Service was nice for take out but food NOPE

Great service but the food was lacking flavor, hire better chef.

This my 3 third time there my best friend and I decided to go after we saw an amazing movie Women King. Chillis also was amazing,we decided to eat in,I enjoyed each persons friendly faces as we walked in as well as,when we left. I to am a Chef they were trained well in good mannerism,as well as their hospitality job well good maintain it and people will always come back for good service.

First off our waiter was great and was very attentive to our table and what we needed. The food however was not as great. I got the 6 ounce sirloin steak and Ive experienced shoe leather that wasnt as tough. The potatoes with cheese and broccoli was very good however but not the place Id order steak. I would go back but probably order something different next time that isnt gonna take me until next Memorial Day to chew.

Called and explained someone was stealing my cc info and charging at there location. Manager basically didnt have a care, asked him if there were cameras to see the transaction and his reply was we dont have any cameras. In this day and age no cameras? i highly recommend people to go to a different establishment

The entire restaurant was dirty and the menus had actual pieces of food on them.The Shredded cheese was moldy. My fajita was dry and tough. Do not recommend.

Had lunch here.... Place was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. I would say chilis continues to be the safe place to go when you are on a business trip or a business lunch... ha

Out of all the Chilis around me I think little falls is the best! Also I just come here for the lava cake but the food is good also for something quick chilis is good place to come too😍😍

The service here is going down the drain. Been a regular customer for over five years, and the service keeps getting worse. No attendant to seat you for long minutes when you walk in. Kitchen or waiters/waitresses get your order all wrong, then get testy when you tell them. Since I was finally seated today, the waiters haven’t stopped dragging tables and chairs on the floor extremely loudly, with no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience to customers, who may want to dine without all this jarring noise. Seriously. How hard is it to lift furniture off the floor to move it? The staff is both careless and clueless. This used to be one of my favorite neighborhood spots. No more. Sad.

The service was super slow & the restaurant wasnt crowded at all. It took almost 45 minutes for the waitress to even take our order. The food came out fast once the order was placed.

Chilis has been great for years. Always love to start with great bottomless chips and dip. Then you have to get the ribs and fajitas. You cant go wrong with either one. Gotta love chilis! Gimme my baby back baby back baby back ribs with BBQ sauce :)

Nikki our server was AWESOME!!!! Food was good, I ordered my usual...Big Bacon Burger and it was good as ALWAYS...my bf ordered the fajitas they were also good. My only complaint is that the girls room was DISGUSTING! Other then that had a nice quiet meal

Disappointed by the treatmentWe stopped by our family’s all time favorite place and didn’t feel that we were treated right.We were taken to the area which was in the dark and still being cleaned and were offered a place which as per them was “just cleaned” but still had food crumbs all over the table and chair and floor. There were hair strands all around ( very visible)We requested change of seat or sitting area since the other side still had non- reserved sitting area available ( I counted atleast 7 tables were vacantand confirmed with one of the servers if they were reserved or available - Despite that our seat wasn’t changed.Also we were given Spanish menu despite asking for an English one.Guests who entered after us were escorted to the other side ( not our side which was still being cleaned and darkwe waited to see 3 more customers just to verify if we faced discrimination and we did because they were seated onto the other side.We walked out since we felt that it was plain out discrimination.We are a regular at Chili’s and this isn’t how customers should be treated. I’d have never written this review but we’re still reeling from it & feel shocked.

Our waiter, Mike, was fantastic. Hes very energetic and kind. The food was HOT, came out quick, and tasted exlempatory!

The Cajun pasta is disgusting. The chicken tastes like they just microwave cut up chicken and the shrimp are super small. No seasoning just sauce meat and Alfredo sauce. Sooooo disappointed you may need some black ppl at this location because this food taste like hospital food. I threw the whole thing away and received a full refund.

PLACE HAS CHANGED.

Update: Place has improved and they seem to be taking more care in customer service and food quality.Favorite Chilis in northern NJ. Staff is very nice, the food is great, and the service is quick!

Have kids? This Chilis brings out that kids meal immediately. Yes, its always shady when a sit-down restaurant has your food ready immediately - but what is your kid ordering?Lobster?Chicken crispers in minutes.So while you wait for your food (as one does at any respectable establishmentyour child is happily munching away.

Good to enjoy some American Food nice tasting and good atmosphere

Not much for to say. Food is just almost okay. They are close to what I would consider fast food. When they originally opened years ago, the food was much better.

Tuesday 6/14/22 between 4:35pm and 5:40pm. Didnt know if there was happy hour special, didnt have any complimentary chips and salsa, didnt get a napkins with our food order. The bartender spent most of her time hanging out Im the kitchen.

I visit this restaurant around 10PM, Im guessing everyone was desperte to go home!! The service suck and the food wasnt that good. But still give the service the benefit of the doubt due to the time I went there for dinner

Was ALWAYS the GOLD STANDARD of Curbside pickup....GREAT FOOD at reasonable priced but tonight 7 minutes after late window promised and condiments for 2 fajita dinners and nacho chips were missing.

Went to celebrate my daughters birthday because Chilis is her favorite place to eat. First off the gnats were buzzing around our faces and Im not talking about a few...their were a lot. It became even worse when our food was brought out. Our service to place our drink and appetizer order took at least 25 minutes after arriving. The restaurant only had 2 other tables with customers so it wasnt that busy. The food was good as usual. The gnats really set the tone so I was not impressed with this location.

First time going to CHILIS. Enjoyed the visit very much. My girlfriend and I both had the Fajita Double. Chicken & Shrimp and it was delicious. We also had an extra order to take home. Our waitress was very polite and made sure we were alright by coming to our table every so often. Well be visiting again for sure. Two 👍 up for service and food.

Can’t ever go wrong with chilis. Service was great and food was too. Table was a bit dirty but nothing too crazy. Went around 430 and it was pretty empty. It started to pick up once we started leaving around 630. Good experience, will be back!

I came here to have lunch with a friend and it did not disappoint. We both ordered off the 3 for $11 menu options and it was more then enough food. Everything was delicious and flavorful. The server was very attentive and always made sure our drinks were full and that we were happy with our meals. I will definitely be going back !

First time. The special order two for $25. Appetizer, main course and dessert with drink for two people. How fantastic. Servers excellent. The food was excellent. Burgers were great and the potato soup was amazing❤

At the end of the day its a fast food restaurant. That being said... The service at this Chilis was awesome! They were a bit understaffed like every place you go these days. But,,, I noticed the ENTIRE wait staffed helped each other out. The bartender was our initial server. The poor guy was running a busy bar and waiting a bunch of tables also. The other staff working around him would constantly ask if you needed anything like more chips, drinks or whatever! It was awesome to see them all helping each other out. The food was hot and delicious. We left full and very satisfied! Kudos to the management and staff at this location. They all worked very hard and it showed. We will definately be back!

Visited this place on Feb 11, 2022 for dinner. Ordered Boneless Hebenaro wings, LIT and Molten Chocolate Cake. Wings were awesome and crunchy perfectly flavored. Also, Molten Chocolate Cake was delicious couldnt stop eating until the last bite. Only thing bothered me was the drinks. Drinks are not to the mark as I have tried it at other places. I ordered the first drink and could not tell if there was any hard liq was mixed. I had to request 2nd LIT with additional hard liq on side, sadly charged extra. I hope they re-check their drinks or bartenders. Otherwise food and dessert worth every single penny.

This location could use some TLC. We were seated in a booth and both sides of the seats were torn up. The service was great and the food and drinks were good.I was a bit disappointed to receive a dirty fork but our server was apologetic and replaced my utensils immediately.I love Chilis but I dont think I would be visiting this specific location again anytime soon.

The rice was so hard n stale mixed with fresh batch. You can see different colors in the pictures.So thrown off with the quality and the approach of the staff.The bar tender over the glass with beer then just raises the glass and throws on the floor . Does not wipe down the glass and hands it over.

Great lunch menu, very economical. We popped in after shopping, we werent very hungry but wanted to sit and have a light lunch. My sister and I had a full lunch with soda, soup and entree each and it came to less that $25 and the food was great and portions were so big we had to take home most of out entrees since the soup alone was extremely filling.Staff was fine, not exceptionally friendly gor an almost empty restaurant on a weekday at 1:30pm. But the food was correct. I always like the ability yo pay right at the table (very convenientI wish all restaurants had that option.

Disgusted is being nice . This establishment was so dirty yesterday when I went with my family for dinner . They sat us at a table that had not been cleaned and the hostess grabbed some dry paper towels and literally wipe it off the table into the booth seats . My husband actually found spray and cleaned the table had the booths himself . Then the bathroom absolutely no words to describe the smell and how dirty it was . We are still in a Covid world and you can see from my pictures they are taking zero precautions. I’ve been a patron for many years but I will never ever go here Again !!!

I was very impressed with how responsible this Chilis was with COVID-19 protocols. We visited on a Saturday evening and after a 30-minute wait, we were seated in their pretty empty dining room. Id say no more than 25% full. It was the most safe weve felt in any restaurant during the pandemic. Employees were thoroughly cleaning the tables and seating after each party left. Now, on to the food - which was equally as impressive. I started off with the Dreamy Frosé Margarita. It was pretty icy, without much of a taste. Im a wimp when it comes to drinks, so I didnt mind that too much, but I was disappointed. You should probably go for something else - but the rest of my meal was amazing. For our appetizers, we ordered the white spinach queso dip with chips. The tortilla chips were fresh as can be - warm, crispy, and delicate and the hot dip tasted amazing. Definely get this over the guacamole or salsa - you can get that anywhere. We also got the Triple Dipper appetizer special which brings you a sample of three appetizers. We chose the fried pickles, blossom petals (fried onion strips), and the crispy cheddar bites. They were all great, but mostly, its a great deal if you cant decide what you want. For my entree, I got the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo - a sampling of Chilis BBQ items. I chose the Texas Dry Rub Ribs, Brisket Quesadillas, and Crispy Chicken Crispers which came with Roasted Street Corn, Garlic Toast, and Fries. This was hands down the best BBQ dish Ive had. Now, I havent had much "authentic" BBQ, so take that however you will, Im just saying I thought it was amazing. The ribs had great flavor and were perfectly tender, the crispy chicken strips were familiar and satisfying, the corn was the best side with all the yummy toppings, and best of all were the brisket quesadillas. I was in heaven taking and savoring each bite. It will be a very hard decision getting a full serving of that or this combo again next time I go to a Chilis. The rest of my party also enjoyed their meals. They had the Mango-Chile Chicken, Original BBQ Ribs, and Chicken and Steak Fajitas. Believe it or not, we had room for dessert and boy, are we glad we overindulged. We ordered the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie AND the Molten Chocolate Cake. Both were so so so so good. Probably the best feature of both were got how theyre served warm. Theres something magical about that which just made it all extra delicious. The rest of the table also thoroughbred enjoyed them both. My favorite of the two was the skillet cookie, but honestly, get both and thank me later, but I apologize about the stomach ache youll probably have - especially if you get some milk with this (which you should).

Moira was an excellent server she was very nice on the phone and then when we arrived she was very personable and an awesome person if you happen to find yourself at the little falls chilis make sure to ask for her.I ordered the mini burgers they we very good Moira (I hope im spelling your name correctly lolhad them make fresh French fries for us the entire experience was wonderful from placing the order to paying. Great job ⭐

Not too bad. Sat for a good ten minutes before anyone came to serve me and the restaurant was pretty empty so not sure the holdup. The fries were SUPER greasy. The shrimp taco were decent though. Its your usual Chilis experience.

Good prices, food is below average, very greasy, feels old and premade. Service wasnt that good either. Soup came cold, and when they brought it back it was boiling! Their paradise pie is good thougj!

Great food and atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed their lunch special. Dinners are always great but I never stopped in for their lunch. Amazing! Drinks are on par with the standards of after work hours.

The only good thing was service,food was not good,it was cold and burger wasnt well done,I didnt complaint because I dont trust my food being sent back(seen so many things on the news about what happens when you send the food back,not that I know its gonna happen there,but precaution). Wont go ever again. The food got my fiance sick and thats upsetting,getting sick of the stomach aint good at all,it is bad. We wanted to try something new and it was a bad experience.I found a picture of the burger I ordered online because Ive seen it on a TV commercial and wanted to try it,again it was not properly cooked,and certainly not even close to the picture and very little pico de gallo.

I really like this place, BUT!!!Although this is one of my local goto place for a quick burger, today was a great disappointment. The swipe machine on my table was so disgusting that caused me to lose my appetite. I could not help but wonder - if objects at plain sight to be this nasty, how nasty are those out of the customers sight?

Great food and greater service! My brother ordered food and forgot to mention that we couldnt eat bacon. We accepted it, but Mostafa a server, did not. He took our food and got us a new plate without bacon. Excellent experience, keep up the good work !
