Chengdu Somerset River View Serviced Residence in Jinsha

Hotel was perfect.Nice rooms and room service.Helpful front desk.However, the breakfast was not good.Non-chinese can eat only to survive, but cannot enjoy the food.Atleast they should make some continental stuff available.

A well located and luxurious service apartment located in the centre of town by the river. The staff are friendly and helpful. The recreational facilities are impressive. The breakfast was very good too.

The service apartment is nicely located near city center with view of the Jin Jiang river. Check in was a breeze, staff was generally very friendly.The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, beds very comfortable with 2 walk-in showers. King size bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other room.The apartment was equipped with washer and dryer which was a huge convenient factor for us light travelers. Kitchen was fully equipped too but we didn’t take advantage of that.What I did find subpar was the included breakfast, not many selections compared with other hotels in China. There was on demand egg station that you can order.There is also a chic coffee place and a small convenience store right next to the lobby. All in all, still a recommend for traveling with family and friends.

Nous y avons passé 4 nuits. Le personnel accueillant et disponible à fait tous les efforts nécessaires à la compréhension de nos demandes. Un lit King size de très bonne qualité. Des salles de bain magnifiques. Une restauration somme toute assez locale... A apprécier. Petit bémol, la piscine dont les horaires douverture sont insuffisants.

If you like awful hotel, stay at Somerset chengdu riverview. Room is okay. Customers service is good but at time seem to be rude. I have stayed at 4 different Somerset hotels in China but this one is the worst. Breakfast is below average. Salt and pepper is no where to be found on the table. Coffee is provided with dry cream. No milk or half & half provided. Housekeeping is below any standards. My first day, no slippers or toilet papers are refilled. Second day, no toilet papers refilled. Shaving blade is also not provided in this hotel. Apart from the location, I would highly not recommend this hotel.

Our sweet home away home here in ChengDu, good location, near MRT station, good service.

Fairly near to the town centre this serviced residence offers the best of hotel accommodation with the advantage of being able to cook and do your own washing.Apartment was clean with excellent facilities including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The shower and toilet were exceptional. There was a TV in both the bedroom and living room area and western channels included CNN and BBC World, though the sound was a little distorted on some channels.Cupboards were stocked with plates, dishes and bowls and cooking utensils and there was even a thoughtful addition of a small ice tray in the freezer.Great views over Chengdu itself given it wasnt a grey day!WiFi was reasonable - remember this is China! The pool was pleasant, though it felt a little cool, and changing rooms were clean. Theres also a childrens play room and a café area nearby.All in all a great place to stay.
