Chili's in Casablanca

Nice place but veeeeery pricy

It Tasted just as good as the Chillis in the USA. I enjoyed all the food. (No corn on the cob only loose corn in a cup available)

I got the boneless buffalo wings and fried pickles. I am getting over being a little sick and due to nasal blockage I havent been able to taste my food so I knew I could get something out of some buffalo wings. The staff were very kind, the food came hot, and when I mentioned to send alllll the spice my way, they brought me a spicer hot sauce in a bottle and worked hard to make sure we were all happy. We had a good experience and I hope to go back soon for some of their Tex Mex menu!

The restaurant is just amazing its my favorite of all time. whenever Im in Casablanca my only destination for a good meal is chillis. The food is just perfect as well as the service and the cleanliness Wich are the most important things in a restaurant.

The food smelled and tasted good. But we, my fiance and I got stomach-aches and diarrhoea for a week.

The food is decent but overpriced and the portions are pretty small. I also found a hair in my food, which is something to note. Overall I wouldnt recommend.

Horrible ! The staff was very unprofessional. The waiter didn’t answer to many of our calls even tho we were close and therefore we were sure he heard us. He made disrespectful comments regarding my child and cherry on top, the food was barely edible.

Eachtime we go to Chillis Casablanca, I promise myself not to ever ever go back again. Why?? Because each time the food is a great disappointment. My son being an addict to their chicken wings, I unfortunately tend to forget my promise and go there again to please him. Yesterday was by far the worse of all. My wife and I ordered two burgers. When I asked the waiter to prepare it medium, his response was that the "cooking machine" was programmed to cook it well done. Being hungry and wanting as burger for a while, I couldnt say no.20 min later our burgers came. I am not exaggerating, they were by far the worse, the most disgusting burgers we have ever had. The meat was so over cooked, I had hard time biting it, adding to this the terrible sauce but the very god fries.When I called the Waiter, he was very polite and was willing to take the burgers back and replace them with something else (thus the 2 stars). But again he didnt seem to grasp the fact that the burgers was simply disgusting and tasted bad. He didnt grasp the fact that it made no sense that Chillis Casablanca imposes and cooking style on its customers. I asked to talk to the manager (a guy wearing a pink shirt and who was aware four complains), by the time I stood up to go and talk to him, he simply vanished. Another disappointment as I was expecting the manager who was informed by the waiter of our complain to come and "apologize" , do something......nada. He choses to disappear instead . There is NO WAY I would ever ever ever ever go back there. It is sad that the only Chills in the country offers such a terrible food quality

I ordered beef ribs, the meat felt like it was previously cooked and frozen. Not what I would expect from a steakhouse, or at least what they pretend to be. Also, instead of serving fresh corn, I got canned cord. 2 stars for the service.

The place was amazing and quiet, the food was so delicious and worth it.What i loved the most is the service and Mostafa was a great person and cheerful and helped us through the whole experience.

The menu on the website isnt updated.Even tough there arent any customers we had to wait for 30 minutes.Last but not least the food was disgusting and i was so nice by saying that.One thing is for sure ill never come back again.

The food was great, bigger-than-usual portions, and cozy seating theme. However, the service wasnt as good. Which is what cost them a star in my opinion. I wouldve deducted 2 stars but the food made up for one.

I was through this resto as a delivey man ..when i came to the window to ask someone about my order code ..one of the workers talk to me with a very very bad way ever , it wasnt a good experience for me personaly but the food looks yummy i suggest to have a dinner for you and your family 🙏

Service wasn’t bad could’ve been better. The food however was not good I had the boss burger and the meat was not good. I thought it’d be real beef but ends up being artificial beef. The chili’s in Marrakech is MUCH better.

Nice environment, friendly staff. My only criticism is that they often run out of chips and salsa 😭 but overall a great place to go with friends and family

Ive been to Chillis in a few different countries now and this one didnt disappoint. The boneless wings were a little too tangy but with the dip it was very nice and the portion size was pretty good. The beef bacon and cheese quesadillas were cooked to perfection. I was pretty full so i ordered the mini burgers as my main course because I thought theyd be very small but to my surprise they give you four decent sized burgers which are actually quite tasty, i was pleasantly surprised. The bottomless drinks were a great addition too. Overall i had a good experience, very helpful and polite staff and generally a really nice place to eat and chill.

Casablanca isnt known for its premium service and this place is no expection, unless youre a tourist but in that case expect a good tip. The food is nothing exceptional either, above average. The price however is simply too much for what you will be served. The fajitas are served with 3 quarters of a tortilla, an insult in a country where bread is basically free, with refill, in all restaurants. Median price is at 120 dhs but honestly should be 60 at best. Deserts are good. Deco is below average honestly could do better. For a tex mex dish better options are available.

Got the deal of 1 starter + 2 mains for 190 dirham. The chilli cheese fries were so good, they came out with very little cheese on but the waiter was so kind and brought us out more. We bought a guacamole and chips to share as well which was pretty tasty and I like the thin chips but they werent great for dipping. The mains of Philly cheese steak was really tasty. Our other main of sour cream chicken enchiladas actually wasnt very nice at all though. I think some of the stuff came out with a few errors but I didnt ask for the menu back to confirm this. Toilets were clean, one waiter was so hospitable and making such a big effort I would go back just to be served by him. I dont have chilis in the UK so I just wanted to try it. Maybe theres better locations but I wasnt disappointed. Taking into consideration the deals, prices are not too bad.

Bad food and untrained staff. There are so many staff, they are friendly but clueless. The food is tasteless and taste like microwave. The chilis of Casablanca is much better food and service wise!

As a chilis customer in saudi arabia , i find a remarkable difference , one of which theres no refill for your soft drinks , and also the quantity of fries served with each plate is less , as an overall rating ill give it a 2-star rating , and wont recommend it, its a ripoff here in morocco
