Worst fried chicken they attract costumers by cheap deal. After eating this my stomach got disturb. They try to copy KFC style but please also adopt some taste from KFC.

I went in this restaurant for having some food & the Receptionist (Maybe Filipino not suredidnt bother to receive me, She served other customers who were talking in her language in front of me & she literally ignored my existence (Maybe because I am Indian)Never in my life I will go to this restaurant again

The Food is good however the servings and delivery is suuuperr slow ... they will keep you waiting for more than 1 hour for your food .. I ordered 8pm and its written on my delivery app 8:55pm i received my order untill it will took too much time .. extend it to 9pm and 9:05, 9:10, 9:20, 9:25 and now 9:30pm .. what is this ??? rate one star you didnt deserve for this kind of service !!. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻VERY SLOW STAFF Chicking Al rigga !.

First time to try their food. Ordered at 1:10 food received by 2:30pm. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. And food arrived cold! And im only 2 mins away from them. Ridiculous! Never again!!!!

The chicken was nice and crispy and not too spicy. Orders take a bit longer to get ready though. You have to wait. But there is good WiFi for about one hour

Very poor service in this branch. 2 Africans, as if they show they are working with laziness you will not feel like eating, hot temp inside no ac. They were rude to noon riders. They were only 5 customers waited for 30mins. I only ordered 1pc chicken with spaghetti it was regret I dined in here on this branch. You need to change your staffs and clean the restaurant properly.

I am very very disappointed for their staff and the cooker I order a 2 pizza and wait around 30minute and they took long time when I take receipt go to reception ask the Filipino and black girl these 2 girl staff they say it take time I wait again 10minutes and go again after they confused they asking to the person who cook pizza asking wheres their order they were confused and very very bad 👎 staff They dnt know anything after they give pizza and pizza is like this

Just went their recently but the supervisor Filipiner redeem their image. Keep the food fresh ok. I love the ice cream

Went to buy ice cream which was sold for 1 aed but the staff refused and said it was over .while I was waiting outside some random three guys were given ice cream when I went asked about it they didnt give a proper reply.and Worst kind of customer experience I had all ever in my life. Went their with the gulf news voucher. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of food. The grilled chicken packed was so dry and stale.. probably cooked a long time before.. tasted bad.. the mashed potatoes were as hard as actual potatoes .. appeared to have been prepared days ago!!!.. the bun was also stale... and all this on a Sunday, the busiest day of the week!!! have a feeling ordering with voucher may have had a role in this horrible experience.. unfortunately have one more voucher.. giving it away asap!!!

I ordered at 9 till 10 30 i haven’t received 10 o’clock i called they said they’ll deliver within 5 mins i called again at 10 30 they said theyll give a call back until 10 40 no return back.

Great rivals for KFC...totally budget friendly and taste is good too..they all sorta combo youll need ...totally good place to have chicken meal

Nice taste, good price not that much costly. But I feel the staff is rude not all but one lady who was at packing counter may b she had over work load thats why, when I enquire with her when my ordered will b ready after I ordered to cashier. She replied in rude way.

Worst place to have food , food is not good at all , i ordered for grilled chicken and they given normal one , The mexican wrap which i ordered was not hot at all and the quantity is very less ( they shown a big wrap in advertisements). Customer service is very bad , Staff are not good in english, so they give wrong items all the time. Store is not hygiëne, interiors is too bad , Inside temperature is very high no proper centralized Air Conditioning so they put extra fan beside 🤣 .

Its so sad , it is my first to eat here . As my boyfriend insist to try here as they have a good deal. but unfortunately it was not good as I’ve e expected. Most of our order are missing and wrong. Like we ordered for spicy fries and chicken and paid for an extra charges yet we received normal fries & chicken . We ordered for a drink but its not in the receipt as we checked again. And while giving the drinks they don’t even offered a glass of ice. 😔😔 - extra mile service will do . 😇

Good food, ambience and services

They are leveling UP. It is like a mix of McDonalds, KFC, Jollibee, Mary Brown in an affordable meal but good and delicious. Their 1 AED ice cream in a cone is a must try. You can have taco sandwich and chicken wrap for less than 10 AED as individual price. I might try their spaghetti soon. I heard good reviews about it.

Not good,,, we visit the store evening, it takes 30 minutes to deliver the orders, when it comes we thought its new and hot because of the time they spend. But unfortunately its not. Look like they cook it in the afternoon and serve it to us. I will not recommend that place to my friends.

If you thinking about budget fried chicken deals. Then Chiking is the best in town. They charging only 29 dirhams for a bucket of 9 pieces. Chicken pieces are quite big in sizes. Cant compare with KFC. It is okey for the price.Crispiness is there. The rigga outlet is spacious late night dinner outlet with outside seating facilities

3stars just for the service which is outstanding, from greeting to upselling and suggesting. Very polite too.Pizza is quite good but bit bland, grilled chicken was dry, fried chicken is okay but not that spicy, rice was sticking on the wrapper, But spaghetti was really good and the fries were serve crispy and hot. Still need to work out on the quality of sauces and grilled chicken.
