The staff are always friendly, They for you to sample the different chicken salads if youd like. I love the jalapeño Holly and the cranberry chicken salad.. The loaded potato soup is great and very filling.. The broccoli salad leaves much yo be desired.. The seasonal fruit salad with poppyseed dressing is my absolute favorite! And the tiny cookies are a great way to finish your meal. Also their lemonade is great too, they have strawberry lemonade and regular. They give chick-fil-a lemonade a run for the money! They have a drive thru as well which was rather good timing during lunch hour. There are plenty of inside seats spaced out well enough.

1st The Croissants are not croissants. its some sort of stale bread rolled as croissant.2nd the portion is crazy small.Lastly. The chicken salad tastes like canned chicken.

Love the Cranberry Kelli on toasted whole wheat with broccoli salad! Such a great alternative to fast food. Always a clean, relaxed atmosphere too. I’ve been to several of their locations & the quality is consistently good. And having a little sweet cookie for dessert? Yum!

Ashley and the staff here are incredibly great. After a negative experience at another location, Ashley was able to correct everything and give us a very positive experience.

My sisters and I were looking for a place to go while in Florida so when we saw there was a place to get everything chicken salad we had to check it out. There menu was is cute sandwiches have girls names very fun.. the dinning room also clean and cute. Back to the awsome way to serve the food you can mix and match 2 or more scoops of different or the same types of chicken salads on a plate served with crackers makes you feel like the party is at your table or get some for the office makes a nice snack. Its party time get some. If you prefer a sandwich its awesome that way to. Enjoy.

I like that they let you sample the scope salad before you commit to it. My food was good.

We love the fresh food and have never been disappointed! We were there at lunch today and we had the great pleasure of meeting a team member named Karen. She is a joy. Even though it was very busy at lunch time she went around to everyone’s table to check on the customers to make sure that they got what they ordered, had everything they needed and was happy with their meal. We are giving a huge Shout Out to Karen! She is a beautiful example of a caring and energetic team member that we hope to see again real soon!

DO NOT tip this place!!! The owners keep the tips and don’t disperse them to the actual employees that worked for them. They will get fired if they keep a tip. Management always keeps this place understaffed to save money. Food is good but management sucks!

The young lady Ashley working the drive thru is the most unpleasant person I’ve dealt with getting food from here. Nasty attitude and roughly handled my card and handed me my food. This is my favorite lunch spot but after this experience I will not be coming to this location again.

Enjoyed the chicken salad, they make a number of styles and I had the one with egg and pickle added and it was so good. The broccoli salad was fresh, couldve used more dressing though. Great overall

Loved the soul and fruity chicken salad sandwich combo! Well worth the 28 mile drive . The staff was excellent as well! We will return to try other items on the menu.

First timer and Ill be back! Absolutely delicious and fast! Multiple chicken salad varieties to choose from to have in a variety of ways (salad, sandwich). The pimento cheese is delicious! Cant wait to try that in the BLT! It was all served with a pickle and a delicious cookie, the perfect size. Staff was friendly and the dining area was welcoming and clean. Went here for the first time with a friend for lunch. We loved it! Love that you can sample anything on the menu first and you will not be disappointed. Loved it so much that I had to bring my husband and he loved it ( he’s the picky one). For me, their Broccoli- Cheddar soup is in my top 3.

I love the trio option! I get 3 scoops of different chicken salads to bring home for small get togethers like football, birthdays, swimming parties. Its very generous portions and amazing recipes. I cant recommend it enough if you love chicken salad like I do.

Wifey had a coupon for a "free" blob of chickenless salad, it was not free we got charged for it anyway, Wifey and the girlies go to the one in Tallahassee. I left hungry, angry and broke. The jalapeno holly salad had lots of white greasy dressing and had no zip and was tasteless on a small leaf if lettuce and a tiny pickle, there are lots of better dining choices in Lake Mary, for $28 we could of had a great meal and left a nice tip.

This place is AWFUL! I found mold in my sandwich took it back and didn’t even get an apology! The manager literally told the employee that it was broccoli! Broccoli is green not gray! Then only gave me a refund for the sandwich not the rest of the order even though I returned the whole order! Just awful food and management! I didn’t even get an apology

The customer service is immaculate every time I come here. As far as taste this is my favorite location so far. The soups are always yummy. Eating here always puts me in a good mood. I just wish they would use a more natural tea or organic tea I believe theyre using Lipton. No Bueno.

Very diverse menu, lots of different flavored chicken salad and you can get it by the spoon or in sandwich(Croissant, white or wheat bread). Sides are delicious, my fave is the chicken tortilla soup.

A great place to have lunch if you’re looking for something light and simple! I got the BLT chicken salad with the Buffalo chicken on wheat toasted, it was great! The restaurant itself is super clean and brand new! They also have a drive tru that I’ve used for times when I was in a hurry. Overall a great place to have lunch!

I had lunch here and it was absolutely delicious! I got the traditional chicken sandwich, with fruits, pickle, tea, and Italian salad! There traditional chicken salad sandwich reminded me of my grandmas recipe. Will come here again!

I really like the buffalo chicken salad on the croissant, as well as the mac and cheese. The pickle and cookie are a nice touch. My only constructive criticism is the sweet tea could be a little bit more "southern" (sweeter and stronger).

Food was great as always. I had the classic with pasta salad and Mac and cheese with some lemonade on the side and it hit the spot.

It was...fine. For $9+ bucks, I thought the bread to salad ratio would be a bit better. It feels like they use thick bread to give the illusion of a big sandwich, when in reality its just a sad smear on stale bread. The salad was quite good and I wished I had more of it. Perhaps keep the weird sugar cookie and use those funds for a tiny bit more of what the people want.

Good chicken salad and a nice staff from my interactions. I’ve tried two flavors so far (2 twiceand both were equally enjoyable. It’s a great place to utilize when you want a light meal or even a hearty one depending on the sides you choose. Can’t go wrong!

Love their lunch! $10 is a bit steep for lunch out fast food-ish, but it is super filling and comes with a side and a cookie! Points program is nice as well. Excellent service. Dine inside or out!

I took my mom here for lunch and she loved it. Its so quaint inside and the chicken salad menu offers something for everyone.You feel welcome and comfortable, like your having lunch at a friends kitchen table.We got the pimento cheese to go and it was amazing as well!New fav for me and mom!

The soup was horrible, freezing cold when it arrived at my table. I asked them to warm it up and it was barely warm. The turkey was disgusting, there was barley any Mayo on my sandwich, and the bacon was very chewy and was not cooked long enough.The only thing good about this restaurant is the music.

The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and played a great variety of music at a level where you could still have a conversation. The pimento cheese and grape salad were very good. My only complaint, my sandwich needed more chicken salad. The croissant overwhelmed the amount of chicken salad on the sandwich. I ordered the Fancy Nancy chicken salad, which has apples and nuts. I could only taste bread.

Im very picky when it comes to chicken salad. I liked that they had different varieties which was why I gave it a try. I was very pleased with the exception I was expecting when I asked for it toasted the bread would be somewhat warm. I get the impression the bread is toasted in advance and refrigerated or the sandwiches are premade in advance.

I love the variety. I love that it is good and I dont have to make it myself. Tho it is rather expensive, not having a greasy fast food to eat after a long day makes the extra dollar or two worth it.

When I feel like treating myself I go to Chicken Salad Chick. Its a light meal when Im out working all day. I love their different recipes of chicken salad, but they also have an impressive pasta salad with black olives and artichoke. The grape salad is scrumptious. Their signature sugar cookie is the perfect finish. Comfortable booths and tables in the dining room and their service is friendly and attentive.

What a nice relaxing place to have Linner with the family. Love the Big Band/Swing music that was playing. I had a scope of the Buffalo Barclay and Olivias Old South, both had great flavor. Great customer service. For those on the Keto diet be careful as the Thursday soup is misleading as chicken and artichoke...mine was mostly potatoes. 🤨Yet...this is why this place has great marketing...I didnt complain about it just when asked if there were potatoes they said yes and apologized. Not their fault as I ate around 1:51pm so most of the chicken was probably enjoyed by those before me. The person who I asked came back with as much chicken and artichoke as he could find. Now thats how you keep me coming back 😎 Another 5 stars. Very rare for me. I am still going to warn the Keto group NOT to eat the Thursday soup of the day if they are avoiding potatoes. If you are not on the Keto diet this was delicious and a great experience.

I preface this by saying I have really liked the idea of this place. I love southern food and I love chicken salad and pimento cheese. I like the story of a teacher who created a recipe and made it a business. I did not however like the chicken salad. I tried 3 varieties, Fancy Nancy, classic Carol, and Lauryns lemon basil. The texture seemed food processed, not chunky. Some people like that, I dont. All varieties tasted the same to family members who blind tasted them. I couldnt find grapes or apples in one, maybe a mistake(?). The grape salad was fun, whats not to like about grapes, cream cheese and brown sugar? We all thought the salads lacked flavor, even my 8 squeezed lemon juice on everything. Great ideas need great recipes. Maybe chicken salad is just too personal for us. We all like it a certain way. Its hard to please everyone with something so classic. You may love it, we didnt. It was very clean and pleasant.

I stopped in tonight to grab a meal to go, and got home to find a very underwhelming chicken-salad salad, which I would more aptly describe as a side salad with a wafer of chickens salad. Definitely not worth eight dollars in my opinion, however, the bit of chicken salad that I got was a tasty snack.
