Edit: eating here is a treat for us. We can eat for a whole day with what we get. It’s not crazy expensive either. Love the place and the people who take care of us everytime. Plus they have a lil table with some house hold products more affordable than stores.I’m definitely trying to be a regular! We love love love this food always fresh and hot! Exactly what we want everytime. No mess ups. ♥️ thank you for being so sweet and always serving us the best!Been wanting to come here for a while now. I finally got the chance to come by. Cute little hole in the wall. Great hot food! Good prices! We will be back 😊

I walked in and the smell was so foul it made me physically ill. I literally ran out as fast as I could.

Pepper steak is my favorite. I always have to toss in a. Egg roll. Yummy

Terrible service!! Drive through windowask us to pull forward and wait for the food and they will call us to walk in and pick up!!Never ever will we go back !!

They are hiding behind a cheap plastic sheet... and selling laundry supplies?Cant see food or menu, doesnt look or smell like a restaurant.

So I was in the mood for Chinese and this was the closest place to me. So I ordered hirbachi chicken and a small wonton soup. The hirbachi was simply ok it had no seasoning at all but I will give credit that it had a lot of veggies in it. As far s the wonton soup you get it literally had 2 noodles in it. Now I will not say this is the worst I’ve ever had because that would be a lie but I guess for the price it was decent.

Terrible.I cant say it wasnt hot. But no taste.Bland. Rice was a tragedy. The hibachi steak tasted like it was boiled in garlic powder.Service was fast but not a.place I would try again.

Customer service was extremely poor today. The food isn’t that good to be rude at the drive through window when gathering an order! It’s customary to be polite so my asking how you’re doing as you greet me being met with rudeness was uncalled for. I won’t be back!

The lady today was rude as hell, i never been rushed like that in my life, ill go back for my neice but i myself will never dine here ever again!!!!

Very reasonably priced good tasting Chinese food.

Visited Chen Wok on Gray Highway Macon Georgia to be exact. First of all the young lady was very rude while taking my order and she over charged me for the entire meal. I will not be visiting that establishment again. I was very disappointed in their services and the quality of the food.

Ordered from here last night and we were extremely happy with our meal! We’ve been getting our Chinese from another place for years but it has gotten terrible so this is a great surprise. We had General Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan along with 4 egg rolls.

I used to be a fan of this place! Good food, good price, and good service. I ordered my usual today, got home, took 1 bite and found a nasty creature in my food. Seriously hurt my emotions because I was really looking forward to the yummy food!!! I really hope this place gets this issue fixed soon!

Left of our drinks and when we returned cashier was rude. Customer service is awful.

Second time of going here and its absolutely amazing. My family and I love eating here and definitely recommend it!!!

The food is giid ,however i have to go inside because its buffett style and they will give you whatever is left.Crusty pieces ,hard pieces,try pieces.If it looks old to you ask for freshly cooked..

I understood the wait as it was take out only and nobody answered the phone to order ahead. BUT to not even put the noodles into the bag for the large egg drop soup that wasnt even filled or any spoons ... there was 1 fork for a $25 order of food and the crab ragon had absolutely no flavor at all. Pretty disappointing actually. Not a very good first experience.

if youre looking for great Chinese food keep looking. Had the chicken and broccoli lunch special. The fried rice was missing everything no vegetables no taste no meat. A chicken and broccoli the broccoli was overcooked and the chicken was tough

You can get some freshly cooked Chinese food that is really good and the prices are great I eat it and love it,the service is good too.

Much much better than last visit...Service was the BEST today...(this was my 4th visit)..food was great...order was CORRECT this time...(this WAS gonna be my last visit BUT service was a turn around)

Great food!!!I love their chicken wings!! I do feel they should provide more than 2 packets of duck sauce with a meal. Other than that great food, quick service, and a clean establishment.

We eat here regularly and usually have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for our food to be prepared. Never had a problem until they forgot to give us spring rolls yesterday. Hope they will make it right when we check with them today.

Asked for extra soy sauce and duck sauce, needless to say I didnt get any sauces at all. They have what looks like a 11 year old working the drive thru! No customer service!

4&1/2 stars if i could. The only thing missing was a few extra shimp on my chicken and shrimp hibachi. Other than this the everything else was amazing. I was skeptical at first because no patrons were there, but i guess it was the quiet b4 the storm because my experience was awesome.

We have been buying from their competitor for several years.Today, we decided to order from Chens Wok. The food blew us away. The taste of each item was outstanding. The hot and sour soup was the best, cooked fresh and so were the egg rolls. From now on we will order Chinese from Chens Wok only.

Really enjoyed my meal. Better than other local restaurants with same cusine. Clean restaurant with kind people. Ill be back.

The food was a disappointment; I use to love this restaurant. The egg roll was hard, their General Taos Chicken wasnt good at all and the wait time was upsetting...I wont be returning to this place of business.

Food is good. Staff is friendly and nice. Never have a problem with an order. We eat here at least 3 times a week. Food is good every time. Our favorite place.

Food was too oily and noodles were overcooked and limp. No flavor at all I wont be wasting my hard earned money here again theres better places than this

Great Chinese joint! Ive had most everything on the menu and they not only nail it... but they nail it consistently! You can be confident that it will taste the same every time you go. My faves are the house fried rice, house lo mein, and the house mei fun. Great egg rolls and she is always just as nice as she can be. Very pleasant every visit. I definitely recommend! Enjoy!

The lady was rude without cause until she saw my credit card... Worst Chens Wok location. In additional, this one severely needs remodeling. The reviews mentioning the facility are false. It seems the lady could not hear me well (my voice isnt very loudand she went crazy about not serving oysters there. (I asked to add egg drop soup.I dont live in the area, but can tell there may be truth to some of the negative reviews. There is a child there, Ive seen him on more than one occasion. Theres no longer a visible menu (other than a board with lunch specialsand no more than two people working there. I honestly would have left the food if I wasnt ordering for the family. I totally do not accept apologies easy for certain things...

The food and service was great and the dining area was clean. My kids loved the food and that’s what matters most. We will be coming back!

Slack. The food seems to have no taste. The only good is they stay open late on wkends. Theyre not interested in their customer base, only their money.

Just terrible!!! From the workers two young kids running around loose to the flabby, non-discernible, tasteless and hardly non-edible food. We couldnt eat it b/c it was so bad, we even left the hot/sour soup on the table and went to Taco Bell. Dont ever go there, it will give you an immediate stomach ache.

House lo mien is to die for! The friendly staff makes it even better! I never write reviews, but I had to acknowledge my new favorite Chinese food restaurant!
