Chicken Ati - Atihan in Tagbilaran City

We were to eat as we waited for the ferry, food was good , price ok, a bit overpriced for the zone. We ordered chicken anti-ayihan style, chopsuey and pork with noodles. Everything tasted good, we like the chicken the most. Worst part was the ambient music, same song was playing over and over during more than one hour, infinite looping.

Spacious, located right next to the pier, fast service. The grilled chicken definitely tastes different from the usual restos offering the same. Simply good.

Greasy, with a very Filipino carenderiahan food feel, this is the al fresco version of Mang Inasal. Staff can be a bit burly, and theyre not very charming, but their food is impeccable, priced right, and as a Boholano, I think their food tastes a lot better than most chicken barbecue restaurants.

Good service and tasty chicken

Our family have been a regular here ever since I was in high school. The ambience of the place remained the same -- having that warm and cozy feeling. The taste of the food, well it was still the same kind of taste that only this place produces. However, I was a little bit sad since there were no more pickled papaya as a side dish for the grilled chicken. I kinda expect that after all. All in all, experience wer great. Staffs were great.

We never fail to eat here whenever we go to bohol. I just love their chicken! We either eat here before going back to Cebu, or after we arrive from Cebu. Its also near the port so its a great place to eat before you travel or after you arrive in Bohol.

Sinigang was mostly soup with very little meat and vegies. Chicken skin was not as crispy as what i expected. Pork sisig also did not taste good. It was quite disappointing considering the price.

The food is really good, the prices affordable! Lots and lots of rice, very as what they say sulit! Great for groups: family and friends.The ambiance is cozy, with the wooden chairs and the staff are very accommodating.You get your bang for your buck!

Good filipino foods (sinigang, inasal, etc). Spacious. Best place to have dinner with friends/family. 4 star only coz the music speaker could have some improvements like increased volume, etc.

Ill give 4 🌟 to their halo-halo. The sweetness and creaminess is perfect to my taste. The only thing that I dont like is the size of the crunched ice.The ambiance is nice but lacks maintenance and renovation. And I hope the crew always wear the smiles ang authenticity of Boholano hospitality.

As tourists we struggled to find nice places in the city to eat. Ended up eating here 3 nights out of 4 the chicken was great, but ask for breast not leg as lack of meat on the leg. Felt like we were a laughed at by the staff a, but I guess you get that sometimes when theyre not used to tourists.

One of the best local resto in Tagbilaran. I brought my entire family there for lunch and they love it! Very affordable menus.

Update:My favorite dining place in Bohol. Serving mouth-watering chicken inasals and unli rice! They also served other delicious dishes that goes really well with their inasals.As the name of the restaurant suggests, Chicken Ati-atihan is their specialty. This dish consists of a juicy chicken inasal paired with a saucer of patis(fish saucew/ calamansi and a local spicy pepper known in the Philippines as siling labuyo or sili. The best part is that you can eat as much rice as you want thanks to their unli rice.They also make delicious meals that goes well with their inasals which includes kinilaw, chicken skin, calamares, and pochero.Food: 5/5Service: 3/5Ambiance: 3/5For older post:The best chicken barbecues in the city are served here. My favorite grilled chicken in Bohol so far. If youre visiting Tagbilaran, Bohol by boat, you should stop by at this place and try some of their Filipino cuisines. Its delicious. Its only a few minutes walk from the pier.

Alfresco dining, native theme. Food can take a while, serves canned beer. Good for groups. Their inasal chicken is chewy & dry. Shame.

Chicken is great. Iam not fan of unli rice but I did it in here. Great food, great people attending to your needs :)

My first choice as chicken restaurant in tagbilaran city. Other than pedros and jos inato.

Not Suggested!We came here twice attracted by the people and the reviews, both the time we eat quite well at a fair price, but twice we felt bad after going home (the first time obviously we didn’t realized it was what we have eaten).. going away the second time we also saw the reason.. they leave the chicken meat the whole day at the sun after cooking it.. and then they just give them a quick heat.. absolutely anti hygienic!

We dont usually eat at the resto, we do takeout. But hands down best chicken inasal in the city. Saucy, cooked well and really flavored. Staff is friendly enough. Slow service when really crowded.

Great food, poor customer service, this is my 2nd time- still lousy service crew.

Grilled squid ww ordered was overcooked and tough as rubber tires. Even the knife had difficulty cutting through.

Some of the staff are not happy serving guests.They always stay in one place. Feels like they dont like working.

Great grill restaurant.. Reasonable prices... but not air conditioned...
