This was the only Chinese restaurant in Yaounde in the late 1980s. We left Cameroon in 1990 and it appears that there are more Chinese restauarants in Yaounde now. When we were there we used to enjoy going to this place and the food was very good.

Ive just left Chez Wou and the food was expensive and extremely poor quality. I ordered the spicy chicken and, as the dish came, it was more chicken ligament than meat and contained, as far as my palate could detect, no spices of any kind. I asked for some peppers which gave the dish the minimum required to qualify as tasting "like" something, but it was still extremely bad, expensive, and small. I give two stars because the meal was, if nothing else, hot.Id strongly recommend finding somewhere else to eat.

Doesnt have any clue about Asian cuisine. Prices are high compared to the portion. Always check what you are eating. I ordered crispy chicken breast the brought me a thigh. And the portion was very small. They served it without fries. I even had to pay for the fries. One of the worst restaurants Ive ever visited.
