Good food, friendly staff

Reminds me of home...it was when I first went but since it has gone downhill. Rude waiters that make you feel as if you are interrupting them or just ignore you. How dare we cometo a restaurant! The attitudeis ridiculous, it was not super busy but getting attention of our waiter after the food was incorrect and items forgotten was like finding Dirt Coke at the commissary! Good Luck! I come to relax and to relax and enjoy a dinner with my friends but the rudeness and attitudes are getting old. I think they forget the customer spends money to relax and enjoy a good meal not to be ignored and eye rolled at. I guess we ARE interrupting their social time. ...Happy Halloween 🎃!

I ordered take out and got less then half of the things I ordered. Service was nice while I was there although people do not like paying for things they don’t get!!! And to make it worst I tipped generously.CAUTION make sure you check your food before leaving !!!!!

It was delicious when my wife and I had recently lunch at Chili’s. My wife had chosen the ribs and I took a chipotle bowl. This was so spicy and delicious! The drinks were refilled and when we were finished, we were totally filled up.For sure I love Tex-Mex food and I love to get it here at Chili’s at Ramstein!

Maggie at the bar was great! Very sweet and hospitable! Will definitely be back because of her!

I have been here twice now. Firsr time i had the quesadilla and second time i had the loaded chicken wings.The good: Free refill on soda and coffee.The menu has different options and the staff are all very friendly.The bad: not many options for beer.Hit or miss on the food it seems...first visit for me was great but the second time i had chicken it was very overcooked.

So glad we found this was here on our drive back from France! Our family loves Chilis back home and the flavors weee the same this time. Brings back memories and our waitress was great! We will definitely come back again next time we make it over here.

This is a very small Chilis and they cannot attend to all of the people that come in. We arrived at about 615, and hour later still no table and they close at 8pm. We would have had a table sooner but someone came in and took the opened table and the staff said there was nothing we could do.Basically poor management from a manager and staff who have no skills to do the job that they applied for.There are lots of opened tables but seems they dont have the staff to handle them.

Food was good, the only downside is that we had to wait 45 minutes but other than everything was good.

Whats the 🔥🔥I drove more Than 3 hours to enjoy with my family at chilis, when we arrived, I found out that the restaurant is inside an American military base !!!!! 🤪🤔🤔 It is funny yeeeh, get more, the soldier who was at the gate told me that I cant enter the base if we dont know someone in it ,which is prohibited for strangers,!!I called the restaurant if they can leave my name at the gate to pass through the gate. Unfortunately the answer was No!!! My question is , if this restaurant is for particular persons, Why you invite people to come and test your food??? It is really ridiculous 😔😔👎👎

Our waiting time wasnt too bad. Usually it takes about 40-60 minutes. Our waiter, Karen was the best service I ever received in a long time.

Very disappointed in my Chilis experience. Was waiting over 20 minutes per round of beers. The bottled beers were delivered to the table unopened, putting the responsibility to open the beers on us, which is bizarre. The appetizers and entrees were decent but the cookie dessert was cold. Do better, Chilis.

Good food but Chilis is chilis. Wait staff was good as well. All in all not bad... UPDATE. Food was super greasy and rushed seems like. Wait staff was very inattentive as well... downgrading for 4 to 2 stars. #yw

Wait time was minimum, went after lunch rush. Select meun options but they are in process of expanding menu. Still lots of favorites available for your choosing. Did not know how much I missed the chips and salsa!! Service was great and food was fresh.

Bit into my burger thought I bit into a rock! Good God the quality of the food here has really deteriorated this past year.

Pre covid this place was a great piece of being back home. I have been stationed in Germany for 10 of the last 13 years and I have been going to this chilis for a while even when it was in the mall and I loved it, but then covid hits and the menu never came back. I miss the nachos. I have given my final three chances and now I must bid farewell to going back. It has been a long relationship chilis, its not you.... no it is you. You cant fulfill my needs any longer so I must move on, like to taco bell.

Food came very fast and the service was great. I gave four stars because our order got messed up twice but our server was excellent and very accommodating.

Typical Mexicans American chain. Make reservations if possible, even during the week.Update: Reduced menu - the printed version only had about 1/2 the items the old one did.Food quality was ok, but the wait time was a little long.Bathrooms in that building are shared with other businesses and are ALWAYS in bad condition. Smell bad, wet floor, and often no paper towels for your hands.

Food is not good,I had a basic steak salad and the steak wasnt good at all...my margarita tasted nothing like a margarita

We went to chilis whilst a fair was going on. Service was timely and the food was good. The steaks were just a little over done to order.

Katie was the best server I have ever met at this chilis she was nice and very prompt, Constantly checking up on us, very polite and energetic. She went over the top to make us happy 10/10Cant recommend katie enough!!!!!The food was as good as you could get at a chilis.

When you’re in Germany and haven’t had Chili’s for a few years, Ramstein Air Base should be a go-to.As of this post (25 June, 2022), the menu is limited and they’re closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to a short staff. They did, however, say they were expanding the menu out. For those who get the best sellers, the limited menu is still great with all the favorites.The air conditioning vents above are for looks so, if you visit during the summer, expect some warmth!The drinks were delicious and about as strong as one would normally expect from a chain restaurant. It was another plus to be in a place that doesn’t charge by-the-cup for soft drinks. It was a nice touch of home that way—not to mention the plastic straws (which is either a plus or a negative for you depending on your stance on paper straws).The servers were all great and it was an enjoyable mix of American and German staff. They were prompt with drink refills and made sure the chips and salsa stayed fresh.Almost no wait time for the food. That’s a universal positive for any restaurant—so well done, Chili’s.Overall, it was great to visit something we’ve not had for a few years and we weren’t disappointed. Definitely recommend a visit if it’s been a while!

I ordered a medium well steak and it came back bloody rare. The wait staff was good.

Lets be honest, Chilis is Chilis when it comes to food. Pretty much tastes last every other Chilis Ive been to. However, the service, for the most part, has been friendly and speedy. Except when you sit at the bar, because the servers tend to congregate in the corner and I felt like our drinks/chips were rarely refilled. Also, there are rumors that there are rats, but we havent seen them so I cant really say one way or the other. I feel like the restaurant is clean from the diner perspective. The food is hot, servers are generally pretty attentive and the flavors are consistent with the flavors back in the US, which I think is why most of us go there anyway. A taste of chain restaurant home :)

The food was delicious but the service could have been a bit better.

Still on the COVID reduced menu. Too much salt on the chips. And the ribs were unevenly cooked. While the food was a disappointment the staff was very hard working. Warning, the bar cant make something as simple as an Irish Coffee.☹️

Went once horrible service. Tried to give a benefit of the doubt and go again well I’m sitting here almost 15 minutes and not even welcomed yet. And wife has yet to get her correct drink. Go to another place to eat on base with better service

There doesnt seem to be enough staff. Burgers taste great but lack toppings and dont look anywhere near the menu pics.

If your looking for that little taste of back home there here it is. The staff is great make a reservation if you have a big group as it gets busy during lunch and dinner times.As for the food my go to appetizers are the triple dipper. Choose whichever 3 you want and get yourself a good drink and your set. I usually go for the cheddar bites with the Chipotle tenders. Dont forget to ask for there drink specials as they are the best.As for the review I would give it a 7.8 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale. Decided to pop in to grab food and what a mistake !!Told 45 minutes ended up being 1hr 15 minutes. Then the front desk person said once he called our name "would you like to sit at the bar " after we waited all of that time bearing in mind he already seated 3 sets of people before us that had came in after us. Once seated the server was fast and the food burger was greasy dripping all over bacon didnt look appetizing. If it wasnt for the waiting time maybe 3.5 service.

I’m person dining is very good, not many complaints there but very unhappy with how the online ordering website is set up. There’s no room to add notes to substitute sides for others. Example being subbing fries for the corn on the cob. Or adding lemons with my order of chips and salsa. And then I tried calling instead to place order on phone as I’ve done multiple times before only to now find both numbers aren’t working. I’m pregnant and Chilis is only one out of less than a handful of places I can actually satisfy my cravings for but they don’t make it easy to even order simple food online. It’s just very disappointing overall. But otherwise, I’m person, I have no complaints. Everyone’s always been great and serving and taking care of me and my family when we’ve eaten there.

Staff amazing and very friendly and welcoming. I have been looking forward to trying Chillis as my OH loves this place. I ordered the chicken and mushroom fajitas but found they were a bit bland which was disappointing. I would go again and try something different as there was plenty of options but would pass.on the fajitas next time.

The best American style cocktails in the immediate area. The food is ok, its a Chilis. They may or may not have rats, the jury is still out on that one. Really friendly servers and bartenders though.

There was an hour wait due to it being the weekend and only being allowed to have so many tables in use (Covid), but it was worth the wait. The food was great, the staff was very helpful and met our needs efficiently, the drink were on point. Would recommend going to anyone who asked me.

They were out of a few things but nothing important. The service was to be expected and the food was like it any chilis Ive been to before. Not overly impressed but certainly not disappointed.

This was an extremely disappointing burger. It tasted like...just meat. Sadly, I ordered a burger from them 6 months ago, and the exact same disappointment. No seasoning, just blasé. I will give another item a try, but holy cow this was bad.

The babyback ribs were good but it took nearly an hour after it was ordered. I have ordered them to go before and it only takes 15 to 20 minutes. I realized how mediocre the food is but if you are craving for some meat I would suggest the ribs.

The food actually wasnt bad at all! Justin was bartending and hes my kind of bartender. Friendly, and he would have our drinks in front of us before we even asked. 😆 He even let me check out Dun on his phone. If I go back, itll be for him.This isnt a budding romance 🤣, Im married, Justin was just awesome. 😆😆

Our waitress was the friendliest that we have had in years! We did have a 20 minute wait to get a tracker. Just really great American food. So much better than anything in Stuttgart on base!!!

Dont even try and call ahead, I tried their two numbers listed online and it kept ringing. An answering machine would be nice. My strawberry lemonade was quite watery and the mashed potatoes were definitely not made from scratch but rather came out of a box. Broccoli was good and the steak made up for everything else. The staff was nice and attentive.

Food is hella Good, restaurant is clean. You can make reservations or try your luck in showing up and adding yourself to the wait list there. Service is extremely slow so be patient I didnt ask why it was so slow but my guess is due to all the takeout orders. Some servers are quick on drinks to keep you occupied others forget you were even there lol. Just be prepared to be patient and it will still be enjoyable.

Chilis at Ramstein is open again for limited indoor dining at 25% of capacity as of 1 June 2021. You have to present a vaccination card and register online for contact tracing before you can be seated. I was able to eat at the bar. The same QR code you use to register is used to access the menu. This was the first time in a year that Ive been able to go to the bar at Chilis. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and super accommodating. They were as happy to be open as I was to be there. It was a mutual celebration and felt like pre-covid. The chili was amazing and the half pound swiss and mushroom burger was juicy and delicious. I will definitely be going back soon.

Service was slow. Chili tasted like that hormel chili in the can you put on hotdogs. I think they tried to doctor it up with onions and jalapenos but it was a definite fail.

I loved it at chilis. We had to wait for 30 minutes but it was worth it. The steak was delicious. 😍
