My favourite bubble tea spot in Liverpool. Really good tea, options for plant based milk. Only had one drink which didn’t impressed me at very over one has been very good. Nicely decorated just a shame there isn’t the option for customising/creating unique drinks further

A bit pricey but the girl there makes them really well and puts a lot of black pearls so it’s worth it!

We both had the original chattime milk tea with pearls which was good. The price is reasonable, large was £4.80 and regular was £.4.30 and the staff were nice and welcoming. The shop isnt too crowded so nice to have a nice and relaxing day with bubble tea.

Will definitely be visiting again next time Im in Liverpool. One of the best bubble teas I have had - and I love how customisable they are compared to other places I have visited. They also have some more varied and unique flavours - such as taro which someone else got who I went with. We all very much enjoyed our drinks. The staff member who was on duty was also very accomodating and friendly.

Lovely bubble tea. Many options, lots of customization if wanted, all for a fair price. Nice vegan options available as well. Quick service, and a very nice inside seating area too

There was a period of time I used to get chatime drinks daily!! Only bad thing is that sometimes they are out of my favourite milk tea or chewy bubbles but this is not a problem because they have so many other excellent flavours to choose from, both in teas and bubbles.

The peach black tea with mango popping pearls is my all time favourite in summer. 🍑🥤

Ordered a ‘Too Good to Go’ parcel, exactly as described. Wasn’t a fan of the combinations preselected but oh well. Definitely still high quality ingredients.

I love the one in Liverpool one, but its very popular so expected to wait a while.And they usually run out of what I like, but the taste is fabulous 😋

Amazing bubble tea shop. Never got bored of it. Defo try their milk tea series. One of the best in town! Chatime milk tea is always my favourite.

Sunday night the girl is rude and stupid. She didnt understand any customers words at all, so she gave me the wrong order and justified it.

Was planning to order an Brown Sugar with roasted tea and Honeydew Tea on the app but had some technical issues and ask the barista if it would be the same price ordering over the counter directly, she said yes but when I swiped my card, I was charged 10p extra (£9.20), also not alot of choices of toppings near closing time. The Brown Sugar Roasted tea didnt taste the same either.

Super clean, super friendly staff, good prices for size and the superb quality teas.

Lovely bubble tea and fruit teas! Ok prices and fast service. The staff are careful & adhere to instructions. Drinks do get more pricey as you add toppings. I removed one star however as my last two Oolong tea mousse drinks on separate visits have some reason tasted or been made differently (the mousse used to be on the top of the drink, but now it’s mixed/stirred together?). Maybe the recipe changed (?).Still overall a lovely bubble tea place in Liverpool.

Every time I go there my bubble tea is always delicious and the staff very friendly, but the lack of communication regarding your opening times is very annoying. Opening times on the door say the shop opens at 11, but it does at 12. The shop was also closed for some maintenance and there was no information about it before. I dont live next door and it takes time to get there :-(.

Ordered the Peach Milk Tea, less ice and less sugar but but unfortunately did not taste the Peach flavour at all, felt like they had just made a regular roasted milk tea with zero sugar. Service was quick though.

It was so lovely, very quiet when I went (around 2/3pm on a Saturday). The service was amazing and very quick! Amazing atmosphere! I have autism and anxiety so I struggle ordering normally but the person serving me (I believe his name is Kurtwas extremely understanding with me even though I took a long time deciding. The tea was so delicious and refreshing so was perfect for the hot summer weather - I will 100% be coming back, even though its far from where I live, it is totally worth it.

staff are really friendly but the drinks always taste watered down. im assuming cause they add water to fill up the cup at the end.

I have ordered Chatime milk tea sugar brawn with pearls and Roasted milk tea. Since I get used to with this kind of tea in Thailand, the taste of tea at Chatime is just okay for me. I dont like pearls because they are not soft enough and the tea with brown sugar is too sweet.

Overall, its a good milk tea outlet.The large Chatime milk tea with pearl costs 4.2 pounds. Yes, its a bit pricey.Unfortunately, you don’t have too many choices if you want to have bubble tea in Liverpool. Cha time is like a monopoly here.

Always has the best bubbletea, LOTS of variety I get something different every time. Workers are friendly and welcoming, and sitting area is comfy with a nice atmosphere. Id say the only problem is that theres no toilet.

had mango green tea with green apple poppers+ coconut jellies. Poppers were bursting with flavors! So good!

I like bubble tea and this place provides decent one. Problem is irregular time. I took a walk to have milk tea here before 3pm last friday and the staff told me that the bubble tea is ready by 3pm so i should wait for 10-15 mins. Today i deliverately come here at 3pm because i know it wouldnt be ready before 3pm. But the staff told me to wait for 20 mins because it would be ready by 3:30... So Im waiting, writing this review in the meanwhile. Not sure when exactly this shop starts bubble tea as the staff said its flexible. FYI the opening hours from 11am.

Have been here several times now. Favourite drink is the Durian milk tea with mango jelly, no sugar & no ice. Lovely.

Hot roasted milk tea is my go to drink from Chatime (yes, even in the summer!)The Liverpool branch is one of the better ones in terms of space and seating (compared to Manchester and London branches.)

You can have these types of bubble teas if you like them. For me a bit pricy and they have no toilet. The personnel was very friendly explaining all the options

A nice Taiwan bubble tea in Liverpool. Roast milk tea with pearl is my favourite. It is another good place to leisure if you miss Asian sweets/drink. English ppl may wonder why Asian couldnt make our own cup of tea, so please try, it is more like a dessert.

My daughter and I were going to see a show at The Unity Theatre and came upon the place by accident, and were both very happy that we did. I had a lemon tea with pearls and my daughter had a passion fruit ice with strawberry pearls.We would both recommend people try the place as the prices are reasonable and the service both helpful and speedy.

Bobo tea😍 nice clean environment. A bit on the expensive side compared to others with more flavours to choose from but atill worth the money.

Good interior design and good bubble tea. Prices are a bit high though, and for a place that mostly sells drinks, theres no toilet, which is unfortunate.

Nice place. Theyre open until late too so its perfect for people to hang out in if youre not a bar hopper. They offer frozen yoghurt too. My favourite flavour is the pistachio flavour. You can custom make them. One star loss because they can tend to sell out of certain ingredients or flavours. But thats because theyre very popular. The staff will suggest great alternatives for you to try instead. Also wish theyd have more comfortable seats. Super friendly service and staff. Totally recommended!!

It’s expensive compared to the price in China, milk tea tastes not bad, though. But maybe it’s because I have long time no drinking bubble tea. After all, there are only two shops in Liverpool. But THE POINT IS, I FAILED TO GET ASLEEP that night after I drank it! Even though I drinks coffee I guess it never happens before! Two stars for the milk tea.

I used to love this place a lot due to good and fast service as well as the quality of drinks which I would give at least 4☆ for. But last week was the second time they made a mistake with my order. Tea turned into milk tea. I would advise others to check the price first and then order, so you will be more likely to know if they place your order wrongly at the first place.Overall, tasty and freshly made bubble teas.

The drinks and staff used to be very nice. But the new staff made the drinks awful and made mistakes for our drinks. We pointed menu and the staff knew. But she still charged more money and gave us wrong size of drinks.

Real authentic Taiwanese bubble tea, great atmosphere, chilled out vibe, great service, need to wait occassionally but when is this good you expect lots of customers.
