Chelsea American Diner & Sportsbar in Wurzburg

Amazing experience! For the last 10 years excluding 2 over covid, weve always visited this big easy for a meal. On our anniversary or another special celebration. But this time around something was different. The manager went above and beyond to make not just ours but everyones exsperience unique. We was greated with a smile, and the passion and love for his job could be seen. He said he would do something and that he did! All staff memebers we had contact with had a friendly approach, although you could see they was busy. We also noticed that servers took orders without writing them down. We was a large group and our server managed to remember our order WITH NO MISTAKES!! well done to them all. Im loving the new family friendly approach, as we love our family togetherness. Meaning we can enjoy the best of both worlds and have family time and sometimes just adult time at a place we enjoy. Thank you again to the team who made my husbands birthday a special memorable occasion. Your fantastic all of you!

Been coming here for quite a few years and although Ive tried most things on the menu, the lobster and steak remains my favourite. Great atmosphere with a live band in the evenings. Pricing are borderline worth it but still a nice evening out.

My first time experience here at BIG EASY (Chelseawas lovely and entertaining! The staff were welcoming, polite, and really took care of our table with patients, they check if everything was good with us and our food order and the atmosphere was good, live singing and warming. Me and my family had a great time we definitely will be returning back here and highly recommend for anyone to check out this restaurant.I felt the food was cooked well, presented and taste amazing thanks to the chef and the kitchen team you cook very weĺl thank you from me and my family!

My old pal and I were impressed with the service,atmosphere and portion sizesOur sides of mash and toast were great.But I agree with an earlier review as my ribs were undercooked on the insideThey should be done at a lower temperature and for a longer time which would both make them more tender and be a lot safer

Place a bit too dark, food was ok. I personally prefer Covent Garden brunch.

Usually when I ask for my steak well done, it always is served Medium.But not this time, today, was the steak-of-all-steaks 🤣pure meat, no fatty bits. Tender...perfect. It came with fried and sml salad. I took half home In a Doggy bag. Good service. Everyone at my table was very happy with the food. Lobster rolls, mussels, chicken burgers, were all to be had. Delicious.

Lovely food and great American Western atmosphere. I felt like I was eating at a Crab shack in the USA!Great Western country songs being played but you can still have a decent conversation.Our Filipino waiter was amazing and always tended to our every need. He even recommended some chips (friesto go well with the platter! Just scoop that juicy sauce into my mouth. Gotta save every drop! The greeter was tall and beautiful.Food was delicious and worth it!Picture is of my Lobster Combo with a girly cocktail to down it all!Yes, I used my hands but plenty of napkins/serviettes to use.10/10 will come back again.

Extremley disappointed :( this was our favourite place to eat pre covid, first visit in ages, it was my birthday so I chose here to eatOn arrival female with long hair, no smile no nice greeting no introduction to our waiter, she showed us the table then turned to leave, I asked for a cocktail menu she literally picked it up I went to take it off her she laid it on the table !!Ordered our food, was excited for the food, starters arrived, we had the fishermans basket to share, it was literally full of prawn crackers, lots of fried shrimp, 2 pieces of tiny cod 2 pieces of tiny lobster, and about 5 rings of calamari, overcooked and tastless.Mains arrived hubster had barbecue blow out, meat was overcooked and extremley dry, chips and coleslaw was good, I had jumbo prawns, again overcooked and rubbery, I also ordered a side of garlic bread, it was tastless sourdough that had been flashed on the grill, again tastless and dry ;(Cocktails were good service not great especially as I was handed a boiling hot metal tray, I was offered ice for my hand after though !!BIG EASY WHATS HAPPENED :o (The pic on the left is what my husband left

An excellent American style BBQ style restaurant situated on the Kings Road in Chelsea. Food is very good and the portions are very large. They serve cocktails too. We didnt get round to deserts!We have been before and will go again.

Love the Big Easy in Kings Road, without question the best ribs around. We live in Suffolk and whenever in London, the Big Easy is a must. Great service spot on food drinks, welcoming staff at the front doorThanks guys see you soon

They only have 2 vegan options, both made with Beyond meat burger. Today they didn’t have the patties, so I basically didn’t have an option. It was a work lunch, so I couldn’t go somewhere else. They gave me the only option they had: put the three “vegan” sides together in a plate. Basically consisted of mushrooms, tender streams broccoli and spinach. I also asked for bread on the side and they gave it to me. At least I ate something, but I wish a place like this could have more vegan options, more vegetables and a salad with protein option. I would never go there on my own or with friends/my partner, as I understand it’s a meat place. But sometimes vegan people can find themselves in a place like this, such as birthday parties, company meetings, work celebrations… and it’s good to give them more than an option.

Love the place the waters are superb very nice ambiance. The food was too good, I cant stop recommending the place. The prices are for any pocket and the quality of food and service made me repeat experience. It has been the first time in many many years I could say the seafood was fresh. And the presentation of the fish was ok too, you eat what you see.

The place had a nice feel to it with all those hanging lights off the ceiling, the food was savoury with big portions and the service was quick. Our server Ryan was friendly, efficient and ensured we had an amazing experience. He is definitely an asset to the company! We will definitely be back!

Great seafood and was fresh…jumbo shrimp and mussels were great starters, the lobster bake was also good although didn’t like spicy sauce - it was too thick. Deserts were good - cookie dough was highlight.

We havent been here for years.. And it hasnt changed, which is a great thing.. My 20 something body could definitely eat more than now, but I have it a good go.. Menu is vast, lots to pick from.. Great drinks, good service, great atmosphere.. Definitely will not leave it so long before we come back again..

Small place so it is a bit cramped but was still decently cozy. The lobster was top notch and worth every penny. Ribs were good but felt overpriced for the smallish plate. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and on top of everything. Cocktails were perfect.

It was Big Easy in Chelsea.We were worried when we entered the restaurant as it was buzzing and really packed, but we had booked and went downstairs for a much quieter experience! The food was tasty and appetising. The staff were helpful and service was quite quick considering how busy they were.

Came here before a performance at the Royal Albert Hall, a little early before our booking, but this wasnt a problem and we were seated straightaway.Service was a little slow to order, but the food was great! Starters were chicken tenders and the popcorn shrimp which was DELICIOUS.Then we both got the Bacon Cheese Smokehouse burger, which was also delicious. Not too big where you cant even hold it, great chips and nice slaw. The BBQ sauce on the table was yummy too.Tables quite close together and busy atmosphere and they added a 12.5% service charge, which was a bit annoying, but overall, a great experience, would return again.

Big Easy is definitely a treat! The food portions were huge, the food was well seasoned and the ambience is great. We went for lunch and the staff were amazing and attentive. Food came quickly and the drinks were good too!We had a the voodoo shrimps, 1lb lobster, macaroni cheese, baby back ribs, 250lb surf and turf with lobster, plain chips and truffle chips all on our table! (Group of 4). We were full, delighted and had food to take home! Definitely one to visit again!

Disappointing experience. While the food was really good, the whole rest of the experience was really a let down. The service was terrible, we had to ask for everything (such as cutlery and certain dishes we’d orderedabout 2 or 3 times. There was a live band, which theoretically was a nice idea but in reality the space was too small and it was impossible to have a conversation over the music. We felt we could have got more value for money somewhere else.

Visited for dinner to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We had a rather large group and were seated downstairs by the band. This made it a little loud but they were kind enough to sing happy birthday at the end. The food and drinks were top notch. We had a nice variety, but the grilled shrimp and ribs stole the show. Generous portions and full of flavour. Compliments to the chef. Regarding the service, we were looked after by Mo who is exceptional at his job and really impressed us with his memory as he took our whole order without writing anything down. The order came 100% accurately, and on top of this he seemed to be working the whole section by himself (very busy night). Not a single dent in the quality of the service, so well done to this young man. Will definitely be returning.

First time visit to the Big Easy and I have to say that I really enjoyed the vibe, service, food and drink! I visited for a work dinner and we had a lovely table for seven of us. The seating was great, comfy and cosy with a lovely evening ambience. We all had a mixture of food, which was like a surf and turf mixture and it was superb and great value for the quality and amount! We all had cocktails which were perfect! A thoroughly enjoyable evening backed by good music, a lovely mix of clients made up of coulpes, families and mixed groups like mine. Overall 10 out of 10.

Our party of 6 came here and honestly couldn’t fault it. Our server Mo was fantastic and made us feel very looked after. So friendly and professional. The food was a bit slow to arrive, but other than that everything was spot on.

I took my friend out for lunch for her birthday and we both had lobster tail with chips, salad and Prosecco it was amazing and the service was great. It was my friends first time having lobster and she enjoyed it we both wore our bibs with pride and I will definitely be back. My server was Philipino I forgot her name but she was very attentive.

Really Enjoyed this meal! Food came quickly, was delicious & aesthetically pleasing!Positive stand outs were the smokey ribs & chicken strips part of the starter platter.Lost a star for the calamari not being fresh, quite rubbery. And the Mac & cheese could definitely do with more cheese incorporated into the sauce which was quite thin/creamy but the pulled pork and service was great. You really got the sense that the staff like working with each other.Smiles & good vibes all round! 👌🏼

This place is outstanding! The calamari i definitely would recommend its delicious,clean, tempura batter and served beautifully. The atmosphere is so on point staff lovely and it’s the happening place of Chelsea.

Avoid this restaurant! They undercooked their ribs, causing several of us to become ill. The ribs were baked, but nearly bloody when you bit into them. The manager here walked around looking at the customers in a creepy way. The atmosphere is okay and the prices are in line with London. Service was spotty, with forgotten and mixed up orders. None of us will ever return here, as it’s too dangerous. They cover up undercooked food with sauces.

Great tasty lobster. Very nice staff too. It was my birthday and they sang to me & gave me a free ice cream dessert, so heart warming. Thank you so much x

not a great exp as waiter gotnbasic order wrong which ment I had tonwait for a new one to be made. lobster was tiny and tad over cooked. ( which came quite fast but was still cold). food was bland. even the garlic butter didnt taste very much of garlic.

Best American-style restaurant in Chelsea.The vibe is that of an old USA shack where bbq ribs and steak are served on trays and paper sheets.They offer combos of surf and turf, mixed bbq meats (pork, beef and chicken), lobsters and shrimps, prawns and fried calamari.Lot of starters, including fried chicken tenders, extra ribs, corn bread.Same goes to sides and fries. Lot of options.Desserts are mainly American style: apple crumble with icecream, s’mores with Oreo cookies, waffles, cakes and a variety of icecreams.If you manage to seat in the basement, they generally play live music at around 7:30-8pm.Lovely and friendly staff.

Great bottomless brunch deal, beer kept coming and the food was great! We had a mixture of the BBQ platers and a steak dish. Highly recommend the brunch if you like pitchers of beer and American style bbq food 👌

Great night out! We had a barbecue mix and a lobster. I am giving 4 only because the restaurante became a bit more pricey than before. Staff was great and there was Also some live music! Cool of you want to pass an American vive night out

The staff could be a bit friendlier at this branch considering lobster is not something one eats on a regular basis.Messed up the order to begin with and took away my chips even though I hadn’t finished.I would still return, perhaps not on a Friday evening as this is probably why they were overworked and inattentive.

Worst ever food in my life. Serving food In disgusting dishes which hasn’t been washed for a while or never.bathroom is in really bad condition, all foods were frozen they were just putting in oven.

Craving for lobster, and steak? Visit this place. They do a different meal offer daily, so better check it first. Staff are nice, and attentive. Definitely will recommend for an occasional splurge.

Food was fine but service is awful. Is it a lack of training attention or care not sure.Went for Bottomless Brunch. I had to ask for another drink... Food came and was fine. At the end was presented a bill for 2 for £150. An extra £58 was added for a jug of mojito that we clearly did not have as it was BOTTOMLESS. They removed the item from the bill but did NOT remove the service charge for the incorrect amount.I will not be going back to this branch again which is a shame as I live 5 mins from it.All 3 stars for the food.

We went for my cousins 30th birthday, and I was not disappointed. I still cant get the voodoo shrimp off my minds. The food was amazing. It was fresh and hot. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Lovely atmosphere, live music and sweet staff.

They have different offers during the week and they are definetely worth it! We had the wings and hog roast with unlimited refills, so you can have loads of food! Everything tasted good, roast was tender and wings crispy. Also loved the fries, the bread and the beans! Service was fast, and staff was super lovely!

Great place for a family lunch this Sunday- with the kids eat free option on the weekends (11-4pmit was great to eat out as haven’t had lobster in a while. Went for the 1/2 lobster option and followed the instruction on how to get the fleshy bits out and I really enjoyed it. Others had the ribs and steak and the side chips were massive we even shared it. Sometimes slow service but other times you have people asking if everything’s ok.

Great staff social atmosphere. When we got there is was really loud on the lower ground floor so we were opted to be moved up the ground floor where was more social.Loved the presentation of the food. I was so ready to give a 5* review but regrettably the chef gave us rubbery lobster. Not cool man! 😨😰We were served by a lovely young lady called Aniise ( I really🤞 hope I spelt that correctlyShe was really professional. I especially appreciated that she didnt hover asking how the meal was every 2seconds. She was attentive and made everyone at the table feel good. Aniises service pushed the score to 4*.

We made a booking and unfortunately they sold out of lobster, however this happens and is out of their control. The staff and particularly the general manager went out of his way to accommodated for us. He directed us to another branch. Was extremely kind while serving us. Excellent customer service, once we have tried the lobster we will certainly be back.Try the slushy:)Thank you

The worse service I have ever experienced, rude waiting bar staff deputy manager useless, had to ask for cutlery gave one diner then had to ask for myself, no napkins given with food again had to ask twice?Check your bill as they added a wine that we hadnt requested and was not confirmed by waitress when taking our order. Deputy manager arguing with the kitchen staff ? I will add the food was great, the photo is of two sharp knifes left on a table bye the front door for quite a long time 😡 Having always enjoyed Big easy at Canary wharf and Covent gardens I wouldnt recommend Big easy Kings road! To anyone, really let the side down. Nisha the receptionist was very helpful and apologetic poor girl not her fault. Just bad Management.

Terrible service. Waitress couldn’t care less. Had to call her over to order after waiting 15mins. Only 1 drink arrived, after 15mins then the food. Had to ask for other drink to three people before it appeared. Sweaty waiter dripped sweat on us. Nobody came to ask if food was ok, nobody came to take further drink order or offer desert. Felt like it was an inconvenience we were there spending out money. Big disappointment.

Brought my bf here for his birthday, he absolutely love it to core. The freshest lobster you can get at amazing price. Other dishes on the menu are pretty amazing too. Not to forget the live band there is 👍🏻

Amazing place! Me and my partner stumbled upon it after our long day walking around and we are glad that weve stopped at Big Easy! Really cool vibes inside with good food and some live country music to give that proper American diner feel!Weve both ordered the sharing platter each (by mistakeand safe to say that if the picture doesnt look like much you can always have the rest of the food from your girls plate like myself 😂Well be 100% back to try out different dishes.

Bit of an impromptu visit to Big Easy on Kings Road last night, wandering along the Kings Road towards our apartment near Chelsea Harbour, and with a move to the US on the cards we decided to see what a small slice of BBQ US style might be like London.All tables were booked and we were the last walk-ins, arriving at 7.15. Over 3 hours later having been seated downstairs by the band we left for the 15 minute walk home.We took a visit in the bar whilst we waited for a table to become free. A strawberry daiquiri slush and a pint of the house beer on tap. Not too bad before 7.30pm at just over £12 with a service charge. The same drinks after 7.30 increased to just over £23, so not so good.After about an hour we were offered a table downstairs by the band.I had the BBQ ribs and shrimp accompanied by BBQ beans and slaw whilst my wife had BBQ ribs, pulled pork and chicken, again with beans and slaw. Accompanied by sweet potato fries. That was plenty, and like so many others with food left, we were offered a container to take away what we hadnt been able to finish. Some taking containers the size of dinner plates 🍽. Portions were great, apparently similar to those that can be expected in the US 🇺🇸.The band were great, playing & singing a range of rhythm and blues music which made for a great atmosphere 🎶.The service was great, attentive and helpful staff, an apology or two if anything was delayed...overall a good dining experience. We had a relaxing 3 hours at Big Easy on Kings Road. Would happily recommend it for an evening, but make sure that you book, its busy, its popular and its justified; you wont be disappointed.
