This is definitely the worst place to dine in Muscat, steaks are just a big scam, the menu shows pictures of the food and the reality is different, the boss burger has one slice of bacon while the menu claims it is the burger "all other burgers report to" !The steaks are not ediable, old, hard to chew and the cuts are not right, the most expensive steak which is supposed to be a tenderloin is a mere flank steak. We had to ask for a mushroom sauce that was supposed to come with the dish, we got a sample of mushroom soap instead.The service is OK, not friendly at all, but they managed to bring us what we asked for.I wish I could report this restaurant to the authorities in Oman, unfortunately I am only a tourist, but this branch is a disgrace to Chillis franchise.

Very nice food like very much

The food was really nice and the staff were very friendly. Portions were great too.. The only reason Ive put it a star down is its a little on the expensive side..

Amazing combination of the plates.Good ambient. Food 100/100. Staff are so friendly and helpful.I like the music and the celebration of every happy birthday. I think everytime we have to see staff are celebrating HBD of some different customers.. so cute.

The restaurant is located inside of City Centre at the ground floor of the hotel, near the food area, and it makes a very good impression. The food is amazing and the staff is also really friendly. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. I have visited the restaurant several times over the past years and every time I have been impressed with the quality of the food which was served to us. I still rememeber that I have had salmon and vegetables and enjoyed every single bit of the meal. Considering the quality of the food served in this restaurant, the prices are reasonable. Also, the outlet is enrolled in the Entertainer and Talabat. Highly recommend this excellent restaurant.

We went to have stake and it was sooooo bad and they lost their charm .. food was cold and serviced late and the team looks frustrated so i dont really recommend ..The food was too pricy and we paid 40 for two with no appetizers nor Juices ..Chilis , u need to improve !!

Every time we go here, we dread seeing the new menu design. Because, with great design come great price increases.Almost everything has increased in price for 22 and some items by more than a Rial.The food is still good. There still is some level of consistency, however, there are better options in town at this price range.

I am a regular customer at Chilis as all of us (both kids and adultslove it. The seating is pretty nice and cozy and overall atmosphere is cool, sitting at the booth provides a good amount of privacy. The food quality and quantity are really good. The Southwestern Egg Rolls, Molten Chocolate Lava Cake and Crispy Chicken Tenders are a must on our every visit. Salads and chicken dishes are also pretty good.The service is good, all waiters are very polite and helpful, and best of all, not intrusive. Prices did go up across the years.Overall it is a great place to go for lunch or dinner with family and friends.

I had finally visited Chillis Muscat City Center after 4 years. Still same great taste with increased prices.Value for the money.

The place was full, but service was still good. Delicious meals.Their drink menu was a bit misleading.... They have Minute maid apple juice under refill drinks when its not and the waiters dont tell you. The size of the juice too is like a baby cup

ordered a shrimp fajita, but there were only 10 small shrimps in the plate (not even prawns), and the vegetables were inedible and over-soaked with oil. funniest thing is that this order cost me around *8 rials*. will not come to this restaurant again.

Good place, and staff is very cooperative. As I m vegetarian, they went extra mile to customise dishes for me.

Very delicious food , we enjoy it every time

Yuck. I ordered the sour cream chicken enchiladas because it had a “favorite” star next to it. It didn’t look as good as it did in the photo. And it actually tasted horrible. The sauce tasted sweet, which I didn’t care for. And the enchiladas were over baked. Rock hard outside. Steer clear of this one. The only reason I give it two stars is for some of their other food. I’ve had the fajitas before and they were pretty good. As are the southwestern egg rolls and table side guacamole. Nachos were ok but don’t add on the guacamole as it’s 800 basia for a teaspoon of it. Rip off. Beef ribs were large. We ordered it with sauce on the side. Seasonal veggies are ok. Steak is ok too and burgers are generally a safe bet.

Good food and ambiance with quick service and customer friendly staff.Comparatively, felt that the food at their qurum city centre branch was much better.

Delicious food, short waiting time.

The food is delicious and the staff are very decent and helpful. The only drawback is the portions, they are small compared to the price, but they accept entertainer vouchers though, which makes a better deal out of it.

The waiter was so rude and hs no respect for the customer from what I’ve experienced.the service was not acceptable as well.the steak was tasteless and the mashed potatoes was anything but “mashed”..The salad was supposed to contain avocados, but there wasn’t any.Overpriced and the service was really terrible..To sum it all up.. not the right destination for foo lovers..I definitely don’t recommend it at all

This Chilis restaurant is one the branches of the main chain of restaurants in the Sultanate of Oman and the world. It is conveniently located opposite to the food court at the Muscat City Centre. They serve a wide variety of American and Mexican cuisine. The food is extremely delicious and the prices are relatively reasonable as well as the ambient of the place. However, the management requires additional training in dealing with customers politely.

Located in the heart of the shopping centre. Has good setting area and friendly staff. They serve diff type of food. I tried ribeye steak which was served with mashed potato and veg.The steak was not that good. Their price considered to be high compared with other restaurants.

Great Experience here, has always been my go to place for steaks and fillets. Classic steaks and well tailored meals served here. Drinks are average save some starred items in the menu. Their nachos plate had a generous serving. Staff is friendly and quick to respond. Great ambience and great food overall. If you love steaks, then please do head here, might even enjoy it out there!!:))

Chilis is one of the greatest international restaurant and yes you should try this new premium burger its called The Boss, believe me its the real boss of the burgers 🖒

The quality of the food decreased a lot compared to past years. The food was so average taste and didnt look at all like the pictures. Lacked seasoning and taste. The waiters are even least bothered with no customer service skills. Busy restaurant, terrible food and inexperienced waiters.

Cozy Chilis in City Center mall. Food is delicious and they have fast delivery time.Whenever I visit City Center Mall, I dine at Chilis.

The place having wonderful atmosphere on the other side the food is ‏amazing, grilled cow ribs with side dishes and Margarita.

Nothing too great about the place. They don’t even have their own washroom. The menu is as expensive as that in Dubai but not as much variety. Since Muscat doesn’t have too many options, it’s pretty popular with the local crowd but that effects on the service. They aren’t really prepared to serve the same manner when it’s crowded. Overall a fine experience but they could do a lot better.

Great place for an event and for extraordinary meal. I recommend it to anyone who wants a special night.

The location in the mall is nice and it gets quite busy. Chilis is chilis no questions asked! Like the fajitas and the burger menu.

Great place to have some nice steaks and sizzlers. The rates are a bit high but its worth every bit of it. I personally recommend the pepper jack rib eye and the blue pacifico for a drink.
