Ive given this location a few tries and the service is very slow. Seems like there is no urge to get customers through the drive thru. Granted I had an order with about 10 biscuits and hash browns and they werent even that busy it was 3 cars in front of me and 2 behind. Seems like no one wanted to be there. The app wouldnt allow me to place an order so I had to drive thru. They asked me to pull to the side and it took 20 minutes I decided to go in and check. I asked if there was a reason the app would take the order over $50 and a guy said I dont know or make the rules I just work here. Then someone asked what are you waiting for and I told them they said its coming the guy in the back was throwing the biscuits in the little slot where they go like he didnt care. Just not a good experience once again here. I can understand when theyre busy but today they werent. Im used to great service at Chick-fil-A not the service I received here.

Wow, this one tops the cake. Most Chick-fil-as take pride in their establishments but not this one. Maybe that is why it seemed uncrowded. On the way to the bathroom, they had a portion of tabletops blocked off for what appeared to be for drawing blood based on the flyer on the entrance door. If that is factual, it should have been appropriately marked and not near the restroom.The service was slow; my name was never asked for, which proved problematic since they placed my meal on the online shelf with the delivery service companies. Even after I found it there, a milkshake had to be asked for. If that is company policy, then it is an excellent policy.I can only hope this was an off day for the restaurant and not a daily practice, especially since the fries were cold and undercooked or severely oil-soaked. Two bites, and it was game over with money wasted.

For whatever reason the dining room was closed on this day. Which meant I waited 30+ min to get my food. Only for my drinks to be missing. They should have done a better job managing traffic. Or at least have a place for online orders to pick up. This visit was giving disorganized and chaotic.

Cherry road location is so unorganized! The parking lot is too small and the wait is nothing like their sister location on Dave Lyle. I travel to that one for much better service. The cherry road location doesnt ask any questions like condiments? No as friendly either.

Don’t lose your fire! I’m used to hearing great things about Chick-Fil-A. Don’t be the franchise that changes the hype. So here’s the deal my experience felt rushed. My sandwich was thrown together. Nothing I hate more than my bun sticking to the cheese in the wrong place and having to peel it!!! Call me OCD but it just is what it is. And my lid was dirty. My expectations are high when it comes to this franchise. Everyone’s human and makes mistakes but slow down a bit and make sure you’re continuing to give the excellent experience customers are used to.

Great lunch but come early, there will be a line. I love the grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese. Great burger, yes there is a line (per usualhowever the attendees are courteous and the line moves pretty quick considering. If and dont forget to download the app for free food and updates.

Came for lunch today. When I got to the lady outside taking orders she told me she had to go inside and would be right back out. After 20 minutes she never came back out. I pulled around to the speaker to place my order and no one responded for 10 minutes. I called the manager and they told me "sorry theres nothing we can do there is a storm" But it wasnt raining, lightning, or anything outside. Ive never had a bad experience at chick fil a but to be told to wait on my lunch break and not have service or my order taken for 30 minutes after that then be told theres nothing they can do. Thats pretty terrible.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A ever! I hate going to this location. Be prepared to wait up to an hour in line to order your food & for your food to come out. I honestly believe that someone from corporate should come check this location out.

After a stressful day as a foster parent and adding one to our home temporarily, we decided it was a Chick-fil-A dinner kind of night. Amazing staff as usual, our orders are always right, and the kids love the chicken. We are also loving the new books they are handing out and the kids meals. Our kids are all learning to read and love looking through them together.

I enjoy Chick fil a but this was the slowest I have ever seen it. Came in and saw about 11 people working at the front and only two people waiting in the store for their food and it still took about 15 minutes to get mine.

I was disappointed that they didnt put the ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, utensils and napkins in the bag, that we had asked for, when we ordered our food through the outside drive-through line. Very long, slow-w-w line!!!

This is the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to. I didnt get the sauce I requested, the CSR left me in drive thru to get a new card reader and my sauce was left out of the nuggets, the fries were not fresh and there were many of the skin pieces in my box, ugh. Most likely will kit use this location again.

I went there this evening and I ordered some combos and when I got home my grandsons Sprite was all carbonated drink no syrup. I tried calling but it would just put me through their answer machine for their catering. I would like to talk to a real person and tell them that I had a problem with my order.

Great food and a great price!!!, i could easily eat here everyday. The only issue is why there is only one location in the city, when so many people live in the York and Newport areas?. Time to expand your market Chic Filet!!. Due to distance and popularity, makes it almost a day trip to drive and then wait in drive thru line thats usually wrapoed around the building, love the food, hate the experience of trying to get it 😀

Worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes in line just to finally make it to the window for them to tell us we need to park in the parking lot for them to bring the food out. Then, they didn’t even provide straws. Traffic was backed up into the road. Absolutely no sense of urgency. This is NOT how this is supposed to work.

This was an unusual experience at chick fil a. Are inside, which was the first time in a long time. Ordered grilled sandwich meal and grilled nuggets meals. Took a long time for the food to come out. When it arrived, I didnt have a fork nor chick fil a sauce. Those items are not out for you to get, so I asked for them. The person never came back. She was working behind the counter. I asked someone else and they told me they couldnt find any forks, so I said could I at least get some sauce. He provided 4 sauces which is double what I expected. Had I known they didnt have forks, I would have ordered something else. While I was sitting there, several other families had issues with their meals (not getting all items on the receipt, no drinks, no sauces, very slow service- and it was not busy). Like I said... This is very unusual. Not sure what was going on.

Staff didnt give us our drinks and the wait for food inside was much longer than typical for Chick-fil-A. Their primary focus was on the extensive drive thru traffic. Our sandwiches were lukewarm.

if i could give a zero i would. my experience with chick-fil-a driver- through today has been the worst out of all the time Ive been as a signature member with them. this morning at 8:29 am i pulled into chick-fil-a diver - through and placed a Mobil order. i reached the intercom at 8:57am gave them my information about the order. at 9:00am i made it to the window to get my order. at this time i was given my drink and i was ask to pull into a parking spot because my order wasnt ready. one would think after waiting over 30mins my order would be ready and fresh. at this point i was upset and ask for a refund and i was given one at 9:03am. not one time did the employee working the window apologize for the inconvenience. she asked for may credit card to do the refund. after the refund was done she gave my card back and started working on the next person order like i was even a concern anymore. i hate giving bad reviews, however the customer service that was given today was unacceptable to the point i will be reaching out corporate to let them know as well .

Guy put my order in wrong. I said spicy club no tomato. I got a grilled club with tomato and had to wait 7 minutes for the food to be cooked. When I found the food was wrong, it was already too late to complain as I was already down to Mt Gallant Rd when I finally got it opened. Nothing like biting into a sandwich and getting a mouthful of tomato when you cant stand or wasnt expecting tomato. I always feel rushed when ordering here or at any Chik Fil A. They need to do something to change this ordering model ASAP. You cant verify visually what you get. The guy taking the order had a mask on outdoors and I couldnt understand a word he was saying when he called the order back to me before I paid.

Its just chicken yall. Ive been trying to use a gift card for months but never wanted to wait in a line which is constantly to the street. I mean its good if you want your car idling for at least 20+ minutes but theres other restaurants with no lines next to it.The inside is still closed. You feel rushed to order and theres no menu. I was looking at my phone trying to making an online order to remember what to get. Why not have a small plastic copy for those outside taking orders? You get a printout receipt with no price and they give you bottle water instead of free fountain water.

Very disappointed with my visit to this location last night. We visited through the drive thru. They were bringing people their food behind the order menus. It was easily 15 cars away from the window. Some of the customers got their food before they even paid. Why would that happen if the orders were made IN ORDER. About halfway through the drive through where you turn to cut the corner of the building towards the window, the car infront of me got their food. One of the ladies working the drive thru directed me to go around the car infront. I barely made it without hitting their car or the curb in front of the car that I couldnt see from behind. If you are going to have people directing traffic please teach them how!! We finally made it to the window. I sat at the window for a solid 10 minutes watching as they took cars behind me their food. The ones running the food from the window were stressed but polite. The girl in the window was rude. I asked for a spoon for my icecream cup and she rolled her eyes when she said its in there very loud and aggressively. Still waiting I watch as they get confused whos change is whos or why they cant find a car whos food is ready because "they have to be behind the speaker". When I finally got my food they forgot to give me my icecream. I asked for it, annoyed the girl handed the guy the icecream to hand me. I also ordered a regular cone. I told them I traded my toy for one icecream and also bought one. She rolled her eyes at me and handed another kids cup she already had in her hand out for me. Im assuming it was for another order. I didnt have a receipt and was never offered one so instead of arguing and obviously frustrated, I took the kids cup. Upon leaving i was missing one spoon for my icecream and one fry for my meal. I ordered 3 medium fruit cups and all of them had gross almost rotten apples in them. White not ripe strawberries and maybe 2 blueberries. The oranges were the only good part but by that point my kids already turned their noses up.

I ordered from Door Dash for the very first time. The dasher texted me that when they arrived chickfila said they had no order for me. The driver attempted to resolve the issue and they blew it off. The driver texted me to let me know of the issue. When I called the restaurant despite choosing speak with a team member I was transferred to the catering voice-mail. When I left a voicmail of the issue I received a call back (so the staff can listen to voice-mails but not answer calls?They said with 3rd party orders its not their issue and I need to resolve it with door dash. They said its all contactless and is not on them who gets what food. I feel bad for the door dash person that wasted their time and probably got the tip reversed. The door dash crew was very helpful. I understand things happen. Just sad to see this restaurant not resolve it quickly for the best of all parties.

Ive been going to this location regularly for a few years now and it has really gone down hill. The wait in the drive thru is so long and the last 2 times in a row my food has been cold! Especially the fries! Yuck! I dont know if its too many people ordering for their 15 family members or what. If thats the case, they need to have the 2 lanes with people having 1 order in 1 lane and the other lane for people ordering food for an army. Those people can sit and wait. Im tired of sitting in a lane thats not moving for 10 minutes after I order my 1 meal, just to see a worker give 1 car 2 grocery bags with multiple paper bags of food in each. Meanwhile, my order was ready and sitting for 30 minutes and now cold! Something needs to be done about this. Also, it seems we need 1 person in the parking lot to direct traffic. More than once I was sitting in line all the way out on cherry rd but only because there were multiple cars (that for some unknown reason), refused to pull into the 2nd lane. FINALLY after about 20 minutes of inching little by little, there was one brave soul that moved into the 2nd lane. Every car after that, including myself also pulled into the 2nd lane and I actually passed all those cars in the 1st lane that were causing the back up onto the street. Ridiculous! Too many stupid people with families the size of the panthers football team go to this location. I need to start going elsewhere.

The organization of trying to get two lines through the takeout, was a challenge at best. None of the servers knew which car to deliver the food to. The cameras try to take a picture of the color of the car, and its very inaccurate. As a result I waited over 17 minutes for my food. A popular place but you got to be ready for the weight

Just pick a order up at Cherry rd Chic Fil A.I was missing a sandwich and when I asked if they put my honey mustard sauce in the bay one of the lead people or manager said it was in the bag. When I get home I have a different sauce. It is pretty pitiful when you cant even depend on the management I can only guess what the rest of the employees are giving out. No use trying to call no one answers the phone..

Average wait time is consistently above 30 min, you could drive to other locations after getting to this one, and get your food faster at another location including your drive time. I feel bad for idling my vehicle for that long but there is no other service option as they have no dine in or carry out services. Needs work.

Drive thru line is too slow. I came with a mobile order at around 11:10am and it was still about 40 minutes of waiting, and when I got to the window my order wasnt ready even though the lot was nearly empty. So why bother with mobile orders if you still have to wait for the slowest person in front of you and your order isnt ready anyway?

Drive thru service needs improvement. Received food in a timely manner but had to sit & wait for the car in front to receive their order after others & myself received ours first. Asked an employee if the car in front could pull up or into a parking space so that we could leave & their response was "No, you have to wait until they receive their order." Waited for at least 5 mins for car in front to get their order. Food ended up being cold so it went in trash. Waste of time & money. Will not return to this location.

Great, delicious meal--Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Mac N Cheese and a Frosted Lemonade. The chicken was tender, juicy and spicy but not too spicy. The Mac n cheese was outstanding. I always order it--far better than a side order of fries.

I’d say 2 stars for the line, 5 for everything else. I’ve never had an order wrong because I keep things simple. They are always busy why make it complicated? The employees are always nice 😄. Usually have no problem with this location. Sometimes they get our order wrong but the customer service used to be great and made up for it. Today was terrible. Pulled into the drive thru with a mobile order, wasn’t greeted by any of the employees, was told to pull up to the menu board yet the lady did not serve me. Pulled to the window for further assistance and one of the employees brushed me off when I got his attention. Told one of the other employees I was waiting for 30 minutes for a mobile order and still nothing was done to help me as they took other people’s orders. Finally decided to walk inside the dining area and the first guy I said “excuse me” to ignored me and looked at his register until I had to yell at him to get his attention. Then he proceeds to grab one of the managers, Abbie(?and she brings our food but insists that it was my fault that I wasn’t served in a timely manner instead of their poor customer service and professionalism. Received no vouchers, no coupons, no discount even when I’ve had before for problems way more miniscule. I had somewhere to be too and ended up being late. These new employees clearly do not value the customers time and experience, seems they’re only working for a check.

This Chick-Fil-A consistently gets your order wrong. There is always something missing from the order each time we have been. The customer service is great, but I think that they need to be trained more efficiently with prepping the meals and checking with each other before sending them out.

For a fast food place its fair, but for a chick fil a this is one of the worst Ive been to. They consistently get your order wrong I think they get my order wrong 7 out of every 10 times I go there. The drive thru is very slow for a chick fil a and disorganized. Also at any other chick fil a that has gotten my order wrong they will do everything in their power to make it right (vouchers, coupons etc....Here I have never gotten anything like that just a "sorry about that" but I guess with how much they screw up if they gave coupons to everyone they would have to give free food to everyone that came through the drive thru.

Service has been slow lately. I always have to ask for a drink tray. Obviously one person needs a drink tray when ordering for a family of 3. The last 2 times Ive been there they were out of drinking trays. One employee asked the other to go get a box of them from the back. As an employee of Chick-Fil-A I love the place, the food, and the people!The store operates so efficiently, and from my experience the food is always fresh and Ive never had a negative experience with an employee. The people are so nice. Its not some fake persona that employees put on, I can tell that they really are great people. The food is always perfect. Updating. Its been over a year now. Weve tried this location many more times. They have never gotten our food to us in a timely "Chick-fil-A" manner. Ive honestly never seen such an over-staffed and inefficient Chick-fil-A. Go to Dave Lyle Blvd and save yourself a good half hour.... And then I get home with what should have been a cob salad. Its not! Nor is it located carb!Weve not had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A yet. It usually takes about 20 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. I even went in and ordered an extra meal and still had to wait 10 minutes after that for my mobile order, meanwhile my extra meal was getting cold. They left out a kids meal (except the drink). And one of our orders of fries was only half filled. I am one of Chick-fil-As #1 fans! But this location needs to step it up!

The absolute best. My go to. Their spicy chicken deluxe is amazing and they have great service. I was in and out in ten minutes, and thats only because of how long the drive through line was, which would have been longer and shower to get through anywhere else. Great service, the employees are always willing to help if theres been a problem. 10/10 and I do return. Consistently.

My experience with this morning breakfast was bad because the chicken minis were undercooked and hashbrowns were undercooked. Anything good from chik fil a are the lunch options. Wish they could take more time to do it correctly.
