The Mongolian beef was delicious, but the fried rice was mushy.

The attention from the staff is bad, there is no patience and there is a bit of arrogance, with the food there is no problem, more than the staff

This place is hands down the best Chinese restaurant around. The hot and sour soup is super fresh and tasty. The chicken is amazing, the egg rolls are on point. The only down side is they are closed on Mondays lol.

Had the seasame chicken with fried rice and it was really enjoyable treat and was exactly what I expected.

Always fresh, fast and polite. Good hot food.Edit: after eating there for years I can say that they charge too much for too little. The quality of the food has gone down a lot and they cut corners but charge more. House fried rice should include all meats (per their menu1 shrimp and 1 piece of chicken is ridiculous for a 3.00 upcharge. The food is not worth the consistent price increases. Grey buffalo wings are disgusting.

Sad to say that this place is not what is all cracked up to be. The food has a bad after taste likes it’s been frozen and reheated. I look forward to some good fired rice. Unfortunately this rice was not cook all the way and it didn’t have any of the vegetables or meat you would usually see in fried rice. I would go there. Luckily I live around the corner so I returned the food and got my money back. I am going to try bamboo which is in the Publix shopping center wish me luck!

My egg rolls were pretty good, but my chicken lo mien wasn’t the best. I will say that the portion sizes are huge; so keep that in mind when ordering all of your food.

My wife and I release like this place and to me it’s the best Chinese restaurant in the area.

Ordered through doordash. Got here pretty quickly and food was still warm. I ordered Mongolian beef it was pretty traditional except without the green onions. There was no mustard with my order which was very upsetting as I only use mustard I dont use plum sauce or soy. Not sure I would order again as the egg rolls had an aftertaste.

I think their food is delicious , we love the dumplings and Sesame chicken. We drive extra when we order Chinese bc we enjoy their food the most!

Wheres Chinese food I ever tasted it. The pride rice look like boiled Brown rice. And the food had a weird smell. I will never go back

This is totally my go to place when getting Chinese. Their prices are excellent and you get really good portios of food for their small size foods. Been going here since I lived in the area, have tried many others but best bang for the buck

Wow, these guys are just a 5 minute 2.1 mile drive from me and tonight was the first time I’d ever been there. I ordered chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, and an order of a won ton soup (largetake out to go. Let me tell you. . . they did not disappoint in any of them. Chicken was cooked well with a tasty (complexbrown sauce, very good flavor, just the right hint of ginger, and could taste fresh bits of garlic. Nothing was overly greasy, in fact it all seemed quite on the much lighter side than most all other Chinese restaurants I’m used to, chicken lo mein was extremely tasty, bold noodles with just the right layer in sauce with a great proportion of chicken thrown in, same with the chicken fried rice there was solid chicken portion (relative to what you normally expect from CFR, lo mein ratio was great though!fried rice was also on point though, very minimal grease, all the taste notes I value and none of the ones I don’t. the won ton soup I ordered was a large and I believe it was a Quart container, it had like 8 or 9 won-tons. The price was right and I left them a nice tip cause I’d read good reviews about them on google, I’m glad I did. Great overall balance and hits darn near the pinnacle of what I expect from a good Chinese food restaurant. If you’re looking through reviews trying to find a good Chinese place, look no further, give this place a shot and you will not regret it - they’re a real hidden treasure!I’ve since lowered my star rating to 3 because the last 3 experiences I had here were just plain bad. Hopefully they turn it around, probably won’t go here again unless I’m desperately craving Chinese and it’s Sunday (and china wok is closed)

I use to order from this place all the time . But recently the food is not good at all . The chicken wing are so small and fried so hard it RIDICULOUS. Its like baby chicken wings . THATS SO SAD.

We order in from here regularly and no issues but lately the food is very low quality, no flavour, no salt, cold and oily. And tonight we found a staple inside of the sesame chicken! I dont think Im ordering from here again.

I live in Woodstock meybe 20 min oway but have been coming here for years now, their shrimp with lobster sauce and noodles are always on point, cant say much about the rest of menu becouse this is all I ever order and never disappoints!

Garlic Pepper wings are crispy and not overly sauced, but have a good flavor. The general tso chicken is very good as well.

I love this place! Been going here for years and wont go anywhere else now. My favorites are the orange chicken and the chicken with broccoli. Lunch combos are a great price and value.

We live just around the corner so every now and then its just very convenient but its very basic Chinese nothing really stands out. One thing I dont like is that the fried rice that comes with the meals does not have any vegetables or anything its just plain rice with a little soy sauce mixed in. Nothing on the menu weve had is terrible but nothing is really great either.

China Chef always does a great job. Consistent flavor and quality time after time. When I want Chinese takeaway, this is my first choice.

Family owned. Very pleasant and polite. Food is good and warm. Prices reasonable. Enjoy stopping there for their vegetable soup and chicken n rice.

If I had known the last time I had China Chef was the last time I was going to have China Chef, I would have ordered more. 😢. Every open place Ive tried these past 4 weeks has been garbage. Ive been ordering here for 8+ years and I wont order elsewhere.

We have gotten take out several times from here. Fried rice is very good, I love the sesame chicken, and my husband loves the curry chicken, he says it actually has a little heat and a nice flavor.

I eat there probably 3 times a month they have very good food big portions and the prices are great I can get sweet and sour chicken with rice for $5.50. That’s for a small and it is About 15 or more nice size chicken . They also have a lot of other Dishes for same price .

If u r health conscious u wud want to skip this restaurant. They use the worst food plate kind - Styrofoam. For to go and for dine in, they serve on Styrofoam. Food is just OK. Not great. Portions are good for a large plate. Thats why giving 2 stars instead of One.

Basic cheap Chinese take out. The chicken and soup were fine. The fried rice didnt have anything in it and was really bland.

I enjoyed the food both times Ive eaten here. Fresh and fair portions. The hot and sour is kind of Americanized so not my favorite but other dishes like Gen tsaos were good.They are not fast but seem to cook to order. There is a tiny strange angry little man that always seems to be complaining and yelling. Might be the cook. Other than that this place is great.

I think they are the best Chinese in Acworth. Customer service is great. My favorite is their spicy beef with broccoli or the. Spicy shrimp with broccoli in white sauce....always consistent....my kids love the fried chicken wings....keep up the good work.I will keep coming back....

My family and I have been coming here for 6+ years. This is the only Chinese food we will eat in Acowrth. All the food is delicious, service is fast and consistent. The family that runs the place is awesome. I hope they stay in business forever because I will always come back! Excellent place to eat!

It’s our first time trying this place and we are very impressed! Got it delivered and the food was extremely fresh and hot!! The delivery was super fast too. We ordered chicken lo mein, General Tso’s chicken and hot and sour soup. Could not have been more satisfied. Definitely ordering from this place again!

First time here. The rice is really dry with absolutely no flavor. It took 30 minutes to get 8 wings and rice. Not happy with flavor mainly. Dont mind the wait

They are very efficient. I recommend you buy from inside the store the food is fresher. Dont do uber unless you have to because you may have to wait longer than driving there. It is worth your time. Im going to break character here order from the portion menu, you can size the food based on what you want make your meal based on amount. Its fun and cheaper that way. Try buying from market price. Smalls and large portions build your meal accordingly its a mathematical portions game.

My meal here cost $550 (after insurance- without insurance closer to $10kbecause I got such awful food poisoning from their lo mein. I spent 6 hours in the ER getting fluids and zofran and still wasn’t 100%. I truly know they don’t use any sort of hygienic practices and especially be cautioned if you’re ordering when they close within the next two hours (because apparently ordering at 7pm when they close at 9pm is just way too stressful to deliver quality food). Avoid this place at all costs.

First time here and we ordered Szechuan chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan with white rice. Rice is a little bit dry and quantity is just OK.

Very good fast Chinese food. Had the lunch pork stir fry and enjoyed it. The sauce was light and tasty and had a good ratio of pork to veggies. A family of five ate for around $25 without drinks. Recommended.

Had General Tsu chicken. I thought sauce was a little thick. Had the perfect amount of spice for me. Not too hot, but a good heat. Delicious fried rice. A bit more broccoli would have been nice. Happy overall. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve never seen sweet and sour shrimp served without onions, bell peppers, and pineapple but, welp, here we are. Rice tasted like dirty water. Speaking of which, you’ll be charged for water. Egg roll was okay if you’ve never had an egg roll and you haven’t eaten in a long time.

Usually very freshly made food, not reheated. Ive been going here for a year now and have only had one unfavorable experience. They seem to keep a steady stream of customers which keeps the food moving. Braised chicken wings are good and nice size.Today, 9/2/18, was not a good day. Orange chicken was cooked too hard. Also, when I asked twice for a cup of water, as I was eating there, the young guy acted conveniently confused but I know he spoke English because he was taking orders and told me to wait a moment and never came back. I bought me something to drink at the Subway in the same plaza. Gotta rethink coming back here. DISAPPOINTING

Update 4/24/18:Authentic and fresh, good. Chicken mixed vegetable Combination Special.-----------------------------------Designed for take-out, fast, fresh, rice was good, mixed vegetables good, chicken dish good, well packaged so nothing leaked nor spilled. Easy to find. Great lunch specials.

I love the prices here, especially during lunch.The crab rangoons are bomb but the fried rice is super bland, it doesnt have anything extra in it... Over all I think its just a great option if you want a lot of Chinese on a budget.

The people are very nice, but the food just doesnt taste that good to me. Its the next morning now, and my youngest son, and I are both sick. It could be a virus, but we had very limited contact with each other yesterday, and I have excellent hand hygiene so I have serious doubts right now.My wonton soup tasted like cheap, powdered chicken bullion water, and my sons sesame chicken had a weird sour taste. Even if we werent sick we would go back.

This is a place that appears, from the outside, to be just another good chinese restaurant but instead is a great place to eat. Everything is fresh and the flavors are fantastic. You may have to wait a little longer because they are cooking it but it is worth the wait. The hot and sour soup is amazing along with the other food. Price is very reasonable as well.

The food is very good and the prices are great. I recently moved to Acworth and couldnt find a place with good kung pao chicken, but theirs is good and their wings are cheap! The employees were very nice. They dont deliver, but its worth going to pick it up because there arent any other good chinese restaurants close by.

I like this place; very convenient to where I live, and Ive enjoyed most everything Ive tried. One of the best things they have is their buffalo wings - very good for a cheap price. I think their chicken dishes are good as well. Just finished eating their chicken and broccoli, actually. It was very good.The one complaint that I do have is about their "Dinner Combos"...the combos do not come with a small soup like most places (instead it comes with a drink)...some people might actually like this better, but I would rather have the soup...

Fantastic Chinese Food! Low fat content on the items I got and great taste very large portions. Spicy Curry Chicken is a great meal and so is the Chicken and Broccoli with garlic sauce. I personally LOVE the fried rice with vegetables - it does cost extra but far worth it.

I moved here from N.Y. with that said i think the food is great. My favorite combo plate is spicy curry chicken with chicken fried rice.. and you get a good portion of it too. There always kind enough too add extra chicken. And extra spice. And they are very kind as well. I suggest you try them out. You will be happy...
