Worst experience I ever had. Bad taste and foul smell from chicken. We can extract enough oil from the chicken. Not recommended for kids, adults even for cats, dogs & alligators.

Tried chiking bucket chicken of 21pieces super saver, i mixed and ordered three different flavours, my personal favourite was Fried Grill chicken and Fried Normal chicken.Ordered online ,one fault i found in my order was i didnt recieved disposable plates, only glasses were there.

Worst experience, bad taste, bad smell, the first and the last time, we ordered chicken strips 21 pcs from Noon, they with discount 20% but we find out that the prices in noon was over priced to cover the discount, cheaters. Chicken was wet because they put it in a small boxes so the steam spoil the chicken. The same with French fries was in small paper bag which also was wet. Disaster experience.

I ordered today from Zomato for creamy pasta with chicken. Pasta was good however I really got disappointed with their chicken. It’s evident that it was not freshly cooked as it had a very foul smell.

Dont trust them at all.They get the money and then Ms. Linda calling and saying order cant be delivered at your place , come and eat. Is this the way anyone should response.I want my money to be refunded on immediate basis.Highly not recommendedThere should be a zero rating option as well

My son simply loves chicking. I like it as its tastier and budget friendly. The most interesting part of this outlet is kids play area with a slide and ride on animals. My son didnt want to leave from there. I highly recommend it for parents who dont want to go to a congested place. Chicking food quality is in competition with KFC rather it has improved the level to a much better deal with amazing offers and combination combos. Highly recommend. Must try! Wont regret 👍

All Broasted Chickens are having there own flavours. So we cannot compare what chucking gives with KFC or any others. In my opinion Chucking is okey to its Budget.

I have placed an order and charged me from it. A representative called me and told me they dont deliver in my area and will cancel the order refund it in 7-10 business days. If they dont deliver within the area how come it was available on their website. Very bad service.

Pathetic. Its been over an hour and a half and I am still waiting for my order. From the time of my order to delivery it has been a horrible experience .

Unhygienic handling of foodStaff serving is wearing gloves and touching their mask and head cover with same hand and food. Need to take more care with touching themself … should consider changing gloves before handling food.

The order took more than 3 hours the costumer services they pick at first and then they will ignore your call . Save your self some frustration and dont order from them at all because simply no one can reach them and they dont care about you

Chicking Sharjah does boast of longest delivery time of 2 hours and I am still counting. Worst service which includes the call centre which informed that the delivery will be within 10 mins after reminding them of the delay .

So far the food is delicious but the costumer service man who recieved my call is very rude and unacommodating hope you can have more patient in getting orders since we want to be sure of what we want to order. They talk to u as if they are irritated or something

Unfriendly staff, size of grilled chicken pieces very small, all items stuffed into one bucket. Chicken strips, regular chicken and grilled chicken together. Buns should be in plastic wrap. I was expecting an alternative to KFC,but disappointed.

The food is tasty! but one chicken breast can get into 20 pieces of chicken popcorn that one you are dividing into two and putting into this offer ! Very disappointed! This is really haram and cheating please add value for money not cheating for money! and also I had large size of french fries but what I got is regular size nothing to comment! One more thing I dont want to complaint in the public eye try to make complaint in your website only but it is not accepting so I have no option than here

Ordered from Ajman branch for company celebration, most chicken was smelly and is under cooked. Staff are also not communicating properly when we call them, they keep insisting that theres nothing wrong with their chicken, not ordering from them again ever

I went with my family to Al Quoz mall branch of Chicking. I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was almost about to smell and the bones where black in colour and the flesh was like slippery and in reddish colour. We my wife and 4yrs old daughter ate it almost thinking that next peiece will be of perfect. I very politely addressed my opinion to the branch manager Mr.Arfaz or Mr. Ahmed if I am not wrong. He listened to me what I had to tell and he wanted to replace with a new order for free. As we felt like vomitting by that slippery reddish colour flesh. We gently rejected his offer but vey politely he offered us with strips of chicken. Unsatisfyingly we ate one piece of chicken and took away the rest. I dint wanted to put a review but today morning onwwrds my daughters stomach is upset and she is having stomach ache. Unfortunately I couldnt take the photo of the chicken we ate or left overs as a proof to show you guys. They have to consider giving good quality food to client eventhough the behaviour of the Manager was was too good.

Delivery was prompt as informed,but that was the only good thing because they charge separately for it.Hot wings was not hot and small portions.They have spoiled the taste of coleslaw..Chili garlic was very small portionNot worth the money,Can never compete on taste and worth with KFCNot worth

I bought the offer of AED 39. Worst taste of chicken... Never ever recommend this restaurant.The chicken had strange taste. They promised delivery within 1 hr but it took them more then 1 hr.It was all complete tasteless.. Wasted my money.

As of now it was good experience as currently they had an on going offer where two medium pizza costed only Aed 35.00, brought Mexicana Pizza and Royal Supreme. Taste waise it was good, had good amount of cheese which is important. I would say it was a budget friendly deal which i got yesterday from chicking where as Dominos or other pizza restaurant would surely costed me more than 35 Aed.

The food was affordable but the customer service and cashier team is too slow to handle, i ordered food via online prior 45 minutes of my collection time and they are supposed to keep my order ready but instead i have to still wait another 30 minutes after reaching. Which means i had to wait 1.30 hours just for an order.Terrible experience but the food was good enough for the price i paid, please improve the customer service quality.

I visited here with my family and ordered spicy chicken bucket, Mexican chicken wrap and chicking burger, all food was good. Customer service is also good.

Nice offers. Tasty foods. Food size (expectationsis very disppointing. Grilled chicken, spicy strips are good. Royal Sandwich (AED 7is the best pick. Mexican wrap is a disappointment. Staffs are friendly. There is a small place for kids and gifts are too cute for kids meal.

The cashier was kind and had good customer service. However the food took too long and was good, but not great. The place itself looks nice. There a sink for hand washing, and a toilet near the kitchen which isnt the best place for it.. In general I give 3 out of five. 2 of which are for the customer service the lady provided.
