2034 Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream, NY 11581, United States, Elmont
Fast-food chain offering Mexican fare, including design-your-own burritos, tacos & bowls.
This is a fairly clean location. It a lot more comfortable at the food court in the mall. If you plan on eating there get the food to go and walk to the food court area. This store gets congested because there are to many tables and not enough space for the line of people coming to orders and the line of people leaving trying to get their drinks and the line at the register where people are waiting for online orders. I didnt feel this way when I first arrived because there wasnt any there but me then 15 minutes later it got busy which was around 3pm.Theres a few employees there that are not good with dealing with people, maybe they were just tired, they were not interested in hiding how they felt.
It was busy, but the fast service too.
This was good only because the person serving me was new and she put a lot on my plate which is what should be happening because they are always skimpy with food. The African lady was on her because of that. The thing that got me was that they charged me for 2 vinegarette that I never got. 1 had some red salsa in it and another was guacamole which I never wanted
Great food, good service, no complaints
The food was on point, very professional staff.
My first time going to this location and the service wasnt good for me but the food was good.
Ice not working on a hot day only warm drinksStill selling soda
This display of food is dirty, messy staff is rude and hurry you along, if theyre out off an item they wont tell you till you already started your order, and the FLIES,,Jesus get a fly sticker or something..
Some members of my family love Chipotle..not me however..the food is great...portions satisfying..customer service courteous...yes
Food sucks... Service sucks to.. or maybe it was just that particular server.. food wasnt great either. Maybe it was just that particular restaurant
Food was really good but stores apparently need more than one rewards scanner as it was down while I was there. Cant cash in rewards if the store is not operational without a scanner.
Good food, it’s not usually an issue but I wish the store was cleaner in general.
Lines are long and sometimes the food is less seasoned. But overall, a good spot for something quick and tasty.
The food was okay but I think the employees there need to be train how to be friendly to customers or even smile. Smiles are free !
For the most part you get what you ask for, portions are good. Be careful with lunch time, theyre normally 20 minutes behind, but its chipotle, you get what you pay for
There was a manager training a new employee & I was listening in as my order was being prepared. The manager was extremley helpful, informa8& supportive of the training employee though each step & it was very pleasant to observe. My meal was fantastic, the service was fantastic & from what I witnessed, management & training is fantastic. Absolutely a wonderful time.
2nd time eating their food. Just as bad as the first time. This location was not kept clean. Table was dirty, food was all over the server area. It wasnt even that busy to be so messy at the serving area. Not appealing at all. Why why why? Ugh!
Food selection is great. If you pay with card or other tech it is 5 star. For older folks that use cash, they hardly have change so you have to have exact change.
They Are Clean Based On What I Can See Very Friendly Staff And The Food Is Great As Always
Very poor management. They charged my card for online order.I get their I had to join the line & order the same order that was placed on line.Excuse was the online service has a glitch. Ok not my problem. No compensationI wont return to this location.
Amazing staff with amazing customer service i was having the longest day ever and they switched up my day in a few seconds really lovely
I think its the worst chipotle in Nassau county, terrible staff not even education to speak. food portion and quality not good compared to other chipotle
Always pay & request Xtra chicken. But received Xtra rice instead. This is the third time it has happened. So my advice is to not pay for xtra.
The food is good but sometimes a little blind they really need to spice it up a bit
This is the second time Ive ordered here and had them give someone else my order before I even get there. I guess they just let anyone take the pick up orders or do not care.Dont order from here if you actually want your food.
The food always taste good here at chipotle. One of my favorite restaurants. Simple yet still tasty. The closest thing to actually eating FOOD and not your typical burgers w fries. .. One thing though, Chipotle needs to have wrapped plastic utensils out because its scary knowing that anybody can touch them with their bare dirty hands. Thats the only unsanitary thing in my opinion. We in a pandemic. Otherwise I love Chipotle
Tastes great, but they barely gave any meat in my burrito
Everything was fresh, & the employees were pleasant. Their was one guy in particular, who was extremely nice. He might have been the manager, Im not sure. The line was real long, but they moved fast. And everything in my bowl was fresh, unlike the Chipotle in Crossbay. The food wasnt fresh, & the employees attitudes match the stale food. This is my favorite one, so far.
I ordered food from Uber eats from this location and the delivery came with expired Nantucket’s and soggy burrito bowls that was not packed right I will stick to driving to Elmont location I will be sure to avoid this Valley Stream location due to poor food service plus the chips are always hard to chew like beef jerky
Am AMAZING experience. The Owner is an exceptional business women. The space is a GEM. Service is a 10. Shes knowledgeable, smart and personable. Run dont walk to Nadias
Always out of the quesadilla bowls so they jus mash the condiments in the small guacamole cups and use the normal bowls. They can’t roll a burrito correctly or even a quesadilla. I just got one and they literally just folded a tortilla in half. Idk how to post pictures but it literally looks like I got it from Taco Bell.
A pretty busy Chipotle at Green Acres Mall. At times its better to walk in and place your order than use the mobile app. The food has to be fresh because of the constant flow of customers at peak hours, which seems to be in the afternoon/evenings.
This store closes at 8:30pm. You can now only order online and I was standing in the restaurant placing my order at 8:25pm. At 8:32 i pressed pay on my order and it tells me the store is closed. I asked the manager and he says there nothing they can do about it. So basically I was here more than 35 mins before it closed, placed my order 28 mins before it’s closed, and yet still couldn’t get my food? Idk if it was Ubereats fault or Chipotle but it’s ridiculous nonetheless.
Their inside service isnt that bad its the online where the problem lies. Luckily 1 bowl i ordered was correct but the other was missing nearly all the toppings i ordered. The sticker on the top of the bowl had the corrct order but someone failed to make sure it was done correctly . Very disappointed. Not to mention youre given a pick up time then you still have to wait an additional amount of time . Wont be back until they open back inside ordering.
I ordered online a kids meal and a burrito bowl both with black beans, extra for bowl. First the food was cold and presentation disgusting. There was no beans on either of the meals. Instead of fajita I received raw red onions and bell peppers. I have made several attempts to receive a refund and to date no one has responded.
Why is the food Always Cold?! No matter how far in advance you order your food it is never ready and you have to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to "remake it". More like throw it together. Staff always have an attitude like you are bothering them, portion sizes are not consistent- there are times the completely omit an ingredient/item... The staff have zero customer care they pack customers into half of the restaurant using a barrier of chairs and have paid customers waiting like tuna- not like theres a pandemic or anything.
Whats the point of pick up times when nothing is ready? Ordering in the restaurant was smooth and moving quickly. The online orders are a different story. Seems like they were struggling to keep up. They were doing the orders for delivery (Ubereats etcfirst and everyone else had to wait 20 minutes extra.
First off it took two hours to make me the wrong meal, second I asked for sour cream on the side n got guac. The I got cheese salsa and peppers I didn’t even ask for. Food was all wrong n the chipotle app is garbage, making it hard to get your money back.
The food here is usually good but I recommend to go there and order it in person. I am disappointed right now because I spend a lot of money there every week and I should’ve learned my lesson not to order online. They always forget something on the order and the portions are always very small. Like half empty. Very disappointed!
The bowl my sister received from her online pickup order today, 1/9/21 was not even half full. This location does this all the time, they are so skimpy on the food that it’s not even worth the money you spend. Chipotle HQ needs to put in new leadership or shut this location down. I also saw a scary review on yelp of a worker not wearing his mask properly and getting into an argument refusing to put it on right when a customer asked. DO BETTER.
I order 2 salads, one with chicken white rice and cheese and guacamole & salad with steak white rice and cheese. I also asked for dressing along with chips. What I received was 2 cold hard brown rice with steak and guacamole. There was no lettuce in either salad. There was no chicken in the salad. There was no cheese in the salad. There was no white rice. There was no dressing. This is by far the worst experience order I received ever at a take out restaurant IMG_0334.HEIC
This place is a dub. It lacks organization and leadership. I feel sorry for the children working there trying to handle adult operational issues. Take your chances if you must but Chipotles abound so you can definitely do better.
When they opened they served walk ins. Now the same store has uber eats and grubhub and online orders. Its a sweat shop no other way to put it.Doing 5x the volume and the employees are probably getting paid the same amount.Got 4 burritos, 2 were cold 1, was room temperature.
I usually go to this location without a problem. However, this was a very bad experience. First, they werent allowing people to order in-person. So, I (along with many othershad to order on the app, which was not a big deal (they immediately re-opened in-person orders after I ordered on the app). I placed my order at 5:50 pm, with a pick-up time of 6:15 pm. This order wasnt ready until 6:35 pm, after me constantly asking for it.I then checked the order, and they completely messed it up (chicken and steak salad bowl with everything except sour cream and guacamole became chicken burrito bowl with only rice, sour cream, and guacamole). I had to return to the store and ask for the manager to get it fixed because the server and cashier said they couldnt fix it. The manager was exceptional, as she apologized upon looking at my bowl and fixed it immediately. On top of everything, they were not doing a good job with allowing for social distancing. The food pick-up location was behind the wall in front of the cashier, which is right next to the to-go serving station. The tables were clearly labeled for pick-ups by last name, but the staff apparently didnt feel the need to use it. Also, the woman placing the orders on the shelf refused to call the names out. Instead, customers had to call names out to help the congestion. At one point, no less than 20 people were huddled together; those preparing the food, customers looking for their pick-up orders on the shelves, customers trying to pay at the cashier, and people on line trying to still order. It was a very bad experience, which I assume was just a bad day considering Ive never had this happen at prior visits. I just hope they fix their social distancing measures.
Have not been here in awhile, went back with a friend. She ordered chips with guacamole. I had three chips with a small amount of guacamole. In less than ten minutes my stomach gave out on me with horrible food poisoning. Luckily I live close by, I was on the toilet for an hour with painful diarrhea..... All I had was three chips and a small amount of guacamole. Completely unsanitary and a waste of money if you ask me. I ordered a chicken and rice bowl to go and threw it away, just in case.
I have visited several Chipotle restaurants. From Massachusetts to New York. Food is good customer service could be worked on. The store that gets a somewhat bad review is the store located in Five Towns located in the plaza. I know a lot of folks frequent that store but it is usually dirty, they run out of napkins and utensils. On the serving line they run out of a ingredient the customer has to wait for it. Sometimes its a hit or miss.
They Literally constantly mess up my delivery orders . Today was the last straw for me though . I ordered 6 tacos . The first batch of three literally had 0 meat.. vegetarian tacos !???? They were FULL of rice . The next batch had a bit more meat but was thrown together in the packaging so when I grabbed it .. the whole ingredients fell out because they didn’t lay it next to each other properly ... I called them to complain while I’m talking they handed the phone off to someone else and I heard in the background “she’s bugging” stop hiring incompetent teenager to work in your store and hire QUALIFIED WORKERS with customer service skills .
I had an tire installation being done across the street. i had dinner few nights before at Chipotle, still had some left at home, but saving that for a late night snack, so i decided on doubling my pleasure with lunc there again now Loved the service and access to the mall.
My go to restaurant for relatively inexpensive and healthy meals. I always order the chicken rice bowl with all the extras. Very tasty but sometimes a little too spicy for me. Beats regular fast food. The food servers always seem to have a good attitude and they do try to keep the food holding trays clean and wiped down.
I ordered a bowl online for pickup and upon opening it I saw that the food looked like it has been mixed and squished together and it just overall looked gross, assuming that someone either tampered with it and/or simply hated their job while making it, I sent a picture of it toChipotle. To keep their notoriety Chipotle told me that gift card for a free bowl will arrive in the mail. Its been weeks and I never got that card
