The staff is working so rude and racist,they don’t know how to treat the customer,they abuse the customer I bought the food was old and smelly i had food poisoning after I ate

This has been an old favourite for us when we first tried the Elephant & Castle branch. It has always been great but recently disappointed us. We were treating guests and ordered chillo kababs with salad & rice. The kababs were fresh but the rice & salad was off. It was such a shame and embarrassing for us as we had high praise for this place to our guests! Sadly will order less now. Please guys stop recycling your day old salads and rice - there are many homeless that you can feed if you do have leftover. On other times ordered our usual burgers but again disappointed because they keep getting our order wrong, missing a drink or just not what we ordered. PAY ATTENTION TO ORDERS!

Good customer service, friendly staff. The food taste wasnt great. Grilled chicken was a bit over cooked.

Very bad experience. We ordered on Uber eats put special instructions but clearly no one has read them. As we didn’t want tomato’s which we clearly stated but we still received them! The wrap was very hard and crispy which it shouldn’t be. The paper for the wrap was heated in the wrap so had to be careful ripping it otherwise would of been stuck in there. Hardly any meat in the wrap after we took out the tomato ourselves. Very upsetting!

Best Lebanese I have been to. Friendly people and find has also been amazing. Halal of course and tasy. Thanks brothers

Customer service was okay. But, wasnt tasty at all. No sauces on small pots like in other restaurants. Slow service too. I hope they improve their food quality.

Really nice restaurant. Food prices are good for the size of the portions. Kids love the food here.They have a table seating area but that is currently closed.

Chips was cold.....so if u r buying please make sure they cook fresh for you.I do order wedges as well...they cook them fresh...and they were hot.The prices for wedges and Large chips are £2 pound....which is unbeatable anywhere around furnham road

In the picture I what I ordered on ubereats. The burger came with all salad. Mistakes happen that’s not what I have a problem with. It’s the guy on the phone who said I should have specified no other salad instead of accepting his mistake that he didn’t follow the instructions properly. He needs a lesson in customer service. Also the sauce he put on was the equivalent of not having it on and also forgot the salt and vinegar on the chips, even though this is standard on chips as according to him I should’ve mentioned no salad on the burger as this is standard in the burger.

I called and gave my specific order for collection. I was not given any order number and was just told it will be made in 15 minutes. Once I went to collect my order they were saying to make another order there and that the food had not been prepared. When I explained that we had already made an order over the phone they responded back in a extremely rude manner and threatened to cancel my order. It is their duty to keep track of orders and accept responsibility for mishandling things on their end instead of getting angry at the customer. I have never encountered such appalling customer service and will not order at Lebanese Grill again.

One of the best Lamb Sheesh in town. I have been going there for almost 10 years and never been disappointed.

Taste is alright.The plus point is their timings and sitting area.Not bad for a quick meal on the go or late at night.Please and Thank you are words you wouldnt expect from staff.

Either its under cooked or overcooked. Even with the sauces, taste is not as great as other labenese grills around. Cleanliness of the shop also is a major area of concern...

The taste is great and the prices are good. The only problem is that they dont have card or contactless payment options.

Today on 9th Feb 2022 at 2.40 pm the man at the till am very disapponted with him, no respect, no talking nice, no customer satisfaction. I was here last week and was very nice person served at the till..thank you for him... But today no way to thank you.. Sorry for that.

Absolutely rude customer serviceI ordered a chicken shawarma and all I got was cold chicken with cold bread and messy salad

I had a super tasty falafel and hummus wrap with salad, tahini and chilli sauce..food was great, service was great and I think its really well priced. The little shop does get packed though and unfortunately they dont ensure customers wear masks despite a sign on the door stating otherwise

Great tasting food. The quarter pounders are one of my favourites and they taste great. The sarwarmas are also very nicely made. They have a lot of variety for the salad on them as well, including the sauces.I would definitely recommend you to go down and check it out yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I order lamb donor and the experience was :There was not even standard portion of sauce in it and it felt like there was no sauce at all.Apart from that half of the layers of meat were burnt or solid and rest were undercooked as it seems proper problems in cutting it and thirdly the ingredients like pickles and chilli peppers have sign of them and finally the bread was cold at bottom and felt like concrete.I highly not-recommend this particular item.

Last time I went to this place a couple months ago they made me wait 30 minutes for a mixed shawarma that had some fatty lamb I couldnt chew and was inedible. The food here tastes greats, especially the chicken options and the portion sizes are incredibly generous especially for the price. Also, very short wait times. No faults with this place at all. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone.

Their food is freshly made not boiled chicken and then sauce slopped on top like peri peri. Their salads are awesome. I would suggest not too much sauces on burgers as they go a bit too generous.

So!, when its meat I only eat chicken. You would think that eating the same thing for 2 years, since I discovered it, would make me sick of it but no. My job requires me to cover the whole country mostly the SE, Essex, everything in the M25 and Northwards up to Sheffield. I have tried all Grill houses and nothing compares to the chicken at the Lebanese Grill. Its tender and even better when coated in spicy source. Its perfect and its served with a smile. Keep it up Lebanese Grill!

Kebabs done right, shawarma is an absolute unit, garlic sauce is one of the best I ever tasted. A firm favourite when in Slough area, worth going if in the area.

Horrible people serving. Talk to you with so much attitude unbelievable how they are still open. Tell them make the food one way they do it completely opposite. Their hygiene is not up to standard and washing Their hands if they come to the front of the shop and touch things Their, when they go back and start making the food again they do not wash their hands.

I have bought food from this place previously and was good, however upon my last purchase the quality of the food was compromised as the meat was left on the grill for too long making it so charred that it was impossible to eat it and dry. The chicken skin was burnt rather than being crispy. The chips and salad were ok. They only give you 2 tubs of sauces (mayo & chillito go with a family meal, and you spend £25 on it. You think the entire family of 4 can eat out of the two tubs? Greedy shopkeeper wants extra money for more sauces.

Poor food quality. Arrived cold, not even a little bit warm. Everything soggy. Had to spend over £20 just to get delivery. Phoned to say it was cold and told sorry they were very busy and the driver had to drop off 4 deliveries on the way. No offer of refund or another delivery of hot food. £21 I will never see again...

Honestly would never go there again I ordered doner kebab and chips with no salad or sauce as I prefer to do this myself I got home 5 mins later to find a cold mixed kebab full of salad and chilli sauce I tried to phone them to explain the problem before going back but they just said I got what I ordered as especially now they can only deal with 1 order at a time ! I tried to make the best of a bad situation by taking out the salad and scraping out as much sauce as I could before trying to eat it but could only manage half of which Im now glad as I woke up with food poisoning nxt day after having a stomach ache all night what a waste of money !

Very long waiting times..Given the wrong order. I ordered 1 lamb and 1 mixed lamb and chicken shawarma but was given 2 chicken shawarmas instead.Serving quantity just average..Lovely food but not very satisfied with the salad and sauce. Highly unorganized team.. unable to manage customer wait times.I feel I have been given someone else order!

Far too busy now with Just Eat and Deliveroo orders to offer a quality service.A single kebab takes over 1/2 hour to serve due to the volume of orders. Doorway full of drivers picking up orders.Serving burgers with cold / non toasted buns. Could only taste cold bread. Burger just fell apart. Such a shame.

This was probably the worst tasting donner we have had. We ordered one lamb donner and one mixed donner. Firstly, there was hardly any chicken donner in the mixed one - probably had a few little bits! And secondly, it was all cold, bland, and looked like it was many days old. The salad was also not fresh. The halloumi cheese was not grilled properly and tasted like rubber. The food was not worth the price paid - it was all of poor quality, and made us feel sick. I don’t think we will order again from here.

i went here last week and was amazed by the standard of service and how friendly they were. I would recommend getting the lamb kofta, 1/2 chicken, falafel and an array of salads and sauces. The level of hygiene was very good and the food was very fresh. Will definitely go again.

Went to order a kebab, was waiting at the till for a good 3-4mins to be served a member of staff who was at the till was on the phone, he put a finger up to me whilst i was waiting then a lady came over to assist him with the call and took the phone of him and he JUST WALKED AWAY FROM THE TILL AND IGNORED ME! when i commented on his behavior he became aggresive to me and started shouting that he wasnt rude and told me he wont serve me. Sickening service

Still the best Kebab in Slough. Today they showed me just how good they are, I ordered online and they didnt have the Moutabel available, they called me within minutes and I chose to replace it with Hummus, 5 minutes later I called back and changed my mind and I wanted the stuffed Grape Leaf instead and they changed it immediately, no fuss, no issues and within 10 minutes the food was at my door as per order. Fantastic service!

Have ordered from Lebanese Grill a few times now but never again. My last experience was the worst. Ordered on the phone and collected from the shop. I got there and nobody had made anything (forgot to pass the message on after phonecall). I then had to wait for food to be made. Took it home and every portion of chips we had was cold and the burgers were average at best. The guys who serve there need a lesson on humility and humbleness. Always confronted with an arrogant member of staff and when asked why they dont have cucumbers, I was told nobody has cucumbers and theres no need (every other burger place must clearly be doing it wrong). Theres too much competition these days and places like this should go out of business if they continue this way. I know at least 10 people who have stopped eating from here for the reasons stated above!

Avoid this place at all cost. Genuine review from a genuin customer.Went to this place last week with my little girls. Saw 3 Cockroaches partying around,absolute awful and shocking . Informed the management team , one of the stuff killed them using his own shoes.Ordered a family mixed grill , I left the whole food and demanded for a refund, I was given a hard time but after a big argument they agreed to give my money back (Fabulous).Never ever again .

Fast food?Not a chance. Paint dries faster than these guys serve your food. Honestly, dont go here if your really hungry, the food takes ages.It took almost 45 minutes for one shawarma and chips. And the guy forgot my chips so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes.The Guys behind the counter unfortunately dont pay attention...another customer waited almost 15 minutes before she was served.The foods bloody delicious though so if you have the time, definitely worth checking out.

London prices for average food quality and no table service. You have to clean your own table.Ordered Kuzi but rice wasn’t cooked well.Disappointing.
