Lata yung kanin, matabang, hindi presentable yung food. Inorder namin beef chowfan tapos binigay pork chowfan, diman nila kami ininform. Kasi binayaran namin ung chowfan for the price of beef kasi mas mahal yun kesa sa pork na chowfan then worst pa is may buhok nakakadiri. Diba dapat may hairnet sila?. Yung lasa nung pancit ang layo sa lasa nung mga pancit na nakain namin sa ibang branch. Dito lang talaga laging hindi masarap. Tapos ang dumi pa ng tray at baso.

Well I just noticed/experienced something rather strange, maybe its just an isolated incident but rather mention it so we dont have this happen to anyone else. I just bought a halo-halo & food but received the halo-halo without a spoon so I thought maybe the cashier just forgot to give me one so i asked but than she said Ill get a spoon with the food meanwhile my halo-halo is melting and food is still a long way from being served as it was very busy. But overall everything is cool @ Chowking just need to twik that customer service a little.

The food is great but not the employees behind the counter. Please teach your crew to smile and not FROWN in front of customers. Their mood is so contagious that whenever I order here, I go out with a frown on my face. What the hell is wrong with the management here. Service is slow even though there are a lot of people behind the counter. I dont get it.For take outs, always, always, no condiments.NO SOFT DRINKS. ALWAYS. They either offer you a Nestea or a Pineapple as an alternative but charge P5.00 more, and you wont even know theres a charge until you look at the receipt or can compute really well. PLEASE FIX THIS.
