Ive been here many times and I really like the place but lately Ive noticed the standards drop a bit. Being tired because youre working two jobs while studying is not an excuse for getting drinks wrong and spilling half a measure across the bar. There now seems to be be inconsistencies in cocktail quality depending on who youre being served by. This is a real shame as I want to keep enjoying the places vibe. Hope things improve soon.

A funky inner city bar worth your time and hard-earned disposable cash! Great little venue with a significant presence and a broad range of excellent curated music pumped into every corner of the venue. Wide choice of drinks, snacks and finger food to suffice any palate or type of hunger. hidden Bar staff are engaged, without any hint of pretentiousness! A hidden gem.

Lovely place with great staff and a nice setting. The banh mi pizza was great and they have some very delicious cocktails that were half price while we were there.Not sure if the cocktails are simply a bit less alcoholic than expected or if the half price ones were different in that regard, but it was a bit strange to only be very mildly buzzed after having 4 of them within an hour.

They hosted my sons engagement party very well. Reasonably priced drinks & good selection. Nice that it is a separate area to the rest as well

Went here for some drinks after a gig next door, had the most impeccable customer service from a bartender called chelsea. She was extremely lovely and polite and very helpful in what we were after to drink. Thank you Chelsea we appreciate your respectful and friendly service, if only everyone was like you!!

I had my birthday celebrations over the weekend at Cheeky Sparrow. The staff and especially Michelle were very helpful and made sure everything was going well for me and my guests. The food was great, very plentiful. I definitely recommend having a function there.

Great atmosphere and lovely vibe to this bar. Quick professional bar service, good music and plenty of seating. Myself and my partner had a great evening here.

This is such a fantastic little hidden gem. Its so quirky and fun, and the staff are very friendly. Great selection of cocktails and the pizzas are amazing to! Its worth a trip to wolf lane to visit this place!!!

Just dropped in to my regular lunch stop from 10 years ago. Nice to know that even though it is now a bar it still has good coffee and a very relaxed vibe.

The food was very unsatisfying. It looked ok, but the portion sizes for what you pay are pretty bad. Tacos has hardly any chicken and the pizza had limited pieces of pepperoni and was under-cooked / oily / lacking flavour. Staff were not pleasant to deal with.

This bar had a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. There are different rooms and storeys, with different crowd in each. The day I went, there was a very interesting show. Performance was very good and the setting was the most unusual. Lovely and absolutely recommended.

Beautiful ambience and atmosphere. A great place to hang out. I was a little disappointed with the pizza I ordered though. It was very light on with toppings and for the high price paid I expected more. I did bowever enjoy it, it was very tasty.

The place is well decorated and tucked in into an alley. Firstly, on their tap beer, they only serve schooners (which are quite expensive). The same goes with the food, expensive, and not worth the price.

Deceiving looking, this three-storeys of dark and quaint drinking booths, and small coffee table gathering circles is true to the name cheeky. Hidden down the lane across from the Wolf and the Spaniard the sparrow is in the triangle of mystery. Boasting a different selection of drinks of every month, this place is never the same whether on a weeknight or weekend. Great for end of night or even start of night drinks, the sparrow is best for smaller, quiet groups looking to have a chat over drinks and enjoying the lowdown side of Perth.

Great ambiance and also has air-conditioning! Great for warm days to hide from the heat and bright sunlight outside!

A great relaxing place for drinks after work. It has a nice ambience to just sit, relax and talk. The bar staff are friendly and the prices are affordable.

I enjoyed an evening celebrating my sisters birthday. Service was great. It can get quite warm inside as its quite a small area but they were happy to put on the airconditioning which really helped

Quirky little bar in the heart of the city. Upstairs is generally quieter with some super comfy chairs and more cosy tables, and downstairs is nice and lively. Cocktails run a bit pricey, but are very nice. Some of the food/drink combinations are on the peculiar side, but if you like trendier places then this is a definite must-see.

Good atmosphere. The cocktails are different but surprisingly good, who knew that black pepper in a cocktail could taste so good.

Food basic and presented cold. Place has become run down over the years and has not kept up with surrounding bars that offer so much more in terms of quality. Female toilets had no toilet paper. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Chilled out cocktail bar in the heart of the citys Wolf lane.They offer some awesome cocktails especially the Just Gin Berlakes.Deifantely an awesome place to to spend a few ours with friends.

Good friendly service. Two levels with bars. Upper level more cozy. Good selection of beer and cocktails. Wheelchair lift and accessible toilets. Serving food at bar. Interesting pizzas. Happy hour on Thursdays between 5 and 6 (not sure if on other days as well).

Good little place, pizzas are the only thing on the menu worth buying though, at least they are excellent.Too bad they got rid of the Lick Pier... Damn I miss that drink.

This is a great have a few drinks and have a chat type of bar. Its also not to bad for a coffee meeting, with plenty of space up and downstairs. The bar staff are friendly and its easy enough to get a drink.

This small cafe/bar is hidden away in Wolf Lane, nestled among a lot of fantastic street art, its well worth checking out this hidden lane regardless.I had a $12 watermelon cocktail here, and half price pizzas because it was a Wednesday. The cocktail was delicious, a surprising combination of watermelon, vodka, lime, basil, and cracked pepper (Ill admit I had my doubts). The pizzas are very fancy, and delicious although very "rich" (loads of fancy cheese, big prosciutto strips that are crisp and dripping from their own fat), youd probably make yourself sick trying to eat too many slices of these.This visit was part of a food safari tour, so while I had a good experience, the staff were friendly, and I think it was a beautiful bar, its also important to take my experiences with a grain of salt.

No beer on tap and staff that looked unhappy to be there and barely said a word. The place is good for after work drinks with friends as long as you dont have to order the drinks.
