the menu ! Its smaller then I imagined, we sat upstairs and had a table for 3.I had the apple tart cocktail which was divine. For main I had the roast chicken with a side of Sweet potato fries, that was nice and filling. Dessert was the Pecan pie with salted caramel ice cream , nice , warm and crunchy; it was very sweet though I preferred this to the french toast my sister had that.Cost for my meal was around £45/50

A bit hyped but nice. Food was very decent and flavoured. The French toast was amazing. Worth a visit for the French toast alone.

It was a wonderful experience. My wife and I came here for the French Toasts and they were divine!! I had the ones with caramelised peaches, vanilla mascarpone, and maple syrup! The taste altogether was just banging! My wife had the ones with milk chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate sauce - it was quite rich.As for the service, it was great! Staff was welcoming, attentive and friendly.I definitely recommend this place.

What an oozy experience this was. I could taste, vanilla, creamy butter, ice cream and chocolate all in one bite. It’s one of my best experiences with french toast. As you can see in the picture I made 0 effort but it still came out to look beautiful because it is beautiful. It had a crunchy yet soft texture and was very fulfilling. Another place I hope to go again soon.

Belated Christmas lunch and we had a lovely time. Food was fantastic, martinis downstairs as fabulous as ever. Both bar and restaurant are beautiful with great ambience and staff are extremely helpful.

Had the chocolate brioche french toast, which was absolutely delish! Amazing staff who brought my sister’s one with a sparkler as I requested ‘Happy Birthday’ to be written on the plate, such a cute moment. Will have to come back to try the peach french toast.I went back to try their food. I was expecting to have a more tasteful burger for that price, it was good but I don’t think I would get it again. I really loved the lobster mac and cheese, I definitely recommend trying that as it is a very good dish. It was the first time I tried mac and cheese with lobster and I have to say the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had! This time I tried there peach French toast, which was delicious! If you have more of a sweet tooth, I would recommend going for the chocolate French toast. Service is amazing and very attentive to your needs. Bathroom is clean and the interior is pleasing to the eye.

Went there to celebrate our anniversary, and went back with a happy tummy. Amazing food, great service, clean and great ambiance. We only eat halal food so there’s only a few options for us. We had wagyu beef tacos as a starter, ill give 4/5. For the main dish, we both had Canadian Sirloin steak (5/5), Chimichurri sauce for me and blue cheese sauce for my girlfriend. Both sauces are delicious, depends on your preference.And the star of the night, the Milk Choc french toast, just amazing (5/5)

Had a lovely evening of dinner and drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which also made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.

The Brioche French Toast with Belgian chocolate and Mascarpone ice cream was exceptional. Served with a flat white coffee.Disappointing service from the receptionist, who didnt acknowledge my booking and told me that there were no table seats left and that we’d have to sit on the bar stools downstairs. This wouldnt have bothered me in normal circumstances, but this was a special brunch and I was rather upset because their website suggested they had seated availability. Once I pointed this out, her tone changed and she quickly managed to locate table seating upstairs. Im baffled as to why this is happening.In any case, the personnel upstairs was courteous and accommodating.

Oh this place is absolutely amazing the french toast is the best I’ve ever had. Soft and sweet but not too sweet. Beautiful silky chocolate to pour over and amazing vanilla ice cream ball!!! Really nice decor overall good vibes in there not too loud.

We did a walk-in, but I would recommend doing a reservation if you want a sit down meal. We managed to get the high chairs after a 20mins wait.Its very busy...but thats because of the social media influencers.Ordered the French toast...which is really one of the best. The choc brownie was nice too.The service is good and the guy in the front reception is very pleasant...good customer service.

Louder music than expected in the restaurant. Overall the steak was good but definitely not the best I’ve had in comparison to others. The sweet fries were good and the french toast was the highlight.

Amazing as always! The Chocolate Brioche French Toast is truly magical. Yum! Also ordered the Avocado & Tomato Sourdough Toast which came with feta, and it tasted so flavourful, fresh and light, definitely worth it. The Egg Maryland is just so delicious! Love the hollandaise sauce, the crab cake makes a great addition to poached eggs and overall its filling. Ofcourse, Christophers is on the slightly expensive side but it is worth checking out. Starting your day with this place is perfect. 10/10

Very decent french toast! (Just beware that they can get super sweet after few bites, although the level of sweetness is not overpowering). Staffs were all friendly and foods were served super quick which really impressed us - only thing to point out is that coffee was really average and tiny, americano portion could be larger given the sweet dishes. We booked for bar seatings on the ground floor, but was seated table area which I think it’s better off 😄 Seemed like they have larger and nicer dining area upstairs.

The martini bar I didnt know I needed in my life! Amazing selection of cocktails and my need for chocolate was more than satisfied! Love the design of the bar. Amazing brunch spot. Definitely on the fancier side but my friend and I loved it. We got chocolate french toast and berry pancakes and liked both (the french toast is better). The staff were also super friendly and all wished me a happy birthday. Coffee isn’t that great, though.

Upon arrival, we were greated with a pleasant hostess who made sure we had somewhere to sit at the bar. The bar staff was able to explain the drinks and we were served promptly.When we eventually were seated for our meal, everything was clean, light and had a good atmosphere. Our waiter was happy and was knowledgeable about the food.The food arrived hot a tasty. We had the jerk tacos and more cocktails for starts, a steak and blackened salmon for the main. Everything was tasty and well seasoned. It was a nice place to go for a date and Id definitely go back.

Always a pleasure to visit Christophers. Went for a weekend brunch with colleagues and received an excellent, friendly service from the staff, even when calling and booking over the phone. Food arrived promptly and presented well: different items ordered such as smoothies, scrambled eggs with salmon, buttermilk chicken sandwich, and of course the famous chocolate brioche French toast. All were delicious. Location is likewise superb; we will definitely be back for more.

Every time I pass by this place I notice how packed it is until I decided I finally have to give it a try. You must book in advance to guarantee a table, I tried their french toast and it was easily the best french toast I have ever tried in my entire life 💯 mouth watering just by thinking about it 🤤 I did however feel like I was going to get diabetes after from how sweet it was lol 😂 but I do recommend it! Service was good and quick as well.

If you eat anything at this restaurant, let it be the chocolate french toast. It is rich and decadent and you won’t regret it.They have a few halal options on the menu already but can source if you contact them earlier. Great spot for lunch and dinner located near Covent Garden and the Lyceum theatre.

It was our first visit. The waiter took so long to tell us there are no menus and we had to scan the QR code. We ordered beef tacos, sour dough with avocados feta cheese and added poached egg, crab cake with poached egg, French toast with milk chocolate and the pancakes. Crab cake was extremely salty and smelled and tasted so fishy, we had a bite and couldnt eat it. Explained to the waiter and thankfully they changed the dish for us. Tacos was nice but amount of beef was so little comparing to red bell peppers. It would make more sense to name is bell pepper tacos. Other orders were good. Service was extremely slow and we had to call staff all the time, we werent sitting in the big hall so there were no visible staff around us. They were only few and busy running around in the big hall. Based on this visit, I wouldnt personally return.

I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich which was lovely to say the least. The brioche bun was soft and the sauce was one of the best parts. It was really nice and not heavy at all. The chips were a little disappointing at they seemed like they were twice fried and not fresh. However they still tasted good. The signature French toast was incredible! Loved it but its size is definitely for sharing if you plan on eating other food as well.
