Tammy MADE OUR EXCELLENT!! My son had JUST came out of recovery from surgery. Upon discharge he got to choose what he wanted to eat. He chose Chick Fil A. From the moment we arrived until the time we left we couldnt have been more pleased with Tammys Service, Demeanor and Smile
My kids and I may enjoy this chick-fil-a alot. My kids love to come to this one. My sister n law and there aunt work here. The employees are always friendly. They also know that I have very picky eaters. We also enjoying seeing everyones happy faces. They also love seeing Nicoles happy face when they visit her at work. I always brag about this location and there quick and friendly service. The food is always hot and fresh.
The current staff here is amazing. Cant go wrong with this location. 💯
Service! While most businesses customer service suffered during and after the COVID pandemic, Chick-Fil-A (and particularly this onegot better. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BETTER AND WAS ALREADY GREAT. The workers and management are friendly and they act like they are glad you are there. Top notch!

I love this location. The staff are so helpful and friendly here. One of the staff saw me walking my baby in a stroller and my hands full, they ran to open the door for me then also carried my tray and got all the condiments I needed :so nice!

I’m going to change my review: it seems like they’ve fixed my previous problems.This Chick-fil-A, like many, is great. It’s easily the best fast food restaurant in this area. Food came out hot, service was quick and pleasant as always. No faults.

The staff very knowledgeable in Concord NC. We went to the one off Innes in Salisbury NC first and the service was horrible. They werent knowledgeable of the product at all.
I normally like chick fila. Its my go to fast food place. However this location has been unsatisfactory more than once. The bacon on my cob salad looked like someone chewed it up. And when I asked for cold salad dressing because it contains egg and milk ( avacodo ranchthey said they didnt have any. Bathroom was dirty too. Black film in toilets. Paper towels all over the counter. Too many employees standing around. No since in that. Every restaurant has the potential to be great. It falls on management.

Amazing how nice the staff is every single day they’re open. They do their best it seems always, when things get really busy. A+
This establishment is a corporate well oiled machine. Even with a line of cars wrapped around the building. Quality suffers with immature associates and mass production. Still, friendliness and consideration remain an obvious priority.
I understand they were closing and all the workers were tired, still they had a smile and they served fast with Chick-fil-A quality. Recommended.
Sad to say my local Chick-fil-la has become very inconsistent. This is the 2nd time I’ve received a burnt, dry and cold sandwich. The fries were soggy too. I hope with this review things will get better. I’m going to take my business somewhere else.
Like everyone else Ive been to tons of fast food and drive-thru places. This location is the first Ive been to where i was interacted with as a customer AND as a person. Nothing extraordinary as far as the food or anything crazy really. But the line was long, so they had individuals outside taking orders and payments. Despite the busy time, they were friendly and helpful when I had questions as it was my first time visiting any Chick-fil-A. The folks inside were just as pleasant too. Kind of a trip that something so basic is such a surprise, but everyone here is doing things right.
Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. I had the grilled chicken meal and my hubby had the chicken deluxe. Yum! Better than most chicken place and the fries were awesome.A hotel worker mentioned the fries at Chick-fil-A are the reason why a lot of Americans have health issues because they are so good. I can see why. They really are fantasticSo for fast food/junk food, its really good. Better then we have in Canada....with the exception of Mary Browns of course lol but thats Canadian bias. 💯
Friendly faces! The best customer service, always! Any issue with orders are quickly handled. I am consistently impressed with the employees & management. I don’t get to stop by too often because we live a bit away but when I do, the experience is always awesome! Keep up the great work!
I visit Chick-fil-a frequently and have never had this terrible of customer service from an employee and manager. My previous visit through the drive thru, my order was incorrect. I called and spoke to Anna Grace, who offered me a free sandwich at my next visit- I asked her if she would be sending me something via email or through the CFA App and she told me that I just needed to tell the employee working her name, Anna Grace and it would be taken care of. I was unsure of this but she reassured me that I wouldn’t have any issues. I went through the drive thru tonight and proceeded to order with Sara, and I explained my situation- she asked for a headset to speak to Anna Grace, she told her and then started questioning what I was telling her in a very rude manner. I told her that I told Anna Grace on the phone that this would happen and how disappointed I was and to not even worry about the complimentary sandwich. I ordered and Sara continued to be rude to me. I went to pick up my food at the window and MY ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN. The sweet girl at the window (I was unable to get her namefixed it for me with apologies and kindness!I am very disappointed in both the employee and manager. I drive out of my way to go to this specific location because I always get great customer service. I understand mistakes happen and when I called to inform a manager that my order was wrong, I didn’t ask for anything in return.. she offered it to me and then made me look like a liar. I know Chick-fil-A expects better out of their employees and managers, needless to say I will not be visiting this location anymore.
Very disappointed. My son-n-law ordered thru mobile app. When I got here I was told to park in drive thru parking. I did so and was left sitting & waiting....then same girl who told me to wait finally came out & told me to go back thru drive thru to p/u order. I explained that I would have already been home eating if I had stayed in the same line...Im mad. Im hungry and my blood sugar is dropping!!!!...and someone shipped my car!!!
My nuggets were way to salty. My fries were cold. The kale salad was very small for the price. But got quick service.
Met friends at Chick-fil-A at Bayfield Parkway in Concord, NC. The food was great, as always - Market Salad, Nuggets, Ice Cream, etc. The staff was so polite even after we stayed longer than anticipated. Cant go wrong at Chick-fil-A!!
Just got Chick FIL A drive thru. They didnt give me a receipt, workers just standing there talking. Got home after a 10 minute drive, fries all in my bag, out of the container, looks like they just threw them in there. My fries were hard and cold, didnt taste fresh at all. And they give me one sauce each that I asked for which wasnt enough for my meal. Super basic stuff, didnt meet the Chick FIL A experience Im used to, probably wont be going back here.
Ordered for a large group of people at my job and had a difficult experience. I ordered the food & gave him my card to pay, got to the window and there was an item left out so they added it on and recharged me a second time for the entire order but told me he cancelled the first charge in order to add on that item. On that particular card I did not have the funds on it for it to be charged twice, and he continued to argue with me about the card being the issue, and not the fact that they charged me twice. After getting to my job and separating the orders, they gave us the wrong tea, wrong lemonade, left out the nuggets they recharged the card for, no sauce that we asked for, and gave us the wrong salads. Don’t recommend ordering for large groups here.
Great service and very prompt with reasonable prices. I was not crazy about the egg white breakfast sandwich, however. It was kind of bland, though the English muffin and the potatoes were good.
Ive been going to this Chick-fil-A for a very long time now. And though the lines might seemingly always be long (for a reason), the staff keeps that line moving at a higher pace than any other drive through. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and its a Chick-fil-A that is a model for others to follow.
Although they have great food, my experience was not so great this past week.On Wednesday morning the ninth of June I waited 15 minutes for a curve side order in slot #8 and ended up leaving in order to make it to work in which I was still two minutes late. I called the store to let them know I left and the young lady on the phone was saying someone was coming with my order now but I had to tell her I was already gone. She informed me that she refunded my order but being that the transaction was on my credit card, I won’t know for sure until I receive my statement. I know this establishment is always busy but I’ve never waited that long at a Chick-fil-A .On Thursday morning June tenth I did a mobile order again but decided to go thru the drive thru to pick up this time. Heading to work eating the hashbrowns I neglected to check the rest of my food, I’m not telling what I ordered because I was super greedy and don’t need the judgment LOL, once arriving to work I saw that my order was wrong. I was so 😢 and disappointed. I called and spoke to the manager on duty Weston and they replaced Thursday’s order Friday morning
I am writing this review after 3 terrible visits. Recently while using the mobile app to place our order and pick up curb side, it has taken longer to wait curbside than getting in the long line at the drive thru. There really is no point in having an app to place your order prior to getting there if you’re going to have to wait just as long or longer than the cars in the drive-through that have not placed an order yet. This has happened multiple times. Most recently Saturday morning. To top it off we were waiting and the door dash driver pulled up just as we were notified our food was on the way. The door dash driver was given their food first even though we had been waiting longer. That was ridiculous!!!!
Theyve always gotten my order right no matter how many items/modifications I have. The staff is always pleasant and upbeat. The dining room is closed so the line to order is a freaking nightmare. Dont come here if you dont have 30 minutes to wait to order.
Always good food, friendly service and they usually get your order correct. That explains the why chic Fila ALWAYS has long lines, even during a pandemic. Other restaurants should follow their business operating model
A little disappointed in the service I received today Chic Fil A staff. Especially since a child of mine works there. I placed an order Saturday 1/9/2021 at 3:57pm and gave my curbside location on the app. I didn’t receive my milkshake until 4:20pm. I literally waited that entire time for one milkshake just to be told it was given to another car and was given a cookie instead of a refund. Really chic fil a??? Could you be more offensive?Just a tip:Weird this has to come from the customer but these are kids they just don’t know but if you see someone waiting in a curbside pick up spot for 20 minutes at some point you should check on said customer
I love Chick-fil-A. Here is a pic of what I got today which is my favorite except for breakfast. I love the hash brown chicken bowl with a medium fruit bowl. It is the bomb
This site was very fast and organized a few years ago. Now the drive-thru is slow and disorganized. This is the only fast food location with 5 workers outside and it still takes 30 minutes to get your food. They really need some process improvement starting with renovations and a double drive through. I now go to Concord Parkway for a seem less drive-thru experience.
First time dining in this place and I was not impressed. They took quite a long time to bring my food out, I gave them the BOTD since they were busy but the other locations are twice as busy as this location and Ive never had slower service.Got the food and it was incorrect. Waiting for that long, Id expect it to have been accurate. They gave me a grilled chicken, I had ordered a spicy deluxe. Not anywhere close to what they gave me. Maybe they will get it together the next time I come in.
I love Chick-fil-A the drive through is perfect all fast food places need to have people taking your order. Between the main speaker and the 2 people taking orders thats 3 ways to move the line quickly. Thats what fast food is mainly about in and out as fast as you can. The service you receive is amazing. When you go inside everyone is super nice and quick to help paired with good food its a great place to eat.
Really bummed on my visit today. Visit this chickfila a few times but today very slow service and the cookie was cold. I live for chickfila warm cookies that are gooey when you break them in half... Normally up beat staff.. Not this time. Hope next time is better or eles wont be coming to this one again.
Always a pleasure visiting the "My Pleasure Crew" at this establishment.After coming here for over three years. The food has never been a disappointment and the service somehow even gets better!We always know what to expect here. Service and food beyond expectations, job well done to all the workers. Cant wait to be back and grub on some chicken.
World class customer service at this location! The food was cooked to perfection and the restaurant was very clean. Not too busy during lunch time!
Everything they serve is wonderful! The kale salad helps to eat healthy, along with the grilled chicken and other salad choices. Ive always had great customer service. They get really busy, but work very hard to please everyone and to have fast service. They have wonderful shakes and frosted drinks. They are very good at making your food just as you would like it. You can get low sodium, gluten free and other unique requests granted- just ask!
Good service, friendly staff and clean facilities. Parking is just ok, but the restaurant itself is great. My boys love the play area
