Chick-fil-A in Greensboro

The size of the chicken was small on my sandwich. The quality was not the usual.

I eat at chick fla almost 10 times a week. I asked for a large cup of ice and told them I would pay for it so they gave me a small so I asked again and the girl looked at me like she did not want to I asked for Xtra sauce the other girl acted mad about it I spend way too much money here to be treated like Im stealing also the other day I asked for a medium empty cup which i do every time usually np and old man said that they were told not to that bc of supply issues so again I said would pay for it well he said that I he would just ring it up as water what the hell is the difference I think Corp needs to know about this very disappointed in this location

Downgraded from 5 Stars to 2. This Chick-fil-A location has declined in recent weeks. Based on 3 recent visits, you can expect to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru.

Please put more ice in your drinks (sweet tea). Cant stan Luke warm tea

I wanted to thank the young gentleman a few weeks ago who helped my mom walk out of the building to the car. It was really sweeet

Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. Appreciate the high quality of their main menu item--chicken. They have the very best customer service. Nobody else offering drive-through service comes close.

This was a clean Chick-fil-A inside, they wiped the long table for us and let us have impromtu Birthday cake with our group.

This location has always been great until today! We ordered 2 sandwiches and a nugget meal and a quart of the ice- cream. We got 3 sandwiches and literally the ice cream up was a little over half full. I have purchased many times and never has it been this amount! Will we check from now on before leaving the parking lot.

Should’ve gotten a medium is all I’m saying.

Worst chick fil a Ive ever been to. You will wait in line for about 30 minutes, and the workers are rude. Pretty odd for a chick fil a.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!I went to the drive-through and ordered a chicken sandwich and got fries, 2 Chic sauces. Paid. When I got to the handoff window, I said, “Is everything in the bag?”. He replied with “yes sir”. So I drove home. When I arrived, there are no Chick-fil-A sauces in the bag. 🤦🏻‍♂️💩💩💩So I called the store, told them it’s gonna take me 20 minutes to get back up there just to grab sauces. I told the manager, I wanted my money back, and I wanted free food. And he obliged. Drove 20 minutes. He refunded my money. Told me it’s going to be two minutes for my new food. I waited 15 minutes inside.

Without a doubt, this is the WORST Chick-Fil-A drivethru I’ve ever been to. Most days it’s slow, but today was absolutely awful. I was in line for 28 minutes before I even gave my order and it took another 12 minutes to get my food. Then, the person in front of me hadn’t received their food. Two cars behind got their food before they asked the person in front of us all to move up and wait for their order. Never going again!

Terrible chic fil a in Greensboro area ! Every time I go to this location is always something. I ordered a southwest salad with creasy dressing and 5 piece kids meal.I asked for extra creasy dressing when placing my order. The Representative that took my order. Put that request on my receipt after I received my order. I asked the guy I’m drive thru for my extra dressing he act as if he walked in to get extra dressing and comes back to the car and states that they ran out of dress my gave me the last two dressing. Which was a lie because my friend that was in line behind me ordered the same thing and received her extra dressing. The young man assisting drive through in 7/20/2022 after 3pm is a terrible liar and I don’t appreciate it ! You spend your hard earn money at these locations and they act as if you are taking advantage of them. Honestly, I don’t mind paying extra because it’s something that I want! Take your money to a different Chick-fil-A location. Best customer location is on Wendover Ave if your are looking for great service and fresh food

This place is racist. Today my mom and my daughter had a breakfast there and they have to wait more than 40 minutes for food .. my mom doesn’t speak English and she told my daughter ( 9 years oldask about food and the stuff behave rude… I told my mom don’t come back that place SON UNOS RASISTAS SEGÚN EL DUEÑO ES CRISTIANO PERO NO KREO X K TRATARON MAL A MI MADRE Y A MI HIJA .. They got my order wrong twice - I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake it. They were unwilling to give fresh fries to have with my meal.

They dont have a kids breakfast and was told they didnt have much other than chicken biscuits by an employee who took our order. Shouldve went somewhere else for Breakfast.

I genuinely do not think I will ever come back to this location again. Every time I come there’s always something wrong and I never order anything complicated. I’ve came through the drive thru line several times for breakfast ordering just a chicken egg and cheese muffin no egg. Last time they rang me in for an egg white grill and the egg hadn’t even been taken off. Today when I went, I thought the price seemed more than normal so I asked the person I paid cash with if it was just a chicken and cheese muffin and he said yes. When I get my bag I was actually rang in for a chicken egg and cheese muffin extra cheese. I cant eat eggs so every time this happens I cant eat it and have wasted my money. I’ve worked in food service a long time and It’s ridiculous to continually get things this simple wrong not just at breakfast but any time of day i’ve been here.

Waited forever for mymy food, nuggets were tiny & barely consumeable anf the chicken sandwich wasnt fit for consumption, I noticed the bread was falling apart only after I scraped off the grill gristle.

I went there for breakfast this month, It was great but my dad didn’t had enough chicken in his chicken end egg platter but it’s okay. Met the manager and he was real nice! BestChick-Fil-A ever!

Nice restaurant to eat at...food is good and quick...no military discount for veterans (only active duty)..little more expensive than other fast food restaurants.

Great people and food long wait even though they just revamped the drive through system. People don’t have a clue how to get into the other drive through lane. Need to change markings

It was good. Its great that things are starting to get back to normal. And, though our cashier was new, she did an excellent job.

Extremely busy location and never enough help. Waited inside for 20 min today to get my order of a #1 meal. Only one register was open during the lunch time rush. Definitely not the norm for Chic fil A

I like this Chick-fil-A and it is always the one I go to but I went one day last week and I take my dog sometimes I asked for a pupcup (for those that dont know it is a ice-cream cup of whipped creamand they gave me one no problem. But then a couple days later I went and took my dog and asked for pupcup and was told they didnt do that at this location. I told them that I had gotten one the other day when I was up there and they still wouldnt just some in a cup for my dog. You know they could have said Im sorry they told you that last time but we usually dont do this I will do it this time but going forward we cant but no they were just rude.

The food is always good. The staff is almost always friendly. The service can be a nightmare because of the abundance of customers. The carryout wait times could be improved.

The wait time is long however, I do no mind because the food is made fresh!! Would like more vegetarian options.

I love chik fil a and can only get it when I have to come to Greensboro as we dont and cant get 1 in our small town. I love the nuggets, waffle fries, lemonade and milkshakes.

The drive-thru is horrible, confusing and takes way too long to get waited on just to give your order.I got tired of being jerked around by staff just to take my order.I left and found another restaurant.

I ordered a frosted lemonade for the very first time and a nail was in my frosted lemonade…at first I thought it was some sort of plastic (I could have chokedbut once I took it out of my mouth I realized it was a piece of someone’s nail...I am so disgusted right now, continuously kept on gagging, and will NEVER return to another Chickfula! That is so disgusting, gross, and very unsanitary especially during COVID!Also spoke to a manager about it and he didn’t really care and just said that “the person who makes the drink has no long nails so he doesn’t know how it got there”…claiming no accountability at all. But there are so many employees it could have been anyone of them…

Everything operates smoothly and everyone is always pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here. Most of the time, there is a wait, but its definitely worth it.

Was doing a dash here and the side doors were locked so I thought like some other restaurants you’d have to go through drive through to get the food . So I went through the drive through and everyone knows there drive through line stays packed so I’m talking about a 20 minute wait in this line . Anyway so I get to the window told her I have a DoorDash order and she redirected me to I guess the doors that were open on the opposite side but shoot it I waited in that line wouldn’t you think she’d just go fetch it for me instead of making me park and get it myself knowing what I just been through. It was very annoying and frustrating but none the less the food smelled hot and fresh and my customer seemed to have no complaints on the additional time it took for me to get to her.

Have gone to this location multiple times and this isn’t the first time frys aren’t full, but this has been the worst of it. Paying extra for large fries and getting home to this shouldn’t happen. Will not be returning.

Sandwich was great even though the waiter didnt want to make sure the cheese was melted he did. The sandwich was great and I love their side salad. Wasnt disappointed at all.Just wish customer service folks would pretend they want to work. Thats the only complaint.

BEWARE OF SCAM!I ordered a #1 like always but I was given this tiny piece of chicken and they even used smaller buns. Not sure if all chick fil as are cutting back on portions or if it is just this location. Regardless, Im never coming back. Waited in line for half an hour for a mouthful of chicken.

I have been a loyal chick filet customer and usually visit most work days for breakfast. The wait time for drive-through has gotten ridiculously long, this location has removed the option of ordering ahead curbside through the mobile app, and when you go inside to order. Or pick up a mobile order, you have to wait even longer. And the quality of the food that I received on my most recent visit was horrible. rushed and thrown together I am very dissatisfied

Very large and clean store. I really like the staff working there. We ordered three different things and it took only few minutes for them to bring our food to table! Nice job!

This was a pretty decent Chic-fil-A. I was here on a Saturday lunch and the service was great. The staff were extremely upbeat, friendly and welcoming —as always.The food was the list of typical CFA you’d expect to find here, so nothing to get too crazy over there. I grabbed their wrap which is always good.Plenty of seating inside, and a nice spacious and airy location.Parking was awesome —plenty of spots. It was very easy to see from the street, and easy access in and out. Great experience overall.

This franchise sets the bar really high, with respect to great-tasting food, very attentive customer service, nice facilities and fast service. This location was no exception when I visited today. They were very busy, but they took care of me very quickly and were very understanding with my sometimes loud, special needs son.

Fast service and great always fresh food! Using the mobile app makes ordering very easy and quick to use!
