Chipmunks Playland and Cafe Toowoomba in Toowoomba

I had my kids birthday party here!! The kids had a fantastic time and it was great not having to prepare food or clean up.

Attended the Halloween Party tonight with my 5 children. They had a fantastic time and I had peace of mind that they were safe (and not knocking on strangers doors). My youngest son even won one of the best dressed prizes. Food was also great and we didnt have to wait long for it! Weve been to the play Cafe a few times before and always loved it, but tonight was extra special! Thanks for a great time!

Is really nice and good food and good play equipment for kids I recommend... we did my daughters birthday there are fantastic ones... we see you soon again...

Today we celebrated our daughters 5th birthday party. The team were incredible and it was so easy. Everything was done for us and they even catered for an extra child as I miss counted. The kids had a blast and the platters for the parents were great as well!Thanks Chipmunks Toowoomba for a great day!

I would give this 0 stars, but the young girls were amazing. Their attentive nature and service was incredible.However the owner Sarah is a rude and disrespectful lady, that shouldn’t be working around kids if she doesn’t have the temperament for it. Whilst I was there for three hours I watched her kick many children off the under 5’s playground just for being in there helping their siblings (this caused about 5 families to leave.), she aggressively told off my partner for HELPING by putting the balls back in the ball pit, and when we ordered food there was a bone in the chicken on the pizza, (again the young ladies were very accomodating and offered a redo whereas the owner said we were lying about it.The owner; Sarah also rudely told off me and another mum for helping our younger children on the equipment. The owner either needs to find a new profession or stay off the production floor, because the interns and trainees she has in there do a better job, and all the owner does is make it hard for them.Yes Sarah, I did go for my life. Thank you for the input when you proceeded to kick two families out.

Great playground for ages up to 11. Excellent for cold and rainy weather option. Love taking my grandson there as he has a ball. Best bruschetta I have ever had.

Hands down the BEST Bruschetta you can find in Toowoomba. Ive been taking the kids here for years and theyre STILL not sick of it. Its a good place to have coffee catch ups with mum friends because the kids will actually leave us alone! We had a birthday party here too and the service was awesome and well catered for. But seriously... try the chicken & avo melt, and make sure to get the Bruschetta. 😍😍😍

We held a joint birthday party for our 2 girls at Chipmunks Toowoomba and the kids all had an absolute ball! The staff accommodated our every need and made the entire process so enjoyable and stress free. We added a couple of platters to our package for the adults to enjoy, and they all commented on how delicious the food was!THANK YOU to all the staff, I highly recommend Chipmunks Toowoomba for your child’s birthday party!!!

Held my daughter’s 5th birthday party here with a small group of her daycare friends. We purchased the basic birthday package and they all had the best time! The pizzas were amazing, and the fruit platter was devoured! Being able to stay and play for as long as we wanted was wonderful, as there was no cut-off time. Our party host Andi was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

My son loves to play in chipmunks Cafe. I tried the vegetarian pizza today it was lovely and cooked to perfection. I hope this pizza stays in menu so when I come next time I can enjoy the pizza again.

I can here with my two boys aged 2 and 5. And they absolutely loved it. Best playground and cafe we have found. Definitely coming back. Very family friendly. Highly recommend. Would be a great venue for kids birthday parties. Or just to take the kids out for some fun.

Never had a blast like this one todayWe had vegetarian dietry requirements the beautiful chef made it on special order for us and believe me it was amazingly great .. all me future parties are gonna be there for sure

My son recently celebrated his 5th birthday here and it was honestly the best decision I made! He and his friends had soooooo much fun they didnt want to leave!!! Lol!!! There was so much for them to do with all the different activities. The party room set-up was perfect for young children, the food given to each child was more than enough, and the staff there were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to any parent wanting a place to celebrate their childs birthday!

Held our sons 4th birthday party there today. Was a great experience. The kids had a super fun time and the party room was set up well. Highly recommend for a low-stress kids party. Staff were very helpful despite being short-staffed. Recommend you book an early party time as the centre gets quite busy from mid morning.

We went for our sons birthday party — the kids love it!However, we were disappointed in the quality of what was provided with the birthday package. We spent a lot on something that wasnt very well structured or delivered.

We love Chipmunks! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed far longer than expected as the kids were having so much fun. The kids really enjoyed their food and I enjoyed a coffee knowing they we safe.

4 hrs! 4 hrs!!!!! And they still didnt want to leave! We had to send in kid retrieval party.Great birthday party venue. Good food. Take a book, tag team with your friends on who watches the kids and the rest of you go shopping, just make sure you bring your own entertainment....you will be there for ages!

If you want a hassle free kids party for 0-11yr olds this is the PLACE TO BE. We got the Birthday Bonanza and it covered everything from party food for both kids and adults to giveaways, games, with a visit from their mascot. Great friendly staff and omg! The food is so yummy!!! Highly recommended!!!

Kids love it, adults can sit down with a coffee and cake while the little ones play. There were 2 birthday parties on when we were there around lunchtime so very busy but the chef was working double time to make sure everyone got their food - he deserves a raise! Staff are always friendly and helpful, have never had a bad experience there and will be back many times!

Hosted our child’s 6th birthday party at Toowoomba Chipmunks- the staff made it all very easy for us to organise, and had everything set up for the party. The kids (aged between 2 and 7 yearsall had a blast on the play equipment and the food was delicious. Everything was clean and safe. Thank you chipmunks!

Its really good with lotsa kids running around having heaps of fun with a really good vibe. The Persons who/whom,that ? did the food cooking to table service and clean up I give high praise 👍👍 Value for money is top notch.

Had a lovely time with three grand children (all under 4). Lots of activities for the kids. Food and great coffee for the adults. Friendly staff.

Staff behaviour was very rude . Cant choose 0 rating otherwise I choose in minus.The way you replied for to us shows who is rude. Check your camera one of your girl open door for us. We visit first time. If we dont know the rules of entry its staff responsible to tell us and ask us to leave politely. If we can pay for drinks we can pay for entry as well. U should show some respect to your customers.

Kids playground was huge and extremely well maintained. Cafe area was well set out to give everybody enough space. Food had a good mixture of deep fried for the kids and healthy for the adults. Even the coffee was of a good standard

We love meeting our friends to play at Chipmunks, but I think we may have set a record, could NOT convince the kids to leave yesterday - they played from 9-5! Lucky the staff are so friendly & the food is delicious, so it was a good day for us parents too 🙂!

The kids had a ball and thought the party room lights were just the best thing ever! The food was delicious as ever! What an amazingly easy way to do kids parties! Booked online, phone call the next day to confirm details and organise invites. Payment online and easy to do. No preparing, no cleaning up and no stress! Food was abundant and freshly cooked. Staff were attentive, friendly and organised. Kids had an absolute blast and loved their party bags. I doubt I will do an at home party again this was too convenient and kids were all happy and entertained.

Such a fantastic way to spend the afternoon with the kids, they can spend hours playing and running around while parents can sit, grab a bite to eat and watch the fun. The food is fantastic, there is a big enough menu to suit adults and kids and the loaded shakes are sweet deliciousness! Everytime we go, the kids never want to leave.

My son loves coming to play at Chipmunks! Chipmunks has a lot of different play areas where children can play and explore while being active and having fun. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The play environment is always kept impeccably clean as are the bathrooms. Staff are regularly seen sanitising. Staff also care about the safety of the children. Chipmucks also has a great menu to choose from. As a parent it is a lovely place to take you children to have fun while you relax, have a coffee or a chat. The owner Lisa goes above and beyond and she and her team take pride in providing a wonderful place for children to have fun and explore.

Chipmunks is my 2.5 year old’s favourite place in the world. She loves this place so much and is constantly asking if we can go. The cafe food is beautiful, really good quality with a wide range of options and the prices are good too. Bathroom facilities are always very good and clean. Also, I like how the staff will intervene if an older child is playing roughly around the younger children if the child’s parents haven’t done anything about it, it makes me feel like my bub is safe (example older kids playing roughly in the baby section, staff will always come over and redirect them to the older section.This is great as kids will be kids but the staff always step in if needed. When people leave, the staff are always quick to clean up left over mess which I really love as my toddler has a tendency to go look at other tables when people have left and try to eat their left overs (ewwww). Best of all, the play ground is very entertaining and keeps her entertained for at least 2 hours! (Which gives me a break!highly recommend Chipmunks and feel very glad that we have this facility here in Toowoomba!

Great birthday parties. Generous amount of food. Party bags supplied. Sandwich platter for the adults was delicious.The party room was great, so much fun for the kids. We didnt seem to get our full hour in there, but it didnt matter because staff helped to move our items to a table in the play centre.One parent was charged for an older sibling to sit at the adult table, but this was quickly and politely rectified by staff.I definitely recommend Chipmunks.

Today my daughter had the best 2nd birthday ever. My wife is recently pregnant and has been severely unwell so we wanted our daughter to still have an amazing time without all the associated planning and stress. We had a full table setup reserved in the play area which all the parents sat at while watching our kids. Then the lovely ladies moved our party to the party room for our food,cake and party games. There was music playing in the room with disco lights and a great aircon. The kids had a great lunch with fruit,sandwiches and juice. We ordered sandwiches and wraps for the adults and they were excellent. Ice cream cake was brought in at the perfect time. Every kid received a full dinner set and there was masks, trumpets and balloons.We then had as much time as we wanted for the kids to continue playing. Overall we are absolutely impressed with our birthday package.My wife also got a complementary coffee as the birthday mum. Just wonderful time.Will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone wanting a stress free party.

Our daughter had her 5th birthday here and the service and experience was excellent. Every child had enough food, the facility was flexible on group size and activities. Plenty of space for parents and a separate table for the kids which was cleaned up quickly after use. Additionally the kids can stay and play as long as they like. Highly recommend for young kids parties. We barely had to do anything.

This has to be the best play centre I’ve taken my kids to. Quality play area, high ceilings and large are mean you can hear yourself think or talk while kids are playing. Food is always of a high standard, fresh and delicious.

We absolutely love Chipmunks! It is the perfect place to take the kids to burn some energy while grabbing a quality coffee and some food along with a bit of well deserved parent time 🤩 Besides the regular after school and weekend visits the Chipmunks team recently hosted our sons 7th birthday party, with an amazing space theme. He and his friends had an absolute ball. The birthday party packs are great value fully catered and totally worth it. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing. Nice place for kids of all ages. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids will enjoy the experience and every moment.Adults have variety of options in cafe from coffees, pizzas, burgers n wraps..Dont forget to wear socks or $3 to buy the socks on the spot.. ;)
