This is traditional Cambodia ! Peaceful atmosphere. The village make a lot of handcraft and live from it. Making silk since more then thousand years ! Village to visit !!

Lovely people, lovely kids. Peaceful atmosphere. We didn’t find someone who was supposed to explain us around but that’s ok, it’s good to have a walk around by yourself. We bought some stuff from their market for support the local community. Do it, it’s cheap! :)

Fascinating walk around giving a glimpse into life in a village of rice farming and crafting to make a living. Greeted by adorable children.

Stop by the school and let you guide by the professor in this village where they raise the worms, weave silk, organized plastic recycling in a country where its not a priority yet, meet with their friendly inhabitants.

The real cambodia. Honestly one of the most profound travel experience ever.

The village people were very friendly. It was fun walking around the village with the kids holding your hands and wanting to interact.

I loved spending the afternoon here in this friendly village! I was given a personal tour, got an up close look at weaving in progress and bought gifts for friends in the little shop. I loved that I could buy scarves that had the weavers name tag. I chose scarves from the 2 women who I visited at their looms. Only $5/scarf and each one takes a couple days to weave! I left feeling a little sad to be saying goodbye to new friends.
