We’ve tried about 15 brunch places in Barcelona and this one is definitely in our top three places to visit. The food was spectacular and the presentation and service is phenomenal. It’s a small place but with big flavors. If you’re in the Sagrada Familia area you have to go here!

This place was surprising. When we arrived there was no one else there and the place looked very basic so we feared its not a good sign. Boy were we wrong. The food is top notch in taste and presentation. Goat cheese pancakes were delicious as were the bagels. Perfect breakfast around Sagrada Familia.

Me and my friend were in Barcelona a few days and were looking for a spot to eat breakfast and this was the perfect spot! Food was so healthy and tasty I would rate it a 9,4/10 and the woman was very nice as well. Super good experience would do it anytime again!

Coffee, great.Iced latte, great.Hospitality, great.Pancakes, delicious.Speed, fast.Would come everyday if I could. Use google maps to find it, it’s a small hole in the wall of a place. The food and service do not disappoint.

I have been in Spain for about 10 days and this is the first breakfast I actually enjoyed. It was delicious. Bacon was meaty and well cooked. Eggs were done well. The pancakes were delicious as well. - an american

Great coffee, great food. Staff are helpful and while I was there I heard multiple changes made to dishes without any problem or complaints.The only thing I would watch out for is the fact that usually the items are more than described! E.g. I ordered the vegetarian country bread, which was great! You can see on the menu it only comes with avocado, mushrooms, eggs and guacamole. However, as pictured, itl comes with a whole host of other stuff! Thats usually great, but just something to keep in mind if you have allergies!Overall would recommend, as a neat little brunch place around the corner from Sagrada Familia.

The food is just MAGICAL. Its The best breakfast/lunch restaurant Ive ever been to. Bowl was amazing, you can see that in the pictures. The drinks were great too, the bagel was great too. Come and visit this place when you come to Barcelona. You will love it!

Food was really poor. Ordered Turkish breakfast but the dish was so different in reality than the one in the menu, avocado and feta cheese were missing altogether...

Very good food with very good service for a good price. I had the sweet and sour pancakes which were amazing. The wife had an avocado egg toast,, which was also very good. Definitely a good place for a solid breakfast.

if you want to eat good quality food, that’s not the place. The food only looks good, but reality - guacamole from supermarket, pancakes are reheated. It’s better to walk a bit father from Sagrada and eat a freshly baked croissant, really! People it’s a trap! :(( we understood that after we already ordered

Very good location, near the Sagrada. Amazing food and friendly staff. We showed them a photo of what we wanted and even though it wasn’t in the menu anymore they did made it for us.

Very cute and modern. The owner is super friendly. Lovely place for an English Breakfast. No sausage, they use hotdog. But its still good. I got that and the coldpressed drink of the day, today it was watermelon. Very refreshing. They have their full menu on their website.

A cosy little place with sweet decors. Food was lovely- it was worth the wait! Make sure to be there early if you want to eat breakfast/brunch if you want a seat without having to wait. Pictures is of the vegan sub + Bagel with salmon.

We found the place randomly. The vegan English breakfast was very good and pretty large for only 8.50 euros. The nachos were excellent (very good hummus by the way). The jungle juice was a nice surprise, not to sweet with a bit of sourness. On top of that the service was good and quick.Cons: theres only small bottles of water (they are good but its 25cl for 2.10 euros)

Really delicious food and great service here. The cafe itself is tiny but they accommodated for us (we were a group of 5). There is a separate vegan menu and I had a vegan club Sandwich (pictured). It was so tasty! Actually, everyones meals looked and tasted really fresh. The sangria is also the best sangria I had while in Barcelona!

Lovely little brunch restaurant in Barcelona. The staff are super friendly and accommodating! Trying to squeeze a group of 10 wasnt easy but they helped us out.The food was amazing as was the coffee. Really enjoyed it here. Highly recommend! If you are in a smaller group 1-4 it would be better.

Had a great vegan club sandwich here... Totally crazy with 3 slices of bread, fruit, sweet potato chips, brokolie and all kinds of stuff. No vegan mayo luckily... I hate that stuff. My omnivore father said it was definitely the best vegan sandwich hes ever had.

I love this place and a very nice staff. When my fork fell down on the floor, the waiter gave me immediately a new one, without even asking :). Food - delicious. Everyone should try these original combinations of ingredients :)

Service and food were great. Business seems to be going well, people were waiting to eat there. One can pay cash or via card. There is also a restroom for men and women. Altogether, I recommend Cheese and Cake would revisit if I come back to Barcelona. I ate the Sunny Side Up Eggs - truly delicious!

My favourite place to eat in the Sagrada Familia district! Very healthy and tasty, only fresh cooked plates. I recommend to try the English breakfast and the cake Red Velvet - so delicious! I am coming to eat here every week as I live close. The owner speaks English, Russian, Spanish - and is very friendly and helpful to tourists with their questions.

I was on my last hour trip in Barcelona when I happened to came across this nice and unassuming restaurant in goggle map.Being vegan is tricky when you are in a new city, and I so happy to find this welcoming restaurant.I have their vegan club sandwhich for take away. Suprisingly, when I ate the sandwhich at the airport while waitong for my plane, the freshness and all the goodness of a great sandwhich is still there.The only regret I have is that I didnt get the chance to sit and enjoy their other vegan offerings as Im positive they are all amazing! My boyfriend and I stopped here before we went to Sagrada Familia. We ordered the cheese omelette, the full English breakfast, and a smoothie bowl. All were DELICIOUS. We really loved it here because of the good prices and the quality and quantity of the food. If in the neighborhood stop by!

Good place, well hidden from main tourist routes with good and cheap brunch options. We all had C Brunch option with coffee, OJ, fresh bagel and granola with yogurt for only 8.20 euros
