The beach setting was excellent in addition to the music. Service felt real, not professional and forced but as if you went to your best friends house and his mom asked you what you want to eat and drink. The drinks a fairly priced and I cant forget the tripleta - THE ABSOLUTE BEST SANDWICH IVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I wish I couldve given this more than 5 stars

had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The food was off the chain the view was perfect. A lot of restaurants just have good views but the food is subpar. This place had actually good food and a good view. loved it. go - you wont be disappointed.

Wow, Frigate bay is the place to go for great food and drinks.Had mexican tonight. Nachos were loaded with chicken, and then had a chimichanga...too much food, bit so delicious I finished it all. Topped if off with the local beer, carib. Great service. Wish I could stay later as the party looks like it starts after 10pm and goes until late in the am. Good for families earlier though.Best food I have had on the Frigate bay strip and that days a lot. May not look tremendous in the daylight, but it is the place to go at night

Cool, cozy and spacious restaurant and bar. Great music, delicious and awesome, tasty food with a real Mexican touch. Affordable and with 5 steps, easy access to the beach. Friendly staff and always delightful to see them everyday.

Not only was there a huge scandal involving the owner and a student and how he was domestically abusing her, but also months later, men attacked a Ross student who was vocal about not supporting the business any more and encouraging others to do the same. Will never respect or support this business again. If you have respect for women or any shred of human decency you will not support this business either.Food is meh anyway. Best thing on the menu was the nachos and there are plenty of other, less scandalous places to get good nachos from.

I used to enjoy going here until I found out the owner kicks out locals, abused a students and her pet and supports a friend who is so abusive towards women. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants to visit on island.

Francesco is very friendly and attentive. Availability of menu items is inconsistent, but expected as fresh (vs frozenproduce is used for menu items.

Excellent fish tacos. The rice and beans are also very tasty. We ate here several times and even tried some off menu items like delicious grilled fish with seasoning. The service was also outstanding.

Sashi and his team run a great venue. Friendly, reasonably priced and good quality food and drinks. A must visit on the strip. Pictured Sexy Monkey, Im not a cocktail drinker but this was delicious. 👌

I ordered the Mexican Burger to be delivered to my house, along with the “free” wings deal since it was free delivery day at 869ToGo. Asked for my burger to be well done cause I don’t eat ground meat if it’s even a little red. When it arrived it looked good and well done from the outside, but once I took a bite I could see the VERY bright red middle. Tried the wings and they were also undercooked. Needless to say I threw them both out. Tried to call to get a refund but no one answered. My suggestion is to not order online from Chins. I have never been there in person so I can’t say how the experience would be if I was at the actual bar.

Hot spot on the strip for music. During the day, calm environment, at night there is plenty of bootie shaking. Excellent food and cocktails.

Such a great place to enjoy good food, good music and good friends right on the beach. Waitstaff is friendly.

Authentic local, fresh and incredibly flavorful meat and vegetables, homemade tortilla chips made to order and brought warm to the table. Charming staff, beautifully stunning location and open concept for a picturesque lookout of the beach and mountains. 11/10 couldnt have been more pleased 🙏

We went for a beach new years eve dinner. The nicest Italian couple was waiting tables and running the bar. We enjoyed our meal and the added flavor their nice personalities added to our evening! I would recommend this restaurant as prices were reasonable and we had a very pleasant experience. Nice view of an awesome beach!

Drinks were good and service from our bar tender was very good. Reason for not giving 5 stars is this establishment refuses to allow you to pay in local currency of eastern Caribbean dollar with a credit card that is not local. I asked 3 times. They force US dollars which gives the merchant extra because they set the rate to charge. This is a standard hidden cost charged to tourists preying on lack of knowledge. When traveling always ask for charges to be in local currency to avoid being charged by the merchant and your bank. That way you just get the conversion from your card.

If you are looking for a bar where the locals and students have a good time this is the place.

Went to the bar and were not acknowledged. Finally asked if they had a cocktail menu. We were told no and then ignored again. So we left and went to Mr. X next door.

Food and service was good . We had 12 people and I tried making a reservation for 6 on a Friday. They told me they didnt take reservations and se may have to waitbut it was all ready when we got there.

A nice little bar/restaurant , nice food and good atmosphere right on the strip , a good night out , the fajitas were very tasty.
