A spacious Chicken Inn located in Garden City 1st Floor.The ambience is great and service very fast though I visited early on a Sunday morning. However, I found the portions for chips abit smaller than the other branches I have visited.

Worst service ever... was paying for my food using my Visa Card. The cashier says they didnt receive the money even after I showed them my bank statement. They completely refused to call their bank to confirm receipt. 😡 Worst service ever! Id never recommend...Served by Jacqueline ...horrible

Terrible experience, we were served by Robinah and she didnt give us a correct brief of how long the meal would take, upon going for the order she was also very rude. Id not recommend going there in the evening

Horrible Service - this particular branch is unable to separate Spicy chicken from Regular chicken. I had to make a big fuss today in person for them to do so. I have had similar experiences when I order meals online. I shall therefore not be purchasing my family - meals from this particular branch.

I was served a poorly prepared chicken. I considered it unfit for consumption. The staff was neither apologetic and responded rudely. This must be my last time at Chicken Inn Garden City. Cant risk my health anymore.

The service is a bit slow i guess because of the large ques. I was not particularlly impressed by the hand washing area. It was unsightly. The sitting space here is also quite limited so better watch out when you have a very big number in your group. The chicken tastes the same as any other chicken inns. The attendants are polite.

There was very poor service from Joyce and Phoebe at the chicken inn...will never ever come here again. They kept us waiting for more than an hour with poor response and an attitude.. A very disappointed customerPlease check on your customer service!!
