Slow service, ordered food at 5:57 pm only for it to be ready at 8:00 pm.....Their milkshake is good though

Slow service.Drinks took at least 15 minutes to be ready food was worse.And when it came to the bill..... We had to wait for a long while.Was not impressed

I have had my fair share of chicken shawarma but the one I sampled here was perplexingly bland. A patchwork of wilted lettuce and old tomatoes that lost me the moment I took a bite, perhaps warning me of what was to come. That, ominously, came with hard fries (bad), fresh juice (goodand remarkably slow service (very bad). The only thing working (literallyand in their favour was an energetic, apologetic young man who I assumed was the floor manager. The place is neat and clean but somehow, I dont think they were interested enough.

Beautiful place, nice menu, but very slow, especially at peak times. I was hungry and had to walk away to another hotel near by. Dont go there if you are too hungry to wait. The wait staff will give you the menu and you will spend a very long time trying to catch their attention to take your order.

♨️♨️♨️The place is jst opposite Gilanis near Rvsp[rift valley sports club]....the last time I was there I was served by some gal,cant remember the name but I was very much disappointed....waiting about 1hr 30min 4 my food.....I had to run to Rift fries or risk death by starvation,jst hope theres been some improvement.The last thing anyone wants is waiting hours & hours 4 ur lunch🤨& being told" ngoja tu kidogo"....for that I give a 3 star🌟

Very nice and clean facility. Mainly burgers and pizzas but they have other local fried snacks too. Very friendly, you can take your lunch to go and get back on the road for the safari and the park. Nice people.

Born and raised in nakuru..coming back after few years...the branding design caught my eye and the entrance is wheelchair accessible..A two seat table well spread across the spacious sitting area...with buttons to help you ask for assistance...(whaaaat!!!👏👏👏👏)Middle part of the room to the left family booths(nice idea😊)set with seats low enough for both kids and adults fit comfortably 😊Saw a sign of conference room...maybe they have...bet its cute.The light stand above the family booths is pure genius🥳🥳Promotion videos are clear and well done...the constant reminder about COVID 19 is a plus👏👏.The counter is well attended...The washrooms are clean...and well scented...Tissues or serviette do great wonders☺️at the wash area ...The food art is unique.. describes the whole vibe....The waiters are...kind...with good observation skills...I love how you guys are helping transition Nakuru to city status ..Keep up😊

Great mango shake however server was awful, cold and not very helpful. No smile or welcoming. The place is too quiet, needs some music. There was a guy who came in to check on us (customer relationshe was very nice and friendly. Fries were mashed, I would recommend a little bit crispy. Thanks

The place is top class!Its urban design compliments well its wide range menu options ( was impressed that vegetarians are well coveredthat is prepared and served with love. Its well spaced especially during this covid 19 times and they actually do fumigate the place frequently to ensure that we and our loved ones can enjoy our meals knowing we are in safer environments. Better still they have a well facilitated board room in which you can book for your trainings or business meetings that require some privacy. Check it for your self!

This eatery is right in town. It has a very easy feel to it. Its very roomy with sitting for two people or less and booths with sitting for larger groups. They serve mostly fast food but they also have more conventional food items. The staff is very responsive and the food is very well cooked. I loooved their chips. I havent had chips that good for a very long time. I even ordered take away. The receipt took forever to show up though but its a minor quibble.

The pizza was very underwhelming (underseasoned). The cheese tasted horrible (as if it was about to go bad). The crust was tasteless and had no salt. The beef topping was so hard ni kama nyama choma kwa pizza. Poor customer service.The restaurant purports to have a pizza offer on Saturdays but apparently you have to fight tooth and nail for it especially when you order via the jumia food app. Overally, absolutely would not recommend to anyone.😭

Have you ever tasted despair?I ordered the Baristo pizza and let me tell you maina, the dough was tasteless, had no salt, the meat was so hard, the cheese bad and to top it all off terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service, dedicated workers, spacious, observations of covid-19 measures OK, Security OK, Ample parking, they offer deliver services, delicious food and drinks, affordable and cheap, accessible located along the roads. Recommend all customers to come to this place.

This is one of the nice places to take a cup of coffee and consider pizza. They are right in the CBD and a good venue for business meetings while snacking. Parking is limited and subject to County parking fees. The place is big and has friendly staff who are quite helpful. Prices are a bit steep but food quality is good.

I was so excited to hear chicken baristo is in nakuru! I was eager to check them out. The restaurant is impeccable in tastes and furnishings, however the service is more than terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Was waiting hungrily for my order which took a whooping 1½hrs!! And to think we were only 2 people... If it was a group I dont even want to think about how long it would have taken. Even with the beautiful ambience, Im not going back. Go here if you have 2hrs to waste waiting for food. DISAPPOINTED.

Lovely service.Good waiters. A one of its kind joint in Nakuru as it offers a breakfast menu to a pizza menu with variety of drinks like lemonade, milkshakes and iced tea. I would recommend for a random date.

The service was IMPECCABLE!!! so friendly!! The waiter that served me was Kevin Kelly, Id go back just to be served by him again. I love how spacious the restaurant is, and how it doesnt smell of food. The cloakrooms are also well placed so not everyone cab track your movement in and out. Its clean, the host that welcomed me was courteous. Its also a great place to bring your family! The hype wasnt misplaced. Great job! I will definitely be making this my go to restaurant
