Best Chinese food in Roseburg. Mothers chicken is to die for, as well as crab puffs and pork fried rice. Weve also had their egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken and Tso General chicken. All were great. Service is always great weather you order in or to go. Well boxed food that doesnt get soggy with the way the prop open the boxes, which we appreciated during the pandemic times. Weve had a few other Chinese restraint experiences in roseburg and non compair to Chis. Must try!!

Very good service. Food was ready very quickly. Good selection of vegetable dishes. Both of our dishes were excellent.

The woman waitress sort of had a standoffs attitude.Portions were large. Food was fresh and hot.

The combo lunches are an amazing price for the amount of food you get. I recommend the egg foo young

So good!I havent been here in years but its still under the same owner and still fantastic! Not only that, the owner recognized me after nearly a decade and remembered my preferences.My service was friendly, the course timing was spot on for a relaxing time, and the food was delicious. We have been burned by Chinese food places in our area, so it was amazing to see that the trend of fantastic food continues at Chis!

My spouse and I tried this restaurant because of the reviews. New to Roseburg and we love Chinese cuisine... this restaurant did not disappoint.. best egg foo young I have ever had. They even put slices of BBQ pork on top of the pork egg Foo young ..wow .. and there establishment appearance is very clean . Restaurant smells nice and great customer service..will return

Good food. Typical Chinese fare - a bit greasy, but good flavor. Asked for less salt on our stir fry noodles and they delivered. They did have vegetarian options so that was great. We ordered the egg drop soup and while one server said it did not have meat, it looked like there were particles in the broth (and the pieces tasted like chicken). We were happy with our orders and actually ate our leftovers.

The food is great. Their Honey Chicken is phenomenal.

I am a dasher. Everytime I arrive for an order, there is no one to greet me and other customers. I had to yell out!

The food was fantastic, the price was great I havent been here in many years at least 10 years BUT at the time I loved it. Hopefully it hasnt changed that much!

Food was greasy, asked for white rice, got pork fried rice, #6 was terrible pork was dry. Asked for seeds and mustard didnt get any.

I love this restaurant. The staff are always cheerful and pleasant. The food is amazing and the tea is never ending!! I take my family often and we always have a great time sharing a delicious meal. The staff are attentive and make sure that you are satisfied with your meal. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone for good food, great atmosphere, and amazing staff!!!

I could eat here every day of the week. They are professional and treat you like family. Their food is of the highest quality.

I love that they have meat free options and their tofu is cooked perfect every time. Their veggie dishes are also very delicious

Chis is great food, its pretty inexpensive as well. With all the cost going up around our area Chis keeps it simple and within budget for most families. They are fast as well. Its one of our favorite places to go on a budget, and they can support a large group in the very back. They do have a small Oregon lottery game space if you want to risk your lunch money. Its also wheel chair accessible .

We had a group of 4 adults for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was very clean.; nice tablecloths. The server was very helpful & pleasant. Food arrived quickly & in huge portions. We especially liked the orange chicken & Mongolian beef. No complaints at all I would recommend & return here.

Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the tablecloth, dust on every fixture, carpet looked like it hasnt been vacuumed in months. There is an obvious foot trail through the establishment, and rips in half the booth seats. Service staff was rude.

The food was good, large portions. We noticed that the restaurant may be short staffed. Our hostess was also our server and cleaning tables. She was a very good worker, just spread too thin to be attentive to all the patrons.

Food looked amazing. Service was outstanding however. I wished the food taste as good as it looked.The shrimp was not to my liking. The batter was not cooked as well as it should of been. The BBQ pork was very dry and had no flavor to it. The rice tasted salty.The rest of it was edible. Better luck next time!!!!!

New to the area and started our search for good Chinese food in Roseburg. We will keep searching.The service was fine but the room they put us in smelled musty and the carpets really needed cleaning, thats number one one the negative list but the food was really disappointingBasics like the pork fried rice had no color or seasoning OR pork, egg and any vegetables! Most of our entrees arrived covered in generic goopy sauces and again NO VEGITABLED. pricing was good if your looking for truly lackluster food. Will not be returning

I live in Eugene, but I will drive down to Roseburg to eat here! I used to come here when my mom was alive for her birthday/visits and it was our favorite lunch/dinner spot. Im going to keep coming here on her birthday because the food is that good and I love the memories! Very clean and friendly staff. :)

If you want a cool atmosphere with your food you need to check this place out. The food is delicious but, the service is a little slow. So please give them time. They are very nice here.

Its always good but today was one of the best meals ever. They added veggies to the egg rolls for a deeper flavor, the crispy fried eggplant was light and tender (and delicious!The vegetarian pan fried noodles were nearly caramelized and had a deeper flavor. My kids eat loads of veggies here and the vegetarian options are wonderful! Kind service, always!

Great food and have been there dozens of times over the last 2 years and never a problem. Just make sure you ask for limited veggies if you are doing takeout and want more meat, because they like to load you up sometimes. Like the water chestnuts. They will fix it in restaurant, but you might be upset if you dont have a heads up.

This is my favorite place to eat! The staff dont hover but notice when you need a refill, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. A good experience my wife and I have been enjoying for the last 10 years!

Chis is our favorite place to go for delicious Chinese food. The menu is full of tasty lunch and dinner options. The hot and sour soup and orange chicken are our favorite, but Ive never been disapointed when I branch out from my usual order. The restaurant is a great place for small and large groups alike. The owner and staff are very warm and friendly and the food is served quickly, but freshly prepared and hot. Also, a great place for take-out!

Good service, good food, didnt have to wait long for anything. No refills on our waters, but that was okay. Great prices, especially for the amount of food you get. Fed 2 adults, a 6yr old, and a 9yr old for $20 plus brought home leftovers.

We were in the mood for Chinese while in town for a few days. Was a terrible time to be in town due to the fires and the smoke but we had to take care of business. The food was plentiful and really good. The egg roles were huge, I am not a fan but these were good. Some of the food was a bit on the greasy side. The calamari appetizer was one of the better ones we have had and it was nice and spicy. The mar far chicken was good, along with the spicy pepper steak. The portions were huge and you got plenty to eat.

On a low calorie high protein diet? The Wonton Soup is delicious & filling!

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered takeout and our dinner was ready in 10 minutes. All of the food tasted great (sweet and sour pork, pan fried noodles with pork, chicken and snow peas). And to top off our experience, the lady who kindly took our order also brought our food outside to the car while it was still hot rather than waiting for us to come back inside. They also carefully packaged everything and placed it into a perfect sized box.
