Chick-fil-A in Lawton

Ordered and paid for 2 8-count nuggets, got 1. Didnt think Id have to check my bag before leaving a Chick-fil-A. Thought that was more of a problem of their competitors.

Great place and always clean and friendly. Love this place.

Chicken sandwich and fries was pretty good. Impressed with the restaurant as a whole.

They used to be really good and spot on but recently they keep messing up. The younger workers are terrible now. They’ll talk back and ignore customers

This place seems to be going down hill. It was great, people were amazing, food was amazing, I never had to double check the order here. The past few times I’ve been here items have been missing, wrong orders, the drinks aren’t even that great. This is the only chick fil a in town but I will stop going. Why am I paying for overpriced food that isn’t correct or simply not there and the employees get an attitude when you would like it corrected.

Food is usually very cold and order is messed up. Staff very rude and unprofessional

The Chick-fil-A was as always very busy yet they were able to get to us very quickly and the food was as good as always.

I was really looking forward to eating nuggets today. It’s hot, i’m tired and worn out. I came inside the building just to be greeted horribly! Being greeted horribly is common here from what I’ve heard. I got the name of the guy who treated me with complete and utter disrespect. Bennett. Bennett is so disrespectful and don’t even get me started on that god awful smell coming from him! Being greeted horribly is one thing…but to stand in front of me smelling like freshly caught fish from the pacific is just disrespectful. I don’t know how to come back from this. There isn’t one word or sentence that can describe this man’s oder. He smells like he has lots of regrets, with russian cologne, instant noodles mixed with poop, and crispy worn out socks. Bennett, did you really try covering that horrid smell with irish spring body wash?! Never coming back again.

The food is good, it has always been. Service is starting to slip a little, the last couple of visits have produced missing items. But holy moly, $61 to feed a family of five??? My kids are little and dont eat much. My wife and I got salads. We didnt even get the dressing we asked for. Its pretty hard to justify a $61 price tag for fast food and mediocre service.

Ordered 2 wraps it took 22 minutes to get my food and I brought it to the managers att. And be blew us off

Chicken is okay but these fries are getting ridiculous. This is a MEDIUM and its half full. Its why I absolutely never get a large. Meals are already on the pricier side for fast food. Can I at least get the full serving after I sit in the long line and pay full price?

Turned away at 6 am and told to go through the drive thru. Officers that were there also got turned away in the lobby. Told us the lobby opens at 7am now.

over 25 cars in drive through, parking lot was completely full. waited 35mins+will not be back

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE! i ordered delivery and tipped TWENTY PERCENT! waited over half a hour for my food to NEVER be delivered. When i called to speak to a manager, she was rude and said there was no way for her to refund a delivery order or the tip and that they’ll resend the food. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!will be calling corporate.

Nothing like a 12 piece chicken nugget with Polynesian sauce and a large diet lemonade. Can’t be beat.

Chick fil a has great customer service.no matter how busy they are, you are well taken care of Ina timely manner. Great drive thru as well. Quick and efficient.

This location is a joke. I cant even count the amount of times I’ve ordered a carry out order and they forget a side or utensils or a drink. Their hash brown scramble bowl portions are ridiculous. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

They were kind and fast. My food was great. Yall provided a great first time experience for this chain.

Order online for carry out if there is a long line in the drive through, you will get your food alot quicker Staff inside was extremely helpful!

I usually stop here when Im in Lawton. The line moves fast when there is one in the Drive-Thru. Its been a long time since Ive eaten inside. The drive-thru employees are awesome. Always happy cheerful attitudes. Makes you glad to support the business. All Chick-fil-As seem so organized to keep everything moving. I usually pay on my app and get my rewards every so often. Very easy.

Love this Chick-fil-A! Great customer service always, food is always good and the wait is never long.

They will be eager to please if youre a customer and a manager is watching, but completely ignore you if youre a Doordasher or their manager isnt watching. The food quantities are small and everything on the menu seems made for kids. This isnt the right place to eat if you have a grown up palate.

This is the this is the only Chick-fil-A I will go and eat at and it is in Lawton Oklahoma is the best place to eat at I wont go eat nowhere else there the best there the service is great the food is wonderfully wonderfully cooked right and it tastes great

Great food! Was only caught off guard when the team member wanted my order without having a menu available to look at, but quickly just looked online for a meal and had a great dinner!

Stopped in 15 min before they closed and they were busy. We waited for less than five minutes. It was hot and delicious. The chicken strips and waffle fries were perfectly crisp and hot. I was hungry and forgot to take a picture. Go get you some and see for yourself.

5!!!!? Only because I can’t give 10!!!!!! From the moment we pulled in the parking lot my mind was blown, SO FUTURISTIC!!! Upon entry was greeted by a warm smile and a cheerful staff. Food was even delivered to our table. It was time for a refill and Cathy was more than willing to fill our cups. Condiment bar was next level. Just look at the photos! This is the level all restaurants should strive for. When I come to Lawton I will definitely return!!

Spicy chicken deluxe bot came plain.... very disappointed and too far to drive back

This place used to be great. The fries are crazy salty! I complained via email, they sent me a coupon for new ones and said they would let them know and theyre still too salty.

I love going here so much because the food is delicious. However, the only problem I have with them is the fact that they dont listen to my order the majority of the time.With sizes like large or medium, they sometimes dont note this and add the wrong sizing. This is only noticeable once you get home and take the food out of the bag.

Service fast and personable. Felt like I was eating at my families house. Macaroni and cheese was the best I ever ate in my life, and Im 53 years old. They really made me feel like they cared about my day. Oh, and they didnt want any extra gratitudity they just wanted to make me smile.

I recently went through the drive thru and ordered for my entire family. When I pulled to the window, I heard the attendant give the salad I ordered to the car in front of me. Next, when I got there, they said everything was there which was false. Obviously, my salad was missing. They corrected it but also left our the food I ordered for another member of my family. Incompetent people at the point of sale. I am beyond livid that the managers could not control what is going out of their establishment.

This Chick-Fil-A location is awesome at drive-thru and customer service. I will although say, that the delivery feature on the app and connection with the store is not yet up to par. I waited an hour for my food. Once it was past delivery time, I called the store to find my food order had not yet been placed. I then had to wait another 30+ minutes. I do feel my order was overlooked due to it being delivery.

Got chicken minis for breakfast and it was great and fast! The lady that helped us was one of the most friendly workers! I was going to get two 4 count not knowing there was a 10 count and so I ended up getting the ten & split them with my mom

I love chick fil a ! Every location I have been to the customer service has been beyond ! I’d like to compliment this location because with the weather crashing systems and it was super busy ! I was still able to get superb service ! I believe one of managers in the blue shirt named Josh, was very helpful! Although the store was busy he walked me through setting up the app to order food and I got my order right away ! Lady tending the dining area was super nice and even brought me extra sauce. I was a happy customer! Thanks

Line is long but they have it worked out with having employees taking orders and payments ahead of the menu board. Daughter absolutely loved her chicken sandwich but I was disappointed with the size of the chicken strips.

Can’t say much as I only came in to get a yogurt parfait but the place was clean and staff was very nice. Although the cashier could have easily just walked back and grabbed a yogurt and spoon and gave it to me rather than wait for someone off the line grab it. It’s called multitasking. But hey no biggie.
