I love this place! I cant say that enough. I go to Chicken Salad Chick any time I can. Their chicken salad is great. My favorite is the Dixie chick and the Fancy Nancy. If you love chicken salad then this is the place to go. Staff is usually very courteous and friendly. And Ive never had to wait a long time even if the line was long. So I 100% recommend you try this restaurant if you havent.

The way they treat doordashers unreal... When you have 15 people standing in line and a dasher can see the order they need is waiting for them but they cant get it until they wait thru all those people come on..

This location was out of 3 of the 4 chicken salad flavors I wanted.

Clean friendly and the food was good at a fair price.

More than wonderful. The grape salad was awesome. The staff was welcoming. The young lady in back welcomed me before the guys in front could.

All i can say is WOW..When i walk in a place to order I dont want to see garbage running over in the floor.. There was 5 employees and the tables had trash all over them and trash cans was all just running over in the floor.. Not a single employee had a name tag so I i cant mention names so.. Not to mention they was out of grape salad.. It was awful.

Very good places for a great chicken salad of different kinds. Very friendly staff clean place to eat. Recommend this for lunch .

The food is GREAT! The service leaves a lot to be desired!! I come to this location when I visit my daughter who lives nearby, and I usually have to be at her house at a certain time to babysit. Tried on 3/18/22 to order online via the app. Easy and I can get my order in and ready for pickup before I leave my house 45 minutes away. Except on 3/18/22 they had turned off online ordering at 3:30 pm. Then I start trying to call my order in and someone answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold. After being on hold for 6 minutes, I hung up and called back….but they had taken the phone off the hook so all the way during my drive I keep trying to call and for 45 minutes solid the line was busy. I am frustrated but think maybe they are short staffed although I am surprised they are SO busy they can’t answer the phone OR take online orders at 3:30 pm. We really wanted CSC so I decide to drive on to the location and just walk in and order to go. I pull in to an empty parking lot and I walk in to not one customer in the restaurant, dining in or picking up a to go order. Five employees were just standing around waiting for something to happen. This is just how many employees I could see from the front counter, could have been more in the back. Point is, they were NOT busy. After I placed my order (with 10 minutes to spare to get to where I needed to beand while I’m standing around waiting for my order, a girl with a baby comes in and says “I have a Gadsden to go order” and she is immediately presented with the order she was somehow allowed to call in or place online and she’s in and out in 1 minute,, which is the kind of service I needed on this particular day when I had to be somewhere at a certain time. I realize the employees don’t really care how many orders are placed but I bet the owner does. I really like the food here and we don’t have CSC where I live or otherwise I would NOT have gone to the trouble to go in and wait for a go order that I should have been able to place on the app or call in. DO BETTER!

3 stars simply because of service. Cashier didnt have the best people skills but the food overall was pleasant. I never knew what all you could do with chicken salad until I stopped in.

The best chicken salad in gadsden so many options and the grape salad and fresh fruit are yummy!

Chicken seemed tough.not sure what was going on... Like chewing bits of wet paper towel. Friends said theirs were good. The tea was good

Havent been here in awhile. Placed an order, staff was friendly. They were not busy, only one person in front of me. And they managed to mess up my order. Im sure they messed up hers also. Gave me the wrong large side. Called to let them know, they dont seem too worried about someone who traveled far away. I am unable to go back today and dont have one of the main items I needed. And I dont usually go that way very often. Staff not very interested in doing their job correctly.

Very good and the staff was awesome but the price is kind of ridiculous but I paid it anyways. The buffalo chicken salad is amazing. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star is the price

Im not a big franchised restaurant fan and certainly dont leave reviews for them often. I eat here every time Im working at a clients office locally. Always clean, always fast- and the chicken salad is excellent!

To me, this chain is not as good as people say it is. At the same time, the broccoli salad was amazing.

Been here once before. Took my MIL for her first time. She enjoyed it. I love the cozy atmosphere. Can sorta be considered fast food because you get your food super fast! Ordered bbq chicken salad, grape salad & Mac n cheese. MIL ordered regular chicken salad , fresh fruit & soup. Absolutely delicious! 5 star!

I walked in for the very first time today and I was only intending to get a drink as I’m a very picky eater and have never really enjoyed any kind of chicken salad. But these folks have something for everyone! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and were very patient with me as I figured out what to order 10/10 food quality 10/10 customer service quality!

Delicious. First time eating there at the Gadsden, AL restaurant and the chicken salad BLT on toasted wheat with the traditional southern chicken salad was extraordinary. Actually got me interested in maybe opening a franchise (when I’m financially able to). That’s how good it was.

It was great light fare. The chicken was seasoned right, croissants were fresh and the service spot on. No dine in though but the food came quick and we took back to hotel. It hit the spot in the right way as opposed to greasy fried food or fast food.

The food here is always good i eat at Chicken Salad Chick at least once a week. The one thing though is be very specific about the portion size you are ordering because 3 times i was given and charged for the largest portion size they have. Overall very enjoyable experience i may eat there today..

They are always professional and give top notch service. When something doesn’t get done how I like they always make it right. Love most everything on their menu.

I want to give this place five stars, but its pricey. And its mainly chicken salad, soups, and pimento cheese items. Youre not going to get burgers, bbq, or chicken finger plates here. I got a regular pimento cheese sandwich and large strawberry lemonade for $9. Thats pricey in my opinion. However, it was delicious - quality, fresh ingredients. I will give them that. Also, the wait time really depends on what you order. I give Chicken Salad Chick three stars for now.

We ordered the Fancy Nancy and Pimento Cheese Scoops, Fancy Nancy on a croissant, Broccoli Salas and Pasta Salad and were not disappointed, everything was fresh and plentiful! The cost including a large diet coke and large ice water (freewas 20.47 plus tax and well worth it. Staff was fast and efficient, taste was excellent and the cookie included was also awesome! I highly recommend, right now its drive up in the parking lot to order but menus are available and service was fast. Great place!

Love the varieties of chicken salad fixins...a style for every southern soul! But, alas! My favorite? The pimento cheese! And, of course, a lemon shortbread cookie to finish it off! Only drawback? No fresh lemon wedges for my tea? How totally un-southern of yall!!

I placed a togo order of the Fancy Nancy chicken salad (grapes/pecans& a fruit cup. Amazing & quick lunch on the go. Looking forward to going back to try more options. Very clean place, friendly, helpful staff.

Very tasty. I get such big cravings for chicken salad and this place satisfies it. Also its super cute in there. The store is so nicely decorated!

The food is good but not happy with the service. My wife went to order and clerk was very rude. When she asked what sides we available the clerk said rudely they are on the board and I guess I can read each one to you mama. Then I ordered and she was short and crude whit here responses. Not sure I will go back because of this. I can go to Burger King and pay less and get better service.

Ive posted it several times and it still remains the best! I absolutely love this place! Ive been to several locations, but Rome, GA still beats them all! The outside is beautifully decorated. Love to sit outside and eat. Looking forward to winter time, because they have a fireplace set up outside where you eat, and that will be so comfy!

Traveling from NC and saw this shop and decided to stop. This is a place I will definitely come back to on my my through Alabama. This place was CLEAN, the food was SIMPLE AND FULFILLING and the service is FAST (and i do mean FAST!!And the ingredients are very fresh. They deserve every bit of the 5 stars if not more!

Disappointed mostly due to price. The market price on chicken breast may be at an all time low. With volume pricing, I would not be surprised that the chicken price less than 1.25 per pound. Other ingredients cost would be a minimum. That being said cost of the scoop would be less than fifty cents. Our costs 4.99 huge mark up. The recipes I will say were great but I will probably not return because I cannot support this type of retail markup. Bad for the free Enterprise system

The more I go the better I like it. If you are looking to stuff your gut, this isnt your place. I you want a light, fairly healthy lunch, try it. More than just chicken salad. I like the turkey pesto sandwich and the mac & cheese is good.

I walked up to the counter and wasnt even acknowledged, at first, when there was about three people near the counter. I asked the lady if she knew about the carb content for the different kinds of chicken salad (which is actually a normal question nowadays, with so many on a ketogenic diet). She just shook her head no. She was not friendly. The food was just okay, nothing special. This was my second time to eat from this restaurant. Not impressed.

Sadly, slow and expensive. As a repeat customer of other locations over the years, this Counter person couldnt answer any of our questions regarding food items. Three questions required calling another person to the front line each time. Had to repeat our order more than once, and still, both orders were incorrect and required sending back. Very time consuming with a line continuing to form behind us. All toll, over twenty seven dollars for chicken salad, two drinks and a club sandwich.?? Our last visit to a CSC.

Absolutely worth the drive. The Fancy Nancy & pasta salad are delish!!! I even loved their pimento cheese they my husband let me sample, and I have never liked pimento cheese!

Great food really nice place.

First time visitor. I just walked in and did a to go order since in was in a hurry. I did a combo. My chicken salad was very good. It came with a side, drink and small cookie. I chose the grape salad and it was to die for. The cook was the perfect ending.

Delicious food. Good service. We will definitely be back. Really good prices. The meal is $7.99 and kids meals are $5.25. Cookie with every meal is the perfect topper.

The sandwich we had was ok but the service was horrible. The people checking your order AND the cashiers were playing in their hair. The employees preparing the food did not have on hair nets. Some had on caps but not all. I observed a few employees going from taking the orders to the table to behind the counter without washing their hands. OMG too much going on.

Absolutely love chicken salad chick. This is the closest one to where I live and its still 30 plus mins away. My husband had to go down south for a meeting today and stopped by here on his way home and got us some chicken salad to go...it was amazing. Couldnt have ask for a better supper. He said the owners were very friendly and it was a nice place. Cant wait to go dine in for lunch one day.

Managers and staff were very helpful and friendly! No one was frustrated on only 2nd day. All around Awesome service and food!We will tell everyone of our experience and recommend! And we cant wait to try everything on the menu.
