The big attraction to this place is everything is fresh. Your food is assembled right in front of you. My lastest visit they were short staffed just like every other business. But the two employees there did a damn good job. Some give them a raise. I was there Saturday 10/29 around 3:00pm.
The staff was very friendly. Fast service, good food.
I went to pick up my food and they swore they didnt have the order. However, I have a pic that says they have the order and also my bank account says they received the order. That rude little man that answered the phone just thinks hes not refunding my money. :)

Portions were off and arranged poorly. It was so salty that I felt like someone in the kitchen took personal liberties with the salt/ seasoning vs following the Corporate guidelines (I dont know). Started making the extra effort to drive to the Grove City location after this. Not the first time things were OVER seasoned at this location. Worth the drive to another neighborhood.
They will mess up your delivery orders more often than not. Many times you will get extremely small portions.UPDATE: If you get brown rice you could be lucky enough to also have leaves in it!

Just ordered food from here, I work across the street. So bitter that EVERY TIME I ORDER HERE, THEY F IT up. This is the 4th time. It’s sad bc they have some really nice people working here but they’re clearly not focused on the orders. I keep giving it a chance like the turn over rate is high for everyone right now maybe they finally got some good workers. I wanna give them the benefit of the doubt but after awhile you start to realize it actually isn’t me being picky. It’s the employees not caring to make the food to order. My co workers have the same problem.I don’t want “rabbit food” in my meat/ rice bowl. Please keep your veggies for the vegans and stop sprinkling them on like you’re my momma makin’ me include them!
Waited 40 minutes (in a line that would take no more than 7-10 at another locationto reach the counter and be told that they were out of rice (and steak). Yes, rice. At 7:45 on a Thursday.Chipotle? Either cut hours or pay your employees enough to have proper coverage (and/or train them better). Absurd what you’re customers are going through. Look at these reviews…
This location used to be good. Not sure why it has become this terrible. My bowl had the smallest portions of every topping. Unprofessional!
They may get your food to you quickly but don’t expect it to be accurate. Ordered a chicken bowl which arrived without the chicken, and also did not include pinto beans which I had marked as extra. The bowl was also ice cold when it arrived. Will not order from here again.
Online order was 30 minutes late and none of my toppings were added to the measly serving of rice and meat. Haven’t had one good experience at this location.
This is the last time I order from this location. My order today wasn’t even started when I arrived and stood and waited 20+ minutes past the time it was suppose to be ready. SEVERAL times in the past I have ordered online and it’s never ready even close to the time when ordered. This is a warning for people that order online. The pick up time is usually 20-40 minutes longer than what it says .Side note: The employees are stressed out and don’t care at all. I let the employee know I was leaving a 1 star review and he said “ I really don’t care”
First time in life I ever ordered my extra lettuce on side and was made to pay. ( mind you my burrito had no lettuce on it. definitely suckiest experience ever.
Chipotle has really taken a turn for the worse. Overwhelmed employees and insufficient food items available for purchase during dinner hours. No black beans, I suppose I can live with out those, but to say you dont have lettuce (when there is a full container of lettuce on the counter but refusing to swap the empty one outis beyond frustrating.A review of standards is needed and perhaps retraining of both managers and employees, to better understand the process of food preparation and customer engagement.If this was an isolated incident, I would not leave a review, but this seems to have become the norm rather than the exception.
okay i have given SOOOO many tries to this chipotle and EVERYTIME it is the worst experience. Idk if the workers are just dumb or don’t freaking care but i have worked in fast food and know fully it’s not that dang hard. I could tell multiple different stories about the wrong stuff and ingredients coming from this location but why waste my breath? Out of all the chances I have given it, nothings changed. Chipotle, please do something. These employees are setting a terrible example AND reputation for your business and brand.

I ate a very pleasant and delicious "early supper" yesterday [8-1-2022] at Chipotle Mexican Grill German Village.I had been planning to eat at a different Mexican restaurant in that neighborhood [at the southwest corner of S. High St. and W. Frankfort St.] and then attend a meeting at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission [MORPC].My chosen Mexican restaurant had been closed. I had initially assumed that they had "gone out of business" but later learned that they are closed on Mondays.I started to walk north [towards downtown] along S. High St. looking for an alternate place to eat. Several blocks later, I arrived across the street from Chipotle Mexican Grill German Village and decided to eat there.Hidden inside of my backpack had been two gift cards from Chipotle; I had been able to use one of those gift cards to pay for my meal.I ordered my traditional "Carnitas" bowl with all of the traditional ingredients; the food had been as delicious as I remember from previous visits to Chipotle, over the years, at several different locations.I had stopped eating at the Chipotle restaurant near my home, in the Kingsdale Shopping Center, several years ago, because that restaurant had consistently been too loud and too crowded.My experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill German Village had been quite different from my experience at the Kingsdale Chipotle [this may have been because of the timing of my meal at the "German Village" location] and had been far quieter and more relaxed than I remember from my several visits, over the years, to other Chipotle locations.Printed on my receipt had been a four-digit code that I supposedly would have been able to use in order to access the bathroom. After the four-digit code printed on my receipt had not worked four times in a row, I asked at the ordering counter and was told that the actual code is a different code [that had worked the first time].I am glad to know that there is a Chipotle that is not as loud and crowded as the several other Chipotle restaurants at which I have eaten over the years.
Worst Chipotle in Columbus. The line is always 20 min, and theyre constantly waiting on food to be cooked to restock. Save your time and go to a different location
I’m not too sure if my door dash driver ate my food or this chipotle location just sucks but they forgot my entire bowl entree and a side of chips & queso. This isn’t the first time this location has screwed up my order so I guess I learned my lesson. Don’t order from here. Clearly their workers are incompetent considering my boyfriends quesadilla didn’t have cheese on it either. I worked in the food industry and normally never leave bad reviews and am understanding but this was ridiculous.
I ordered a bowl today and took it home. I sat down and went to mix up the bowl. While mixing it up, I found a dead fly buried in my bowl. So much for quality control.
Every time I go to this location they are always out of items. Today I order a salad get to the check out and they do not have dressing. The lady should have told me they were out before she made the salad. I just walked away who wants salad with no dressing. Also out of fajita veggies
Disappointed;( Chicken was burned and extra dry. Decided to leave review because it has been a pattern. Won’t comeback to this location, which is unfortunate since it’s so close to my house.
We went at lunch and spent about 20 minutes in line. They were spending more time filling online orders than serving people in front of them. Food was good once we got it.
CleanFood freshToki was moving the front line right along! The new drinks are so worth the try. Watermelon limeade is a current fav!
Terrible location unfortunately I work right across the street and would like to be able to eat here but I won’t go back Donna the girl who took my order Told me when I asked her if they had black beans which they did not have on the regular line when I asked her if they had them on them to go online and she told me yes but I couldn’t get any of them for some God only knows reason I’m pretty sure they come with the bowl but yeah I couldn’t get them I don’t know why but she flat out denied me my black beans not cool Donna never go back there again
One of the staff، a skinnywhite women in her early 20ines, was very rude with the costumer before me and with me. The place is dirty, and the protein portions are significantly smaller than other Chipotle branches.
Typically going here, the service, quality, and wait time varies drastically. Its a rather consistently busy location.The last time I went, the staff was quick and efficient. The food was fresh and had the right portion size. One of the best chipotle bowls Ive ever had. However I have had times before where they were out of various things or it didnt taste fresh. In addition, Ive been there where they seemed to have a surplus of staff but nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing.If youve ever been to a Chipotle well this experience will be rather familiar. If not, dont expect magic.
Came in and orders once I got home I realized that my pop had no flavor. My rice was super hard and the steak was burnt. I wanna refund!
Got a delivery order and they just gave me no rice at all and just completely ignored anything that I had actually ordered. The portion was ridiculously small, I noticed how light my bowl was and laughed out loud when I opened it and saw the gross mess underneath the lid. The chipotle near my job isnt like this so its disappointing that doordash automatically put me at this one :/

Hit or miss, somedays the services are excellent and other days they are super behind and you have to wait a while for your carryout order, but they have never gotten my order wrong and the chicken at this location is pretty good while other locations its usually dry and chewy.
If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. Ordered online. Supposed to be ready at 4:20. Was not ready. When I arrived, several employees behind the counter but nobody greeted me. The person at the counter just looked at me when I asked for my order. No communication at all. I actually felt like being there was making them irritated. In the meanwhile, people were coming in for their orders and Uber orders and they were starting a long line. A half hour later I asked about my order....no answer. Then I asked if I could just cancel and get a refund....no words. No apologies, nothing...just blanks stares. 45 minutes later, it was ready without apology. What a miserable place with miserable people.
Made an order for pickup and arrived at the location. It was busy, two people upfront working hard to service customers and two others I saw came from the back. One with food to go and the not sure what he was doing other than helping to keep the flow of waiting customers going. The young lady at the cashier did multiple things, pack the bags, take orders, cash out, and then hand out the online orders.
Update: Havent been ordering delivery since it sucked before, but Ive been going into the location twice a week for a few weeks. The quality has gotten much better. Updating review to 4 stars.I stopped ordering delivery from this location for a couple of months after a handful of bad experiences of gross tasting food and watching delivery drivers wait for a long time in the store while they prepared my food. I tried it out again today with the hope that this locations management was replaced and things have improved. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I still love Chipotle, just not this one.
I ordered from Grub Hub and for some reason its not even the bare minimum ! I am not asking for a lot but just the normal amount. I take one bite and already see the bottom of the bowl. I dont understand how its beneficial skimping out on grub hub orders? I am not sure how they are in person but whenever they get a grub hub order its absolutely terrible. There was nothing wrong with the grub hub delivery this was completely on chipotle and this location specifically
The food is always good here. What I have a problem with is when there are more than likely a homeless couple in the restaurant having a disagreement, and the man proceeds to physically assault the woman hes with, and the employees do NOTHING. I watched this occur, and went to counter and was told " the manager doesnt want us to call the police, theyre (the couple arent supposed to be in here anyway. " unbelievable.
If I could give this place -3 stars, I would. My first time using this place as delivery, they sent the wrong order. My first time doing pickup they said my order was "taken by someone else by mistake" and I had to wait over 30 mins for my order. My second time doing deliver the ENTIRE order was just wrong. Missing bowls, missing items, the bowls had the wrong items, and NOTHING was labeled. It was an office order so we had to open each container to see what it was. the chips bags are also tiny, even the large one.The driver went to Bexley (about 20 mins away from mebefore coming to my office, which is 3 minutes down the road from the store, so the food was cold by the time it got to us.To put this for context - I placed the order at 11am for a 12pm delivery so they had plenty of time to prepare it correctly.In short - avoid this chipotle at ALL costs unless you are coming in to order so no pick up or delivery.
Terrible every time. Delivery and in person. Waits are incredibly long, I’ve had an order canceled because the staff was screaming at each other in the store, instructions are never followed, orders are never ready on time for pick up. Genuinely TERRIBLE, I wish my app would not auto-order from this location.
I commend whoever is working to turn this place around because it is like a completely different Chipotle compared to a few months ago. I used to drive across town to avoid going to this location. The cleanliness, speed, and quality of service have improved significantly. It is day and night compared to even just a few weeks ago.
Put in a lunch order at this location and it said itd be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at that time to pick it up and they said itd be "at least an additional hour." I dont think most people have that long to sit around and wait for their lunch. Luckily, we were able to cancel our order and get a refund via customer service in the app.
NEVER order on app here. Showed up when it was supposed to be ready, no line, employees standing around talking. Waited patiently and a crowd comes in. Get my food FORTY FIVE minutes late and the excuse was, "We were busy." Atrocious. Ingredients were subpar and lacking in quantity, service was rude and unhelpful and the place was general chaos. I dont write reviews and I worked in the service industry for several years but I felt morally obligated. Do yourself a favor and forget this Chipotle location exists.
Close to home, love the idea of coming here but usually opt for other locations due to constant shortages — they just need a lot of help with management. Love talking with the staff. No lettuce, no shells, out of chicken, no water and the drink machine is running hot, no ice, usually an issue half the time or more at this location.Visiting Chipotle about 200x per year and hopeful for this location 🙏Update 08/24/21: The new team on the line is great. Seeing way less lines. They have the essentials again. Joel, Assistant Manager, went above and beyond today to make sure the place was stocked with fresh shells.
Had a replacement order for two soft tacos, they said they didn’t had soft tacos only hard. So I proceeded to get a burrito bowl, thinking they will still give it to me as my order was messed up and it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have soft tacos. Manager came up and said they indeed did have soft taco shells after I made an entire bowl and was rude saying I can’t get the bowl as the price isn’t the same.. which is understandable, but I only got the bowl because a crew claimed there was no shells. Too much of an inconvenience and confusion. I asked to just pay the difference but the cashier didn’t know how to do that and just gave me the bowl for free. Manager was too rude like it was my fault his crew gave false information on top of them not knowing how to ring orders
I love Chipotle. I do not love this Chipotle. It’s nearly walking distance from my apartment, but I drive to farther locations to get my food, and it’s still quicker, even in spite of the fact I order online. I order online to avoid waiting, but I have had the staff here wait until I arrived (~20 mins after my pick up timeand then start making my food, causing me to wait another 15 mins.As other reviewers have mentioned, this location is also always out of something or finds some other way to provide poor service.It seems to me that this Chipotle is poorly managed and understaffed. I’m surprised it’s still in business.
Ordered the cauliflower rice. The bowl looked like a swimming pool, it was impossible to identify different flavors because everything had lime taste. It was the first time we ordered this option, and I’m not sure if always comes like this or it was just a bad experience. The first time in my life I cannot finish a Chipotle Bowl, terrible.
Worst restaurant experience Ive had in my entire life. Staff was not only unhelpful but aggressively rude to customers. Food was over 20 minutes late (they didnt even bother looking through online pick-up orders until someone complained to the manager). An employee came out from behind the line to intentionally start an argument with and intimidate the customer who complained to management. After a long wait I was told my food was finally being prepared, but when I said I was going to ask for a refund, the cashier changed her story and told me they actually placed my order on the floor an hour ago (before I even ordered itand it must have been stolen, so that was my problem and I wouldnt get a refund. Even if that wasnt an obvious and bold lie and my food actually was put out to early and stolen, that would still warrant a refund. Eventually I was told if I wanted a refund I could request one online. I then asked for the manager myself and she offered to refund my meal, but said shed take care of it in the back later and I could not get an immediate receipt proving they actually provided a refund.
Its Chiptole. Do you like Chiptole? Then youll like this one.Does and has all the things Chiptole does and has.You do need a secret code to get into the bathroom which is great. To get the code you have to eat Chiptole and not go to the bathroom for 3 days. If you can prove that, they give you the code
Customer service is OK. I dont like how fast they go and cross-contaminate everything. I appreciate speedy service, but I dont appreciate careless service. I noticed some of the juices from the meat was being spread into the sofritas. Not cool, and Ive never seen another Chipotle be like this. And Ive been to many different locations.
