Chick-fil-A in Lexington

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

They screwed up 2/3 of my order. Not the norm for this chain. Boo!

It was my first visit and it was very good.

Was running close on time this morning but Chick-fil-A had a relatively small line. They always move pretty quick so I thought Ill zip through there. I was over 15 minutes waiting in line very unhappy this morning now Im late.

On the road from Florida to Ohio and stopped in Kentucky for sandwiches and drinks. Went back on road to continue trip. No straws. Hence the 3 star rating for service. The food and the employee courtesy was 5 star as it always seems. No straws. Try to drive and drink without a straw.

So this has been the second time that this has happened and this is the ONLY location I have ever had do it but this location has refused to swap the chicken that comes in a Southwest Chicken salad for anything other than the cold grilled slices that come standard in the salad. I left two stars because the lady who took the order was great and the guy at the window was very apologetic and polite and tried to do what he could to help but the MANAGER was standing back in the building and said no changes to the salad. I just thought it was incredibly rude at 9:30pm and had it been busy I would’ve been more understanding, but considering this is the only location that behaves this way I think it looks bad on Chik Fila. I didn’t leave a review the first time this happened because the guy helping me (he may have been the manager I can’t rememberapologized for the inconvenience and asked if I wanted to change my meal and just went above and beyond with his customer service.I just don’t understand why this Chik Fila in particular is like this when the other two in Lexington aren’t?

Reliable for good food. The service is great

The staff are always very friendly and efficient. They keep the drive through line moving as quickly as possible. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and my order is always correct.

Great fresh delicious food and this location almost always gets the pickup or drive through order without errors. Very friendly service

They seemed to not have the best team work going on. The lady that took our order was either very distracted or not well trained, even though she had on a manager outfit.

Only thing better than a grilled club sandwich from chick fil a is a grilled club sandwich with a fly on the bun

The best service of all fast foods restaurants.

No play land anymore. Just fyi the website still shows it’s there but now it’s a “training and leadership development center”. Still like the food but annoyed because we brought our daughter here during a long car trip hoping to let her stretch her legs.

Best service and most delicious chicken in the country. Love this restaurant.

Always the friendliest people around and like many other this one is a solid fast food option

Nothing too serious about this post besides customer service. No one cares how good your food is if you’re rude. I’ve been her 2 times early in the morning around 7:50am. I’m not sure who the manager is, I think he name is cristy but no sure. She was very rude and seems to have no sympathy for the way she treats people.

Always delicious food with excellent service. Can be extremely busy at times, but thats Chick-fil-A for you! They somehow still seem to get you through pretty fast though.

I think their success revolves around the fact that the food is always consistent and always consistently good!

Purchased spicy chicken deluxe sandwich for take out @ 745pm Thursday 25th Aug.. Bottom of roll was rock hard and had a weird taste. Threw rest of sandwich away. Now 7am and have had bad stomach pains for last 3 hrs! First ever bad experience with any chick fil a restaurant. Clearly this location has issues esp after reading similar reviews

Honestly Ive NEVER understood the social media response to Chick-fil-A. Ive given it more chances than Ale-8-1 and I think that beverage sucks just as much as I did when I was 10... And that was a long time ago.To start, the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is small. The Burger King and KFC sandwiches dwarf it and they taste better... And the spicy is more spicy. The McDonalds sandwich has more crunch and its definitely more spicy too. KFC and Burger King beat Chick-fil-A by a mile. Chicks fries are pretty ok 🙄 Theyre not better than McDonalds

I visited this chick fil a from out of town (I live in PA). I decided to go here with my sister in law for lunch. While we were there we went through the drive thru. The line went by pretty fast, and I asked for my military discount but once we ordered we waited for 30 minutes for our food to then be told they cancelled our whole order. Waited another 10 minutes for our food. I got my receipt and my military discount was only $1 for a $30 order. I was thinking at least 10%. Just was not worth a 40 minute wait for my food.

This place runs its drive thru more efficiently than the government runs the nation. I should elaborate...they run their drive thru efficiently. If its a chicken sandwich you want than this is the place to go.

The person who assisted us was extraordinarily focused on great customer service. I dont remember her name but she was originally from Oregon. Super helpful and professional. Food was also very good.

Ive been to over 20 different chick-fil-a and this is by far the worst. Soggy fries and chicken petty on sandwich but nuggets were good. This place needs GOD!

As with every Chic-fil-A, excellent customer service. Sandwiches are terrific as always. I just wish the company would add some more spice or herbs to make their nuggets and tenders more tasty.

The manager Rachelle was great. Awesome customer service. She gave me a slice of cheese with no attitude because I would have, hahaha, but all serious, keep the customer serious up. “Be so great everyone will notice.”

This chick fil a has their drive through prices on point. Always fast, very accurate order, and the food is always good at this location. It’s busy, but doesn’t take long at all to get through the drive through.

Stopped in for lunch and wasnt disappointed. Ordered on the app, came inside and took a seat, identified our table and waited just a couple of minutes for our order. Food was hot fresh and tasty.

You simply cant beat Chick-fil-A for their staff. The food is consistent no matter where youre at and delicious.

Service was very fast. Food was good.Employee came in the bathroom, blew her nose and left without even washing her hands. I wasnt impressed with that.

I always have a nice experience when I visit chick-fil-a, the food was fresh and hot. The customer service was nice. And the facility was clean and well stocked in the self service area.

I cannot attest to the quality of the food as the order was placed for others. Service was excellent and friendly and the wait at curbside was reasonable. The online app did have some temperamental issues which forced me to use another form of payment than credit card.

Ordered the ready to eat catering order but the morning before pick up found out my guests would be 4 hours late and it would be difficult to keep everything in great shape. When I was picking up the order I talked to the kitchen manager about how to do that, she immediately swapped out the order for a cold one which only needed to be heated up. Big save for me. It all turned out excellent.

The food quality was horrible! My first time having this type of experience with chick fil a. They are always on point in other locations but this one disappointment me so bad. My chicken from my chiki minis was not cooked all the way through, my chicken bowl , the chicken had black spots and the eggs where soggy, my hash browns look like they are from days ago.

Chick-fil-A is always a consistent delight. The food is always delicious and this visit was no exception. Chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders were exceptional. The spicy chicken sandwich has a tasty kick to it. Hot with flavor and not just heat! The number of vehicles lined up to get in speaks volumes.

Chick-Fil-A has figured it out. Their service is fast and the staff is always friendly. This journey was nothing short of great. I needed breakfast and lunch at the same time and they offered to make it happen. I needed to take the order on a long flight and David made sure everything was individually wrapped including separating the chicken from the buns to keep them from getting soggy. I had a great visit and walked away more impressed than usual.

Spend my first time years but it was very pleasant clean in the food was fresh 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💯

Logan was AMAZING! It was fun to watch the hustle and bustle of all the workers too. They work so hard and are so happy! We really enjoyed the spicy chicken and the waffle fries are delish! I recommend a vanilla shake to top it off!

Good place for a childrens party. Cake and icecream are provided, there is a play area qvs the mascot greets the children; all at a reasonable price with no clean up after.

They were SUPER helpful in confirming a dietary restriction in my Party was not a problem. Addison and Brandi did an excellent job on research.As usual the common area is very nice. Clean floors and tables. Play area is definitely a little worn out but still playable (there is a section where you should be able to press a button to hear animal sounds and it doesn’t work.Men’s restroom does have a diaper changing station but the strap was broken (and appears to have been that way for a while.Play area and men’s room is why they lost the star. These are basics.
