This is a place to tell a little story. When we are traveling the rule for dining is simple: local kitchen when ever possible - of course. However, the places we wanted to go in Ljubljana were all crowed. Thus, we decided to dine Chinese because we all like Chinese Kitchen.Zhong Hua was the best decesion ever because 25 years ago I used to live for a few years in Shanghai …. Diner in Zhong Hua managed by people from Hubei province was like coming home. 😀😀😀感謝中華餐廳親愛的團隊。

Excellent and pretty authentic food, nice and quick service, very reasonable prices. Well be back for sure.Many Sichuan style dishes, very tasty sweet-and-sour soup, good spring rolls.

We had a delicious take away meal of Sichuan beef and chicken with broccoli.

The Chinese dishes are not bad but we even called to book a table and were there at 7pm. Even the restaurant was not even full they were serving just one big table with 8 persons and we finally got our dishes after more than hours.The waitress was also not friendly at all and a restaurant should be able to serve the dishes on time especially even not all tables are booked. Saving unfortunately on the personelle resources and we will definitely not go there again. For sure many other great choices with friendly staff and good food in Ljubljana available

Food was really good, waitress very nice and helpful.Beef in noodles was nicely done and finely not overcook like all the meat in Slovenia.Cozy restaurant with calm music an environment.Recommended ❤️👍

Good food and reasonably priced. The chicken cubes is stir fried with sze chuan chili peppers (EUR 10.5which was not too spicy. The sweet and sour pork nuggets (EUR8.9were unexpected. I’m used to the version with pineapple and bellpeppers but the taste was not bad. Dishes were well seasoned and does not come with rice. You need to order it separately. Medium that is good for two is EUR 2. One order is good for one person.The staff and chef were asian and kind.

Tasty authentic food.But the sizes of the dishes doesnt justify the prizes. 4 two € size dumplings for 4,20 is just to much.The size of the main dishes could be bigger but they were more or less okay

Best Chinese is the Ljubljana Centre! Try the green beans with ground beef!

Amazing restaurant with an amazing staff, we discovered this restaurant on the last day of our trip and it was so good that we went there twice in order to enjoy their warm meals. You get a really good value for your money, the lady is very kind and thoughtful, their portions are generous and taste just like home.

A little expensive but worth it. Crispy duck was perfect and fried rice and fried noodles fresh and tasty. Asked for added chilli with the noodles and they were happy to accommodate

This is one of the best restaurants in Ljubljana and I am very sad me and my friends found it at the end of our Erasmus. They have the best Chinese meals I’ve ever tried - you have to try noodles,curry or sweet and sour chicken with rice,I absolutely loved all their meals. Great atmosphere,very nice service and only 3,40€ for boni meal (but paying only in cash). Recommended to everyone! 👌🏻

Nice decor; very good staff; very nice bamboo and mushroom soup but the vegetable soup lacked variety with just spinach and mushrooms. The duck chop suey was excellent but the boiled spicy beef with vegetables was bland and came with only cabbage and bean sprouts

We went to have lunch here as a family of 5. We really enjoyed the meal. We ordered some take away as well because the food was so great. They were kind and efficient. We would come back if we had a chance.

Authenthic Chinese cuisine! Tastes incredible!Might take a while sometimes and you should be careful what you order, which means that some of the food is simply boring and not that authenthic when most of it is incredibly awesome!

Very nice food, reasonably priced and a pleasant, traditional atmosphere

One of the most expensive plates that had beef was a failure. The beef was very tuff and chewy and when I had informed the server she didnt want to acknowledge or honor the food was poor. Unfortunately they lack customer service and beware of their Sichuan dishes especially the beef.

Best Chinese in town. Happend to walk past it and decided to try it out. Very good service, cheap, a lot(!of food and very tast. With 2 people 25 euros including drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Good chinese restaurant. The terrasse is not too nice since there is no view but the prices are good. Food came one by one for three people so the first person finished when the last person got the food.

Sadly I am very dissapointed. For the price that they charge for the lunch compared to other Chinese restaurants was very poor. This by far is the worst Chinese restaurant in Slovenia that I ever visited. Apperently it used to be very good, but since they moved it looks like the quality went down with the new owner. The taste of crispy duck was disguisting and I struggled to swallow it, the amount compared to elsewhere is also drastically smaller and not worth to be called a lunch.

Great place! The food was delicios. We recommed the menu with soup+main course+salad+desert! The right portions and is a very nice place with quiet music! Not so expensive and great location!

Nice dishes. If you are into spicy food, remember to tell the waitress so she can bring you the spicy food with original taste.

a very elaborate spread of options, and overall good quality of food. dont expect hardcore authenticity though.their crispy duck is really good, and most beef dishes are tender.large portions help satisfying the bigger craving. dumplings are perhaps the weakest.all in all...not too bad.

Modest but nice. Meals are prepared carefully, the manager speaks both Slovene, Chinese and English.
