Chick-fil-A in Gadsden

Service at the drive thru was rude. Katy was her name. Seemed to be letting the heat get to her or something. My spicy chicken sandwich wasnt fresh. I could tell it clearly was one that was prepackaged and had been sitting for sometime. My waffle fries didnt have any salt which it why you got the 1 ⭐. My sweet tea wasnt sweet either. I understand rush hour and I also started my first job as a Chick-fil-A breader. So I know what the quality and standards of Chick-fil-A oh too well and Im sorry but you guys dropped the ball all the way. I hope things get better but Ill take my business over to the mall next time

My daughter drove through and ordered food tonight. We have been at the emergency room at Gadsden Regional over 12 hours now with both my parents who were injured in a fall this morning. Chic Filet failed to put all our sandwiches and sides in the bag. I called the manager and asked if he could get our food to us or send us food from someone who delivers. He said no, he doesn’t control Door Dash??? We are desperate for food right now. Chic filet…you failed us.

I know places are understaffed, but waiting close to 30 minutes to get our food, then missing an item is incredibly frustrating. And then the fact that they seem to be washing their floor with grease? I almost fell trying to get to the bathroom, the floors were so grimey. Probably will pass on this location in the future.

Considering that the parking lot was full of cars and the two to-go lanes were all the way out to the road both of the Chick-fil-A employees that I encountered made my experience a 5 stars visit. The efficiency was phenomenal. I pulled in and the first young man walked beside my truck while taking my order and money. When I pulled around to the window my food was ready and the whole visit took about 7 minutes. Well done Chick-fil-A! 👏

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THI S RESTAURANT AS I AM RIGHT NOW. THIS LOCATION HAS ALWASY PROVIDED VERY GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD. MOST RECENTLY ON TWO OCASSIONS THEY HAVE GOTTEN MY ORDER INCORRET (ONLY TO FIND OUT AFTER I GOT HOME); THEN WHEN I WENT TO GET IT REPLACED (STILL SITTING IN THE DRIVE-THRUTHEY STILL DID NOT GET THE ORDER CORRECT AND PROVIDED ME WITH THE SAME ORDER TWICE.I TOLD THEM TWICE THAT I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY AND THEY STILL DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER CORRECTLY. SOME OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE ACTUALLY SEEM TO HAVE AN ISSUEWITH GETTIG THE ORDERS DONE CORRECTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. LETS JUST SAY I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION FOR AWHILE.

I love Chick-fil-A I always have 💯 if you like any kind of chicken or fries you have to go to Chick-fil-A they are the best number one place to eat I promise you wont be sorry you did they usely have the best sweet tea also but yesterday in Gadsden AL is the very first time in over 20 yrs I have ever gotten bad tea But God as my witness one day in 20 something years aint bad at all Amen 🙏 continue doing the best and Ill keep coming thanks and God bless you all

I ordered food today from drive through today and the Food is amazing with overall great exceptional customer service, EXCEPT for KATHRYN. She is very rude. She rushed me and my husband to order our food, and literally SHOVED the change in his hand. At no point during our interaction did we give her a reason to disrespect us. She didn’t even look at us when taking our orders, and ignored me after I asked for my correct change. I had to go inside the building to get my correct change, and sauces because she intentionally didn’t put the right ones that I asked for. I understand that she may hate her job, but don’t take that out on the customers. We love every employee at this location, and usually our trips are smooth, but Kathryn clearly needs more training in basic communication, and customer service skills. She’s absolutely horrible.

The chicken sandwich and waffle fries are the bomb... there were too many non workers inside right by the window today... our server had a hard time getting us extra ketchup and mayo...

Food is so good. The inside is very clean and the staff are very friendly and courteous.

This location is definitely the worst one. Rude employees/managers, Inside dirty, & they need to change the grease. The fries were so bad.

Always a great visit to CFA! Have never had anything less than great customer service, food is always hot and fresh, and RARELY is it ever wrong. I think Ive had a mistake once, and they left out a chicken biscuit, and when I called, they told me they would replace it. Great crew of folks, doing what they do best!

The fryer machine was down and it took longer for the order. They apologized however the drive thru orders were getting done faster with no wait.

Kiddos always love this place and sometimes i believe they live for a "day of Chic-fil-a"! Honestly is the best deal now for the bucks!

If I could leave zero I would. This location needs to step up their game and do better. I have had nothing but issues since we moved up here a year ago. They may need to take a little field trip to the Gardendale and Fultondale locations and see how they run and treat their customers so that they may learn something. Also laughing at a customer in the drive thru isn’t professional. And now I’ve lost points that I earned because my order was canceled and they basically said “oh well”. And laughed.

Always my favorite go-to for fast food. Love their breakfast and always fast, friendly service. Order on the app, drive up, pick up your food and go. Theyve got it figured out! Highly recommend.

This is supposed to be a $3 side salad. It was one bite. Waste of money and time.

Have had many poor experiences at this location. Chick-fil-A is my favorite go to restaurant however do yourself a favor and skip this location. Ive reached out to them many times with food errors, shortage of food and bad service. Each and every time Ive been told this is unacceptable and will be rectified. They have offered free food and I have let them know I would rather pay but I simply want the issues fixed. Each time I give them another shot Ive been burned. Im not returning to this location ever again. Poor management clearly shows to be the issue at this location.

The Cobb salad with light Italian dressing is very good. Makes for a quick and easy dinner.

The quality of the food and service at this Chick-fil-a in Gadsden, Al on 4th Street, has drastically gone downhill- it used to not be like this. Long wait times, burnt dry nuggets, small portions and not filling waffle fry containers completely up, not completely filling up containers of mac and cheese, and the prices are too high. The prices continue to increase as well. This restaurant needs to have an overhaul with better training of all employees. This has been going on for over a year and thats why we prefer Guntersville, Al Chick-fil-a. Things were better here in the past at Gadsden 4th Street under previous manger/ owner- operator.

Every visit has been great! We have eaten inside, ordered drive through and done curbside pickup a few times. With curbside pickup, the ordering process through the app is easy and my order has always come out quickly and with everything we asked for, even condiment changes, etc. Great service! :)

The quality is never the best at this location. Soup wasnt as good wasnt even hot but eatabl. Id really like to see them step it up here. South Parkway Huntsville never disappoints.

Everyone at this location is always so nice. They work hard to make sure you dont have to wait in drive-thru long. Always good service.

Friendly employees and delicious food !! I will return and make sure I tell my friends how good and fresh always is. Man I love this place. Youre in and out so fast no matter how long the line is. I love their new menu items but especially the mac and cheese. I always order the spicy chicken sandwich and it is the best. The people that work here clearly care about their job and the food they serve. It isnt just thrown together.
