Chateau Moncton Hotel & Suites in Moncton

So nice and so clean.Room was perfect.Breakfast was perfect. Definitely will be going back.

We stayed overnight during our east coast trip from the GTA. This hotel was an upgrade from Chateu Fredericton. Love the location and interior /decor was nicer. Fast and easy check in / out and great staff. Definitely would stay here again and we recommend to weary road trip travellers.

The location is great if you like close access to great shopping. The breakfast area was way too small for such a large hotel making it hard to find any seats for our family of 5. The hotel is extremely clean with modern amenities and easy parking. The breakfast experience was just so-so and they do not have a pool so I have to deduct 1 star there.

Staff were friendly and helpful.Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. Great location with lots of parking. Lovely patio on the river.Better than average breakfast. Our favorite spot to stay in Moncton.

Wow wow wow! After staying at the Crown Plaza in Fredericton, this place was a welcome change! I absolutely loved it here at Chateau Moncton hotel!!! I stayed in the royal suite and I felt like royalty 👑. It exceeded my expectations. The shower panel with the different sprayers was so cool that Im buying one for my house! The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Extremely spacious too! Next morning we were given complementary breakfast. Staff was great too. It was delicious! The 2 young ladies at the front desk were very sweet and professional. I will be back! This hotel is now my first choice!!!

We had a good experience at château Bedford so we decided to see how chateau Moncton compared.We were blown away how nice this hotel is in comparison to its sister hotel in Bedford.Château Moncton is a five star stay. From checkin to checkout. Everything was perfect.Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Dining area with outdoor patio was perfect.Our room was clean and inviting. Maids always working. Staff very friendly and accommodating.The only issue I had was when I requested late check out as I had a call at 12:30 pm. They said the latest they could offer would be until noon. The Rod hotel accommodated my request when I stayed with them …just saying.We stayed only for two nights. If I had more time I would have extended my stay.We would come stay here again. Highly recommend!

Really really nice hotel it’s first hotel I went for my vacation. Really big free breakfast and wifi.

This is the worst place to stay at! If I could I would give a -5 rating! There is no water at the front desk! The staff is extremely RUDE! The breakfast is extremely inefficient! You have to wait in line for over an hour to get a plate of old and cold potatoes and tasteless eggs. If you get a sandwich you are not allowed to get eggs etc. it’s soooo poorly managed. Not to mention the serving ladies at the breakfast table are so rude they have no customer service values, they were talking poorly about my family in French, little did they know I understand French! Will Not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Best hotel Ive stayed in! Although I had asked twice for towels to be brought and they didnt seem to understand. Other than that front desk was friendly the halls are quiet, rooms are spectacularly clean. Will stya again if we can work with Atlantic nationals next year!! Hopefully!!! 🤞

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing. We had the king suite. Wanted to stay there longer. Thank you for the memories.

Very clean, quiet and the staff are really nice as well. The breakfast is mediocre like any hotel buffet. But there is an IHOP & Coras down the road a bit. Location was good for me bec it was right off the TransCanada & it was easy to get around wherever we needed to go. 10/10 just wish they had a pool.

They only serve very little amount for the kids for breakfast. And I am shocked that they refuse to give a little more after my daughter finished her first serve. They told me “no second round”. What is that? So we have to ask more than enough at the first time since there will be no second round? And they think it is ok to have a kid with not enough breakfast? Really disappointed.

Everything about the hotel is great BUT it kept the $50 security deposit for almost a week now even after it confirmed the room condition was fine. Matter of fact we left it spic and span. I called twice now and still waiting...
