Great taste an good food menu

So I start over at Checker burgers and the young lady thats at the mic is very rude customer service here is horrible the attitudes that they have is unexplainable Im huge on customer service and the people that they have working here have bad attitudes the food is great just bad customer service skills all of them need a customer service class on how to treat people

I think these reviews are paid for because theyre nowhere near words like "best","great",or "good" I give every place three strikes and theyve struck out back to back. Food and service is terrible beyond thoughts. They throw the walk up closed sign anytime they feel like it, ignore you driving or walking up. They will look right at you and continue doing nothing. Looking busy for the cameras I guess. I work at the hospital across the street and I will never recommend them nor walk or drive to that weird place again. Id give it no stars if I could but this the only way to write a review. Pathetic horrible service all around. Waste of money like the Popeyes and Jack in the box. Churches the only place great around here. Youve been warned

The food is ok, greasy fast food. They tend to forget items, so double check before you leave.

The fish burgers 🍔 were terrible. Wasnt cooked good had no mayo on them the fries were dredged in grease and didnt give ketchup.

Food quality here has not been consistent lately. Received waffle fries that were extremely over cooked I could not even bite them.

My wife and I got to go for the second time ever! Both times at the 11th Street in Beaumont location! We got the Big Buford and fries each time!! Both times, the burgers and fries were awesome! Made with fresh stuff all the way!! We think that Big Buford burger is melt in your mouth yummy yummy goodness!!! Came from out of town looked good from the menu but it was the worst ever had nothing we wanted and was very over priced for what we did get

Close to St Elizabeth Hospital which makes it convenient when looking for a quick bite to eat.

Everytime I order thru grubhub or doordash they seem to mess up my order I specifically ordered a triple big buford no cheese no mustard and low and behold it says no cheese no mustard on the receipt but when I get my burger it has 3 slices of cheese on it and this happens every time do they not pay attention to peoples order I am a restaurant manager and this should never happen it is called order accuracy very disappointed because it happens every time I order from the 11th street store

My burger was cold, cheese was not melted, had so much ketchup, it should have been a ketchup burger. French fries were very salty & oily, & my drink was not the proper one.

Food is always hot and fresh, also if they get too crowded, they have two drive-thrus, great staff, always courteous and friendly!

The order was wrong and the food was disgusting! I use to love their food, but I will never eat there again.

Every time I go here the tea is either watered down, pours like molasses, or toast like warm piss..My orders never come out fully cooked.The fries are always mega greasy, and under cooked.Id give 0 stars if I could. Customer service isnt, "what you want." Or snappy answers.Fast food is fast food.. but this is no food, worth paying that price for. And no service worth coming back for.

One of the best burgers at an unbeatable price. My wife and i got 2 delicious Big Bufford Burgers, fries, and dinks for $11.00! That is awesome especially the way things are today with queen bidens all time high inflation and tax hikes its good to have a place like checkers who is obviously on the peoples side where you can get an all American meal without emptying your wallet!

Burgers are good but the employees seen like have an attitude when you ask for some more ketchup. I bought 2 big buford combos 2 for $11 and just only have 2 ketchup.

Dont go here if youre on a diet but if you can handle some fattening food they have the best french fries and their burgers are quite tasty too.

I love checkers I even worked at one in sulphur la, but this in Beaumont was not good the Food was not fresh spicy chicken sandwich was hard, order was wrong didnt get everything I ordered , one cashier was very nice and respectful, another one was scratching her stomach and then made food,dont think I will go back to that one.🤢

I gave a 3 star because my bread on my burger was wet! Like the burger had been sitting there for a while. I literally work 1 block from there. Shouldnt have got soggy that quick.

I couldn’t hear the person at the speaker and it was breaking up so pulled up to the window and the lady said she refuses to take my order at the window and I had to pull back around and give my order at the speaker. Very unprofessional, Brittany was working

Great fast food, food is delicious and customer service is on point. I go here almost regularly and never have issues, good made right, workers attitude is right. Got a fast pace when it comes to getting customers their order and on to the next.

Don’t see how this place has all these great reviews. Went today 12-23-21 around 8:30 and service and food was horrible. Horrible nasty excuse for a spicy chicken sandwich. Could’ve got better food at Mcdonald’s. After we got our food the lady closed the window. She had not given us our drink so we waited, after about 5 minutes she finally opened the window again and asked if we needed something. We told her we never received our drink. She then went got the drink and gave it to us without a straw. I had to ask for her for one and she seemed very irritated to grab a straw lol. DO NOT COME HERE

Im a big Whataburger fan but wanted something different and Checkers was pretty good! The food was warm and prepared quickly.

Best fast food in Beaumont. Hamburgers are good and their fries are great! Its a win/win!

Prices have gone up some and the value deals cut but the food is still good. Its nice and convenient when I haven t had the chance to plan a meal at time...but I try my best to stay in since im so fat now!

Fast service but absolutely the most disgusting burger and fries Ive ever eaten, they dont even have real Dr.pepper, they have Mr.pibb,but they dont tell you that when you order.

Food had the potential of being good had they carried out the order as I requested. I asked that both my Checker burger and Fish Sandwich be "all the way" and stated this twice only to get home and neither was. Fries were seasoned well and hot though. Prices are great though.

I asked for no bun and for my burger to be on lettuce in a container. I also asked for no picked and extra bacon. They hand me my burger wrapped in the package which looked like a burger. I open it and it’s just a the patty with lettuce on too loose in the package WITH PICKLES. I go back and ask if they could fix this to how I wanted. So they took it to the back and “fixed my order” when I opened it again there was NO BACON and it was still not on top of the lettuce. At this point I was late for work and had to get going.All I can say is order what is on the menu and that is it. If you make changes they will mess it up

They gave me part of my order and then closed the window. I waited because I had more to my order and my drinks. They opened the window to ask what I was waiting for. I stated I hadnt received my drinks or the rest of my order. They closed the window and returned shortly and gave me the drinks and part of the rest of the order. Same thing with waiting because there was more to the order. They came back a third time and asked why I was waiting again. I stated I still hadnt received the last part of my order. They didnt know what was missing and all in all it took 25 minutes at the drive thru just waiting to get my food with nobody nobody in front of me. Will not go back.

I do not get by the Beaumont Checkers Drive In very often because they are not real close to my house. When I do, which was last night, they never disappoint! It was around 8:30 PM, no line at the drive thru. I ordered a regular cheeseburger combo and it was ready quickly and was cooked just right! I love their fries! Ill be back guys! Keep up the good work!

Horrible! Omg it was horrible! I should have know not to go. Never ever again. They got all the order wrong on all items. French fries had so much salt on them we could not eat them. How can people accept this level of food. Things were different at this location 20 years ago. Chili dogs were good then. Nothing stays the same anymore. Just not my kind of food. Outside eating area was filthy. Sorry!

First Time visiting checkers last night. We were a little disappointed since we went through drive thru and they made us go park (it was only a spicy chicken and a regularI wanted cone but the machine was not on. So instead I got the funnel cake fries, they were disappointing. Felt we waited long enough and I got out the car to check on my food. I had noticed a young lady standing trying to place an order but no one would answer her. When my food came out I asked if my receipt was in the bag since we didnt recieve it when they gave us our card back. The gentleman said yes and I believed him, but in reality it was no where in the bag and we had already driven home.

This is the best kept secret on 11th Street. When I first saw the sign I thought it was Checkers Auto Parts. To my surprise it was a restaurant. The locals seem to know about this classic and what a jewel they have. It was so good we had it two days in a row. The Mother Cruncher is a winner in my book!!!! Must try if you havent!!! I highly recommend!

I havent lived in Beaumont for a few years and honestly I dont miss it at all but one thing I sure miss is this Checkers!! I always had great service and the food was always tasty and the price was right. Sadly theres no Checkers where I live now:( I really hope you guys are doing well and keeping everyone happy with your great customer service.

I used to get loaded fries multiple times a week from this place, years ago. I just ordered some for the first time since, and they taste like soap. I dont know how that happens unless it was in something they cooked in, or stored condiments in.2 stars instead of 1 because the loaded fries used to be great

Yummy, juicy, seasoned, cheesy Big Bufords, hate the pickles, always have but thats not why I spend my money there. MMMM seasoned Cajun fries and enormous drinks, its all Ive ever ordered from there for probably a decade. Was highly impressed by the managerial and customer service plan that was in action. I pulled in to see 2 employees outside at the order board with tablets in their hand, taking orders and sending us right on along. . Kudos on that practical problem solving. They never missed a beat and the lines flowed as they normally do.

Being refused a cup of water and said that I could buy either a bottled water or be charged the soft-drink price for a cup in the middle of the day after placing a $30 order? Not cool. Id understand a small charge but not the soft-drink price. I wasnt trying to get a freebie.Besides the water, the chicken tasted like the oil was being reused way longer than it shouldve been.Giving at least a 2nd star because they didnt screw up the fries.Ive never had any other Checkers location be as horrible as this one, both in rudeness of staff and quality.

Ive never eaten at this fast-food restaurant before and itll be my last time. They over charged me for my food. My food was cold and nasty. They have a two lane drive thru and they only took certain customers in the first lane. They made several cars get in one line and only certain cars orders were taken. Ill give a two star rating, only because the cashier was polite but shes definitely stealing money from people that order a lot of food! NEVER AGAIN!

The food is nicely priced with a lot of good options to get a lot of bang for your buck. The only downside, at times, is the wait in line and that the second line isnt open often times which makes the process a little longer. There are times when a lady is standing at the drive through and she places your order with enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism! Really makes you feel appreciated as a customer and want to come back! Shes the reason I continue as a customer honestly and I hope you get to experience her!

If you are looking for the least expensive way to feel an appetite, this is your place. Now let me warn you, you get what you pay for in terms of service. Customer service is not their specialty. As long as you can deal with long waits and not so professional greetings, you can get a very inexpensive meal here. One of their more popular offerings is 4 for $3.50. this consists of two burgers, fries and a drink.

Checkers has really great food if you are in to eating burgers, seasoned fries, and chicken wings. I believe checkers should improve their customer service especially during rush hour. I felt as if they just took my money, rush me food, and dismissed me a real customer who deserved great service. In general, their service staff needs to be trained more in the categories of friendliness and patience. I have never gotten bad food from checkers, because the food is always fresh. But I have gotten a combination bad customer service and okay customer service.

All right everybody this checkers is located in one of the busier parts of Beaumont at the intersection of Calder and 11th Street. I arrived mid-afternoon and waited upwards of 12 minutes for someone to come to the window and take my order for a fully loaded checker fries. as I sat at one of the tables that I dont think has ever been cleaned by anything other than rainwater, it was a nice atmosphere, of course there was nobody else there. So overall I give this Checkers a 3 out of 5 just because the food was good and it was nice to eat outside, on dirty tables what else could you want? Right?

So, 5 stars based on other Checkers Ive been. Got into the drive thru, with 4 cars in front of me. I expected a long wait, and it wasnt bad at all. Say 4 minutes tops. So the crew was on top of things. My fries were hot, and my sandwich was nicely put together. Nice job to that store.
