Chick-fil-A in Prattville

Staff are always professional and polite. Food is good.

Since the new one has opened weve stopped at this one 3 times. All three times weve experienced things were not used to dealing with Chick-fil-A. Food being cold, things getting missed, food being wrong, sauced missing, drinks being not what we ordered. I cant think of a time when I had a bad experience with this chain but Im to the point of not gong back to this location. This place was always the cornerstone of what fast food should be from order to eat.

What can I say. Typical for Chick-fil-A.The place was clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. The chicken egg and cheese burrito at breakfast was outstanding. (Try it with Texas Pete instead of the salsa!)

Always a great experience here and every other Chik Fil A! They me be packed inside and drive thru but always get your food in a timely manor. Always recommend!! #1 with cheese please!

Food is amazing for fast food, service is really nice the employees are amazing.

Food was unusually greasy, lettuce for wraps used on sandwich, service extremely slow, dining room subpar, and did not even know where food was supposed to go. I previously worked at different location in Tennessee and know how things should be. People go for consistently good service, quality, and food which should be the same in Tennessee as in Alabama but fell way short!

I love Chick-fil-A their very organized and food is delicious.

You know why you are here. The food is great, Reasonably priced, Relatively fast and the customer service is best in show in prattville (doesnt mean they are perfect just means they beat out the rest of prattville fast food customer service). Every thing here smells like lemon and pledge.

The parking lot is an absolute nightmare to get in or out of. Its not even worth visiting unless you place a mobile order.

I come here a lot for breakfast and dinner. Usually theyre really quick but this time they werent but the food was incredible

Everything taste just like Chick-fil-A should. I got a free brownie for my birthday since I signed up for the rewards. It was delicious! The staff was very nice and helpful. The line was long but it moved fairly quick. Naturally I would eat there again.

Today we ordered a chicken nugget 64 count tray for the football game. We have done this many times and it has ALWAYS been very good. Today the nuggets were very salty. Not sure if yall have changed something or not or maybe someone accidentally salted twice. We are some of them but it just got to bad. I was very dissapointed.

Very efficient drive thru with good food.

Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my favorite restaurants but this experience almost changed that. The chicken was way over cooked and it looks like the actual chicken sandwich was for a kids meal. The wait was forever and they still left stuff off my order twice and it was just me eating!!

Fast and friendly service and my order has always been right. Hands down the best fast food restaurant around. 10 Stars!

The food was great as always, but they let someone sit at the window till they either got her order right or her credit card would not go thru. They had give just about everyone still in line behind her their food, but we could not get out because no one was directing traffic at noon today. It was a total nightmare. I will be glad when they get the Chick-Fil-A less than 4 miles from my house on Hwy 14! I do hope it is easier to get in and out of.

The restaurant is great. Staff friendly. Quick service. Parking can be limited during rush hours so you may have to park in a back lot and walk a bit.

The food was good, but they got our order completely wrong.

This is a busy Chick-fil-a but we had a nice lunch break. Navigating the small parking lot was much easier with an employee directing traffic. The womens bathroom only has two stalls and one sink so we waited in a surprisingly long line for a toilet. Our food was delivered to us at our table without much of a wait.

The Chick-fil-A in Prattville, Al is the only one Ive ever been to where they refused to make a sandwich instead of a biscuit. Just put it in a bun.

Very busy restaurant. Very crowded but still ordered within 10 mins AND got our indoor order in less than 10 mins after ordering. Bathrooms are too small for that many customers.

I personally dont care for this place and was only here because the person with me wanted a salad from them. I refuse to support them because of their prejudices and will not eat their food even when offered by my friend to buy for me! The lines for drive thru are ridiculous at every one! He went in and ordered rather than wait in line! Thats all Ive got to say about this place.

Regardless of how busy they are, the staff at this location are always fast, courteous and professional. Always a pleasure to come here!

They lost my order and rudely accused me of never ordering or paying for my $30 order. After showing my ticket they accused me of already eating it and just asking for more food. The restaurant was packed so I just thought they were backed up. I waited thirty minutes before asking for my order. They finally agreed to fill my order. Ten minutes later an employee brought my order to my table and practically threw the bag bag on the table. She did not apologize nor did anyone at the registers. She asked shortly rolling her eyes "anything else?" I said no and left with my bag. I couldnt stand one more second in that restaurant. Then when my daughter started to eat in the car, the fries were cold. Mind you it was 100 degrees outside so they didnt get cold in the two minutes it took to get to the car. Worst experience ever at any restaurant. I wont be back.

Nice staff, great place, disappointing food. Most overrated restaurant in existence. I dont see how everyones so obsessed with this personally. The fries are brutally lacking in flavor, the honey mustard is from another planet, and the proportioning sizes dont even live up to the prizes.

Good and service was great, as always. Unfortunately though, this Chick-Fil-A is very difficult to get into because of the drive through traffic buildup.

Chick-fil-A is always an awesome place to go and eat, the food was great and as always the service was excellent... You can tell that God has his hand on this business, thank you for a job well done.

We have the best service here! Everyone works so hard, under stressful, busy times. We love this place.

It was in the 90s and hot today. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and cars were still in line to try and get in the parking lot. Employees were directing traffic. Taking orders in line, delivering orders in line and to oik orders placed on line. One employee was even sweeping the lot. Chick fil A is awesome! Food was good too!

The food was good BUT service was terrible. Chik-fil-a has a high standard and this place does NOT meet that. We were told that we couldn’t order a cup of ice because the machine wasn’t working good and they would need the ice for later. We were paying customers at the time, basically told the customers later mattered more. We said we would just order a pop and then just don’t put the pop in it and they couldn’t understand that. But they would give someone else ice that ordered a pop. Sounded like a money making project to me.

Prattville, you probably dont need me to tell you that this place is awesome. Each Chick-fil-A that I visit is so friendly and give great customer service. Enjoy your Sunday off because you deserve it! Food was delicious as always and me and my wife love your waffle fries.

Its chick-fil-a. What can I say? I feel like its a cardinal sin to get bad service at one of these restaurants. The food is always good and the staff is always the fastest and kindest around. 10/10, 5☆/5☆

They were very busy but what do you expect, it is Chick-fil-A. We were waited on quickly with friendly service. We dined in but I noticed it was taking way too long to get our food. I went to the order counter and asked about our food and they said the take out was at the end of the counter. I told them that we were dine in and I showed them my receipt. They said they were very sorry and they would remake our food and that it should not have happened. I told them we all are human and make mistakes. They fixed our food very quickly and it was hot and very good. Thank you Chick-fil-A.Jimmy Bardlng

This 2 stars is mainly for night shift, me and my boyfriend come here more than once a week, we’ve only been 2 times at night, and never again. the lady who took our order at drive through has to ask our name 4 times, and we had to repeat our order 3 times. what’s so difficult about a number 1 and number 8? then she ask “both meals,” we answered yes, twice. no drinks nor fries were in the bag. I had to get my drinks at drive through, didn’t realize the fries were missing until we got home. Thought about calling but it wasn’t even on the receipt after we repeated ourselves several times. I love this store, but the employee working the drive through tonight seemed to be more worried about laughing and flirting with the other guy with her than getting peoples orders correct.

My husband, daughter, and myself, we love Chic-fil-A in Prattville! Super friendly staff and very timely service, Not to mention. Great Food!! Wish every other fast food establishment had the same qualities!

Food was nice and hot and ready when I came to pick it up. It was a pick up online order. Customer service is at a B- rating due to the severe congestion with traffic at the restaurant parking lot and also because of cleanliness of the store overall (sweeping, trash being taken out, bathrooms, etcbut other than that everything was good 👍🏾.

The wife and I just went through the morning drive through and we just ate the most freshest juiciest chicken biscuit we ever had!! Really fresh and fast service this location has always had great customer service and excellent food !!

Very busy for lunch but they handled it with speed and without sacrificing signature Chick-fil-A service! Loved the little pucks on the table you can tap your phone on which sets your pickup table in the app!

Chick-Fil-A always has a great level of standards. No matter where you go the food is always great and the service is even better. This location is no different. The staff was professional, cheerful, prompt, and made sure the order was correct. I particularly like the curbside ordering. The parking lot can be frustrating because people cant drive.

Food was great! Service was quick and courteous. Great attitudes! Whenever Im in a hurry. I know the Chick Fil A line will move quicker than anyone else in town even with a long line!

Check your bags before you pull off! Third time in a row I haven’t gotten sauces, or a straw. Last time I paid for a large sweet tea and got water - that I didn’t have a straw for. 🙂Came in to get my sauces and got one of each, no thank you for understanding or apology for leaving it out. Usually staff is really nice but must have hired a bunch a newbies who don’t know the ins and outs yet.

I’ve been in Prattville for 3 days and visited this location twice and they’ve gotten my order wrong both times, which is unusual for Chick-fil-A. The pictures shows how I ordered grilled nuggets without the marinade. This was from the second time I went and I ordered the same thing as the first time, and they still gave me nuggets with marinade. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I’m not a fan of the marinade they put on the grilled nuggets so I always ask for grilled nuggets without it. Kinda disappointing.

ChickFilA never disappoints with their service & food. Both are always excellent.I just wish they’d go back to ordering at the speaker & have both lanes open.Ordering in the parking lot & having only one line open causes the backup. Especially when you have that one customer that doesn’t know if they want chicken or chicken…..so it takes a long time to get to everyone else.

The new Mac-n-cheese. I ordered it as a substitute for fries. I paid extra, dont know how much, and received a large bowl filled 3/4 with the new offering. Tasty. Not happy that the large bowl was 3/4 full. Didnt look like the picture on the menu board. For that price, you should force as much of those inexpensive pasta shells into the bowl as possible.#BringBackSlaw

Im sure the food is fine like every other Chick-fil-A in the country, but they removed the play place. The play place was a major reason for choosing Chick-fil-A for lunches while traveling all day with children, and it was the only reason to put up with the insanely long lines. Ive added some pictures of the nice patio seating that took its place.
