If youre a vegetarian, I would not suggest going here AT ALL. Cant say about the non- veg menu but I dont think its worth spending Rs.500 or so per veggie burger that tastes so bad and fries that are just not good. Go to Burger King in the same mall instead

Nice Restaurant with average ambience. Some menus will be a bit costlier. Quick service by staff.

Not my first time here but the quality and service is extremely poor.I have been to Chilis in Bangalore as well as Australia. But the service here in Velachery in Phoenix mall is pathetic. The staff there are arrogant and act like they are doing a favour by serving you. Not just one occasion, post- pandemic we visited the place around 4-5 times with family and friends and each time getting food served was no less than a fiasco.Each time getting a table to sit wasnt difficult but getting served even a glass of water was a humongous effort. I am mentioning the most recent instance here, We visited the place in July 2022 and the hostess got us our table, though not crowded the tables werent cleared fast enough. we were seated with dirty dishes from previous orders. We waited for good 10 minutes for tables to be cleaned, then getting our order was another 20 minutes. Even now our tables havent been served water even after multiple requests.Even a simple restaurant serve a glass of water for their customers once they are seated. Being a big brand name like Chilis and this kind of inhumane service is uncalled for. i called on the manager i was asked to talk to some lady named Devi dont know if she was the manager though because she wasnt doing a good job of managing. I asked her why we werent served even a glass of water for over 30-40 minutes since being seated and people seated after us were being served for which she replied "Yes, you will get."Then someone came to take our orders after 40 minutes of being seated, still mind that water hasnt been served to our table alone. We tried ordering for Mushroom soup- Not available, Cottage cheese flatbread- Not available, Any mocktail you ask- Not available. Why run an establishment when you dont have anything to serve. Even after placing our order for whatever little was available, still water wasnt served. We wasted a good 1 Hour thirsty. When you ask the staff, they are rude, insensitive and not bothered.It was my sisters brithday we were there to celebrate and Chilis made a disaster of our day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....we got up and left the place and had our lunch in Taco Bell.1. PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF SOME HOSPITAILITY BEFORE LETTING THEM WORK IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT2. IF AN ITEM HASNT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW LIKE YOUR MUSHROOM SOUP, MOCKTAILS, KINDLY REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR MENU3. DONT SEAT US ON A TABLE WHEN IT IS NOT BEING SERVED EVEN WATER.I would think twice before i step into that particular establishment again.

I have been to chilli’s before and the food taste and quality has decreased a lot now. The quality has become very poor and the staff are not friendly at all. Service is very very poor and takes a long time. They seem to be very much understaffed.We liked the quesadilla and the chicken wings. But the pork ribs were too dry. The chicken pasta was not good and had a bitter taste.For the cost that they are charging the food quality and taste is bad now.

This restaurant needs serious revamping! The place looks drab and dirty. Even the Menu cards are greasy and disgusting to touch! Half the items are not available. The waiter said “Vegetarian items are not available” and I had to walk out - after waiting for at least 15 minutes to get the staff’s attention. Will never go there again.

Polite and helpful staff. Ambiance is good and thats it from what I can appreciate. Food needs a lot of improvement. Dont want to comment further. Will visit again and hope that it was a one time experience.

The ambience and taste were really good but not worth the price tho. Their burgers were average but starters were really amazing, also few dished were quitr salty. They have a free refill for the drink too, so finish and do ask for a refill if needed.Also, more importantly check the bill before you pay as the add service charges to it and its an "optional" thing and you may not pay that, you cannot ask for a refund once paid too, you can tip later tho. Please do check that as its around 12.5 percent of your bill which is definitely a huge amount.

Pretty expensive,but was sooo good.i had a ultimate lamb and bacon burger it was sooo good.and the wings were tooo good.

Food was average.. not like how it used to be probably some 3 yrs back.. worst was the service... I accept it was a busy day but the staff were reluctant even to take order.. iam not going again and neither will I recommend to anyone. On top of all these disappointments, they also add service charge to the bill which is very bad. I guess for the very bad quality of the service they provide, they are not worth to add service charge.

Terrible service and they take so much time to bring our food and the bill. On top of that, they gave us the wrong bill for which I paid the amount because I thought the waiter crossed checked the bill since she was looking at the bill for long. Also, its extremely claustrophobic and the AC doesnt work well at all. The food was mediocre and not up to the chilis standard at all. A disgrace to the chilis chain.

We ordered red pepper chicken patter and other platter mix & match. One dessert as well which was pathetic.The things we wanted to order were out of stock and the order took 25 mins to come .Food was not chilli’s level which I had before in other place , this place really needs to level up as me and my friend came here and I took her here for the first time and she regretted coming here.

Best place to have nice texmex kind of food. Burger 🍔 is huge along fries n coke unlimited. Loved the food n place.

Pathetic service/food.After getting table, to take the order we waited 20mins . Then the Food was served with out cutlery and plates, and took another 8mins to get them.We thought the time taken was to serve us good food, but food was mediocre except the Somked chicken Quesadila. Even the cheese on that was super rubbery ( may be due to the time taken to serve). The tortilla on the rice bowl was uncooked and stale (oil). I can go on with the list....If they are really on short of employees they must close. Also the food quality has to be supervised.The horrible part was, they took 23mins to produce the bill ( from the time i asked for the bill)Better to avoid this place.Second update:After posting my review, just glance theough the customer reviews and noticed the same experience from many customers especially for this location. Worst management.

The lamb chilli didnt look like chilli, It looked like down watered down soup with minced meat. The steak was paper thin and extremely well done ( rubber consistency and not worth the price. Chillies is definitely not what it used to be .

The worst burger I have ever had. I also ordered a lemon soda which they never brought to our table or never even cared when we informed them about thar order. The service was poor and taste was really bad and I also saw other customers facing similar issues and shouting the staff there.

Easy to place an order as most of the menu items were not available. The legendary guacamole is not available.No need to pay tips. Because they include a hefty service charge within the bill.Only one location in Chennai.If there is one, I would try there.Would rate 2 starsHowever the Salmon was real good. So 3 stars

Worst Chilis branch that I have been so far, staff is so ill mannered, we waited in queue for 5 mins, where the person who came after us was admitted earlier, also after that we waited for more than 15 mins just to get our order placed with these folks! Please make a better choice and go to copper chimney next door or to the food court one floor above to avoid the miseryAlso , when you ask for the manager they will ask one of their senior member to act as a manager in my case it was someone named Devi(not sure even if thats the real name)

Ambience was okay, Air-conditioning was very poor. Waited for an hour and 15 mins to get the food ordered. There was only a single women waiting more than 40+ people. She was frustrated and not able to answer properly on the clarifications on the menu. Not that I blame her. Anyone single-handedly waiting that much crowd, will be like that. It will be better to see more people waiting more tables and giving them water atleast. Food was delicious.

The food was bad, and the quality has massively dropped recently. Pre 2020 this place was OK. They did not put any bacon in the southern smokehouse burger even though its listed in the menu. The southern West ranch chicken wings were bland and cold, and the ranch sauce was thinner than water.

I am right now at Chilis and having the worst experience. All I can sit here and see is people who have entered after us are getting there orders while me and family are sitting and watching. No one even comes and enquiries if we have placed the order. We need to call the staff, who acknowledges and comes to the table after 10min to take order.The order was placed almost 30min back. This is the worst customer service I have every seen. Never will come to this place again.And after a longgg wait arrives the food. Which is yet pathetic, the fries and chicken strips had lots of salt and the tortillas where soaked in oil as if it was made in urgency.Hmm nothing more can be said but just baddddd

Perhaps the only restaurant that charges a service fee barely offering its customer any service. Most diners had to beg for the orders to be taken, with multiple tables returning incorrect items. Asides the iced peach tea, and tacos, the key ingredient this restaurant seems to use is salt. Even the kids menu, barring the fries is loaded with salt, leaving a disgusting taste in your mouth.The Chipotle Chicken bowl is a shame and is nothing but cheese and lettuce. Our bills was 3,200 for three adults and a kid, and each one of us felt it was a total waste of money.

Not my first time here but the quality is not the same as before sadly. The Fajitas were pretty good so were the Nachos. I feel the Chilis at Bangalore was top notch :)

Its such a nice place to hangout with friends and family members.. We ordered cricket Mania non veg combo its tasty and worthy.we can watch cricket as well in this restaurant and can chill our self

Very poor experience. I have been to Chilis many times. This time it was very bad. The chicken wings taste was good but few pieces were very hard to chew. The burger costed 700rs but tasted very very bad, too much salt on the mutton patty and half cooked. Very bad burger.

The drinks were decent but the food was abysmal. The Nachos in the photo will give an idea. Even cutlery quality was, they only had side plates to serve food. Service was poor too due to understaffing. I have been to this place a few years back, the food and sevice was good. This was my first time post pandemic and it was a bad experience.

The place offers exquisite cuisines but has a prolonged preparation period. We had crispy chicken, Mac and cheese pasta with Watermelon margarita. The place is family friendly and doesnt serve alcohol. The place is a bit crowded but we can come across different ethnic. Had a good time

The dishes in the photographs all tasted great!Californian Flatbed (chicken and hamwas the best tasting dish among them, followed by the quaesedia explosion... the quantity was sufficient too.As someone else also mentioned... its great if you want to eat at pheonix but want to do so at a quiet place thats not too crowded, serves yummy food and you dont mind waiting or paying extra for it.

Service takes a long time here. First we ordered the pork ribs which took more than 20 minutes. When asked the manager he said porkcribs takes time. OK accepted. Then we asked him which pasta will come quick and he suggested one and that also came late.Plus the taste was very average. The Staffs are very polite and humble which is very good and no complaints in that.

Not worth it, cant recommend this place. You can find better taste in street dhabas or restaurants

Food was great but service is terrible.

If you want normal food (good and above average food), to avoid some crowded restaurant in the mall and wont mind dropping some extra bucks to spend extra time with your friends , then this restaurant suits you.The average cost per person is 550rs to 700rs and waiting time can be quite long because of short of man power.This is an expensive restaurant and charge is similar to the restaurant chain in US.They also add service charge of rs 500 and will be removed if you enquiry or ask them.

I didnt expect this kind of a food out here. Not to blame the staff as they were understaffed. Big chain of restaurant at USA spoiling their name and reputation out here in India is unacceptable. Food wasnt tasty and the meat was so hard. We asked for chicken but we got beef! Pl try to improve. Never try again!

Love Chilis in US and was so happy to see them in Chennai. Cost wise, I feel they charge almost the same as in US 10-12$ starting dish price. Have visited multiple times, service is always pleasant, they take time to explain, dont rush you to move out, you can chit chat and spend as much time as you want. Food is always good, never felt the change in taste. Will definitely go again. Love their chicken jalapeno wings, quesadillas and tortillas.

This place has awesome food....both veg and non veg options are good .. you can get satisfied or stomach full with one or two items, like one main course and one dessert, Actually 2 people can finish this. I have tried a chicken steak which was very nice. Chicken was well cooked and tasty. I tried a pannacotta desert which was yummy. Ambience was good. Food was delivered quick

Please do not come here if youre looking for the same quality as the Chilis that you know from around the world. The tacos were filled with mayonnaise, instead of cheese or normal beans. The Nachos were an abomination- one would not call that dish Nachos- it was Doritos with kidney bean paste smeared on each chip, with one jalapeno placed on each. Forget oozy jack cheese and a messy gooey delight that is a traditional Nachos. The chicken quesadillas were not good either.Highly disappointed. This is ruining the name of the international chain.

I tried Mexican at this hotel for first time for dinner and had awesome time and good food. It was totally worth money and great evening. Had nachos, mango margarita and vegetable taco. They were yummy and mouth watering.

One of the place to try out or know more about American dishes. The serving is double, presentation is all American style. You can come for dinner or anytime as you like. Full of carbs. They have assorted platter of salads too. Very tempting and nice.

Very nice ambience, we tried Mexican cuisine, it did not have the exact taste of taco & Quesedillas we tasted in Mexico, its more westernized taste. Burgers were awesome.

It is located right in front of Luxe Cinemas. Therefore, making it very convenient to grab something to eat right after watching a movie. Might look tiny from outside but just like any other good place in Pheonix is not only spacious but also, has a great ambience. Could be because of their pretty cool playlist!The staff although, its quite difficult for me to choose - is either lazy or maybe short in number, are kind, polite and well-mannered.Now, lets get to the main point. The food is killer! Worth the price and worth the wait. It may be a tad bit too much for a college students pocket but if you consider as an investment in your quest to devour evry delicious food there exists on this planet - you will be satisfied!Hope you have just as much fun, if not more, as me. We went here for an anniversary party. The inside dining area is too cumbersome that we were not able to sit comfortably. Food taste is good but anything which had crispy chicken all tasted same. Staff is really nice and welcoming.

Good place to eat after a movie. The food tastes pretty good but not like crazy delicious and they are priced on the higher side. Courteous service. Went on a weekday so it was not crowded and took a decent time to serve food.

I been there for lunch on the weekend seems its quite busy time. We ordered country chicken with smashes potatoes and vegetarian sizzlers all are tastes good feel that slightly quantity could be increased and friendly staffs over it was a pleasant experience.

Nice place and food. Music was kinda loud though. Very nice menu. They should keep the sauce on the table, you are expected to request the sauces. Overall good place, might be seen as expensive for some. Avg cost for 2 would be 1.5 k. Sizzling brownie doesnt sizzle that much, choc sauce is too thin, ice cream was all flaked. Quesadilla was good.

The place was crowded as i went on a sunday afternoon. Well took 20 mins to get a table and then took another 15 mins to make order, as the waiters were busy taking orders and serving. The food was delivered in another 15 mins. Ordered 2 burger .. which tasted very good.. the desserts were amazing... the best way to end lunch... overall the food tasted very great...

I go to Chilis only for their steaks and the ambience because theyre both usually great. This is the only one where I didnt like either. The steak was cooked to the point where it was harder than rubber and the place was overcrowded and cramped. The only saviour were the veg rolls. Disappointed with the overall experience.
