Chili's Grill & Bar in Huntington

It was a little wait but at the end the food was amazing - the drink on point and the workers understanding.

The food was good and service was average, I hope is not average all the time. I want to think it was average because the day I visited, it was crowded. The host was great, she greeted us with kindness and joy. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the bathroom really needs attention throughout the day!!! Had I went to the bathroom before ordering, I would have walked away!!! It’s sad that a good place to spend time with family has a dirty establishment

I had a burger, I forgot the name already but it was delicious, it had jalapeños, onion, tomato and a spicy sauce. I enjoyed it very much and their cheesecake is great too

Absolutely ghetto. Mine and another booth were literally falling apart with detached wood panels. A booth in front of us still had a small pile of garbage on the floor when the host brought another couple who had to step over it. My wifes ribeye was 1/2 fat (hiding under melted butter). The cocktail menu had no prices at all, something Ive never seen in a restaurant. And when time for the check, something the waitress had screwed up in entering our table # vs. that silly little device on the tables had us literally trapped for another 10 mins while they worked it out, we couldnt even leave when we wanted to. Never, ever again.

Burger and fries was excellent. Beer was nice and cold. Will definitely go back. Waitress was helpful and friendly.

Perfect interaction with every staff member we encountered. Food was served fast enough & hot. All brought down by unclean bathrooms.

Service was great and Chilis is hands down my favorite chain restaurant, Im happy to have discovered this location. 2 for one margaritas and their egg rolls are always a hit.

Burn it to the ground, suspicious garnishes on broccoli, flat draft beers, expired lettuce in the salad, how this place has an A is beyond me. Please get the health department in this establishment as soon as possible for the love of everything holy.

Table was dirty when we were seated and the chili soup was cold. The server was very friendly and attentive but not a great food experience

This is a really great place to go if youre on a budget. Portion sizes are great and its hard to walk away without a full stomach, even if you order from the Three for Me menu. Speaking of which, youve also got a surprising amount of options on that menu to choose from.Restaurant staff is friendly enough and hardly ever mess up an order. The quality of the food itself is, again, pretty solid for what youre paying. Its also brought out pretty fast, even when the place is busy.Bathrooms could use some work and Ive ran into some repeat issues with the bill (getting charged regular price for Three for Me items), but apart from that, I cant complain. I really wish there were a couple more Chilis locations in Queens, because this place leaves a great impression. At the very least, it blows Applebees out of the water and then some.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would.... I walked in and asked for a table of 5 plus my baby who is 4months old !!I asked if we could sit in the booth & I was denied because of my child... shes tiny!!! I never had this issue anywhere when we go out to eat and weve been to multiple restaurants even very high end ones without a single issue.So I was a little upset and asked to speak to a manager and they were trying to accommodate me but by that point I told my fiance I did not want to stay. Such a hassle.

Food was good, cant really go wrong with chilis

Went here for the first time with three of my friends to find something quick to eat. The hostess led us to our table as soon as we entered. She sent us to a shaky table that was at the front so we had to move to a different one. The waitress we had was very pleasant and positive. One of my friends and I got a strawberry lemonade. Wasn’t a fan of the taste so requested water instead. We also felt uncomfortable with the hostess staring to the point that one of my friends had to change her seat. Other than that, the food was okay and the restaurant was clean and quiet.

I went with my 4 friends and we all got food poisoning. Throwing up and upset stomach continuously. The waitress was very rude and impatient. I asked for no bacon and they put bacon in my food. They cant follow simple instructions and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I couldnt eat any of my food after 3 bites and then ran to the bathroom to throw up.

i’m muslim and i said “NO BACON” and they still added small bits that i ate with out noticing until i notice 1 piece on the plate.food was horrible. it was a table of 5 and they got the order for 1 person wrong 5 times. it’s usually customers are right but in this place it’s waiters are right as they had an attitude and wanted to prove they were right.DONT GO HERE

This had to be the worse experience ever. I have went along with some friends and the service there was terrible. the food was undercooked and unappetizing. Don’t even get me started on the waiter, she had so much attitude. Couldn’t even place the correct order and messed up the order 5 times. She even had to get the manager. The food is cheap and terrible, most of us are throwing up, sick to the stomach and not even feeling how we did when we first walked in. Do not go here, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I completely agree with @AvishRambarran. I was one of the five guests. The food and service was absolutely atrocious!! They messed up my order and was very rude to our table. It was always waitress first and never customer first. She was rude and unprofessional. I am currently sick and vomiting after I ate a few bites.

Only go if you feel like wasting your time waiting to get your order taken; being forced to pay a mandatory tip after not being serviced and tasteless food. Management needs to schedule more staff if they want people to dine in.

Once I went inside, I noticed a group of staff standing at the front talking and laughing. Didnt think much of it. I went with two other people, they told me that it would be about a 25-45 minute wait. I didnt mind. Five minutes in, they texted me to come in to be seated. I was pretty happy about that. Our waitress was such a sweetheart. She was also very attentive. However, someone else had to bring out my order. Both the people who brought out my order got it wrong. However, once i confronted them, they got it right the second time. Guac was very bland and tasted like paper. Chips were VERY greasy. Food was pretty undercooked, some of it tasted very.. ew. Bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. Later on I had ordered dessert. I had to wait half an hour just to not receive it. We ended up taking it to go and it tasted disgusting. Go at your own risk.

I usually have a pleasant experience while visiting Chili’s. The food is pretty good & drinks are on point. However the customer service SUCKS, especially HAILEY who’s attitude is on a whole new level of RUDE. Idk her role @ this establishment but good luck to who ever comes across this one. She didn’t have patience nor did she know simple questions pertaining to the job such as simple menu options or specials on the day. I asked to speak to someone in a managerial role who could better accommodate, and she said she was the BOSS. Now I’m no one to judge a person but if this is who’s dealing with paying customers, then the hiring process needs to be more extensive and you guys just can’t hire randoms out of desperation that clearly have NO home training. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

The food was ok however they need to improve on a lot of stuff such Cleanliness of the store including the bathroom, presentation of the food and customer service 🙄.

I walked in with my two friends to eat around 8:00pm today. A girl with black hair ( I’m guessing a hostessat the front had a horrible attitude. We weren’t greeted until minutes later as she was talking with other coworkers . She was rudely taking about others disrespectfully in front of us. I dont understand what is wrong with this location and their untrained workers. If I’m a paying customer , why should we get treated unfairly. After a hour wait there was no communication at all via phone like they said. Disgusting.

This restaurant is always full, even when you see tables available. The estimate time is at least 45 minutes. I don’t understand if they are understaff or what but, you see the tables available and they still tell you that you have to wait. This isunbelievable, I lost my faith for this Chilis. Never go again!

Run down place, dirty , the floor was so slippery that most people had to hold on tables to arrive to their place , it looks like it has not been mopped in days or only with water that mixes with the grease on the floor, the food and service was okay......the gel sanitizer containers were empty, tables also were so dirty that.your hands got glue to the table.Im sorry too have to write a comment like this about a place I feel bad for the employees not for the owners.

This Chilis was good. Food came out very quickly and our server was excellent and very attentive. The service we had at the front, where you first come in, was a little stiff (like, we felt unwelcome just by the way they were looking at us lolbut we were seated after about 10 minutes.

The service was ok, the food was uncooked and the restaurant is completely dirty ! I literally throw up after I left the resto ! The food was horrible, open à can of beans and just serve it with dry rice, uncooked onions and old shrimp! I saw garbage everywhere, and the kitchen floor is super dirty ! How can u make a food in a dirty area? Don’t mention the bathroom mess as well! I can’t even describe it??!! I will NEVER GO AGAIN TO THIS PLACE! Plus they ask for 18% tips?????HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Went for after work happy hour. The food was great, but dont order the chili (not great this time). The service was awesome. Greeted at the door, quickly seated and service started right away. The server was funny, kind and very knowledgeable of the menu and policies. She is a credit to their staff. Clean and comfortable. A minus is the parking is paid in the Atlas Park Mall. Free parking outside is hard to get.

Arrived on 5/14/22 and was put on the wait list at around 4:15-ish. Told wait time was 30-45 minutes. Decided to go to TJ Maxx and walk around for a bit. When I checked the wait list, there was a slight delay but still said to be back by 4:51. My party and I waited probably until around 5pm, when we went in to ask how much longer because the wait list hadnt changed in a while. All to be told they didnt know how much longer (over an hour morebecause the kitchen was broken. I dont mind the waiting but given that they had my (and everyone else who was waitingphone numbers, they could have called, texted, or made a general vocal announcement to the people waiting the reason it was taking long. I really enjoy this restaurant but this experience was quite disappointing

This place is very unattended to clients. Everything I order they didn’t have! Things that come with the meal you get partial then you ask about it and either they don’t have it or the oven is broken! The meal comes out one per person at a time by the time we wait for the entire party get their meal it’s cold. Won’t recommend and definitely will not return! The floor people were slipping and sliding because it was slippery! Why? Very unprofessional establishment!

Horrible service!!!!! Server was not professional at all.The only time that I saw her was when she took our order. I ordered Margarita and it was the worse drink that I ever tasted.Server didnt even approach our table to ask if everything was OK.I had To ask another Server for c a coke.When our Server approach our table I asked for the bill and boxes to pack our leftovers.Server decided to to have conversation with customers at the next table, I finally got up and got my own box and bag.My son paid the bill and she is lucky that she got a $5:tip. If I were paying she would get nothing.I will never come here ever again.

When me and my friend came inside no one acknowledge us it was two waitress in the front just completely ignoring that there’s customers standing there , I then proceeded to say excuse and eventually got help to a booth. Waitress was rude , we had no utensils She also forgot our guacamole forgot our drinks .we had to tell three different people aside from our waitress what we needed. Customer service is horrible here but the food is a 7

The server started off great but then it went south very quickly. We were a party of 10. She forgot to put a couple of the orders in, one being mine, and forgot a couple of the specialty drinks that were ordered. When I finally got my salmon, it was burnt on the bottom. Then it seemed as if she just forgot about our table entirely.

This location isnt the same as I remember it since Ive been last. Took a while before we were greeted at the front in order to be seated. Food and utensils just sitting on their floors. Thankfully our waitress was very nice and service was quick. Quality of food was okay, coffee was cold, waitress brought out a hot cup after requested. Every single bathroom stall was disgusting, or clogged . All this around 2pm in the afternoon on fairly quiet day. Sad, considering how this location initially started.

This place use to be great. Now the bathrooms are horrendous and the service is very unorganized. There was so much tissue on the floor, floor wet with I-don’t-want-to-know and the walls and doors had nasty oily finger prints everywhere. They started out bringing just one persons meal and forgot our appetizer. The food was good. But the place was so dirty and floors sticky we were scared to eat the food. I won’t be back until they do a massive cleanup or remodel.

I placed an order for pick up which I should have checked before I left, because when I got home this is the serving I received. That looks like a kid size serving. The food tasted good but the serving size was disappointing.

The nachos were horrible and you can clearly see in these photos that the wood board and cup of mush were dirty. We were very disappointed.

First, dont forget your vaccination proof, either on the record card or online v-safe. Now, I choose this Chilis because of the free WiFi network, but they require too much information. The place is clean, tidy, the staff is welcoming and usually busy running back and forth, the area is dimly lit, nice size bar with plenty of dining space. The food is delicious, but the AC is a little high; still, I could only surmise they need the airflow since there were no open windows.I look forward to going back to have my fill and then more.

This Chilis was so good! The staff was really sweet and helpful, especially Kayla our server. The food and drinks were yummy and we had such a nice time

They open at 11 AM. They close at 10 PM but stop taking names at 9 PM or possibly earlier then that due to the long wait list and trying to seat everyone before closing time. Weekend are always busier then weekdays. Food is decent priced. You gotta show prove of getting at least the first dose of the vaccine along with ID or else they cant seat you. Email or a link of the vaccination doesnt count. Children 12 and under dont need to show prove of vaccination

Went in for lunch with family after my run. Not too crowded which I preferred. Loved the cocktails. Always loved the food in chili’s but my chicken in the sandwich was bit dry. Everything else was perfect. The server was very sweet & friendly.

Good food, good staff. But the wait to get seated is too long, even when the restaurant is empty

The food was okay, but the drinks were pretty watered down. Chilis pre-makes their drinks, so thats probably why. The staff was pretty accommodating in terms of making things right. Not sure I would go here again - over an hour wait for an underwhelming experience.

Great value. This meal ran me 20 bucks plus tax. Including drinks.. and appetizer. Also the server was more than excellent..wish I remember her name. I was so tired from the New years celebration..

The food was okay at this location on cooper ave. The westbury location is way better. My food wasn’t all that but the waiter was okay I wish he was more knowledgeable concerning menu items and deals maybe he was new. The facility was clean and there was ample parking even tho we had to pay to park.

Chili’s at Atlas Park is one of a few restaurants in this mall. It’s at the Cooper Ave entrance closest to 80th Street.It has a bar area with tables where you can sit if the main dining area is full. There are plenty of monitors displaying various sporting events.On my last visit we had chicken fajitas and the trio fajitas consisting of chicken, steak and shrimp. Good portions well cooked.No one wants to be smothered by the wait staff but you also don’t want to be abandoned. Instead of placing a pitcher of water at the table as I suggested, I had to wait for a cool refill to wash the spices down.Another server saw that the table was wobbling so they graciously placed a wad of napkins under the short leg. That was appreciated. Next best thing to actually repairing the disabled table.A lot of restaurants are placing mobile kiosks on the table for games and to dispense the receipt. I don’t mind these as long as they work. The receipt process was dragged out so long I would have taken an old fashioned hand written one.

We told our waiter that we had a movie to catch. He responded right away to our request of having our food brought out quickly. We also didnt realize that what we had ordered was part of the 2 for $25 deal and he pointed that out so that was really helpful. Drinks were on point as well. Wait time was crazy on a Saturday night so come early to get on the wait list or download the app ahead of time which is the only way to join the line ahead/online before arriving.

Our visits to Chilis are always pretty good. The food is good and consistent and our servers are always polite and attentive. On this day our server was a bit forgetful and slow but he was so nice that it made up for it. Place and bathrooms are always clean.

Super long wait, super crowded with customers that dont really know how to act like humans.. I guess they were very hungry. First time at this restaurant for me, nothing much to go wow about. Very similar to that of Applebees.

The food tastes good for its price. Nice variety of food. They always have lunch specials for two. Customer service needs to be improved. Usually full during the weekend.

I come because my waiter always gives strong good drinks, great job bartender. The food is great also but Ive been here 3 times and always get friendly quick service.
