Charleys Philly Steaks in Clarksburg

I was shocked to learn that the food was delicious and local. Ill come back the next time Im in the neighborhood.

Got my order wrong!

Clean, friendly, fast & the fries were good!

Courteous and prompt service....fresh food and completed our order fast!

Original Philly sandwich was great. To bad the sautéed onions werent completely sautéed and had huge pieces on my sandwich. Ordered gourmet fries and eventually had to ask for more cheese sauce. Service, Lemonade and wait time for my food was on point!

Chicken Teriyaki was delicious 😋 here. They also have the best fries, hot crunchy outside and soft inside.Will continue visiting this place.

Didnt like it. Had a chicken sub. Had very little taste.

The food was good. I went with my mom and dad when we were buying shoes for me and my dad and new jean shorts for my dad. This place is located in the center of the Clarksburg outlet mall. That place is awesome. It has clothing stores based on the brands you heard about like Puma and Nike and stores that you dont see everyday. The restaurant was located on the left side and is inside with a bunch of other eaterys. Visit this place when you get a chance. I think youll like it.

The cashier was taking 4 dollars of our change. The lady infront of us had just gone in to complain about missing fries and she ordered lg lemonade and got small. I ordered large steak cheese and received small fries and small drink and the fries were not measures as they usually measure with a cup.

Ordering was difficult with the language barrier and with several people helping him made it a bit confusing but we got through it. They were all very nice and great teamwork. We got to the end of the counter and our food was already almost done. Overall great experience and food.

Best chees es esteaks in the area and by far. They also have great prices combo deals and customer service and customer service you have to try to eliminate the strawberry lemonade is really good Auburn eliminate is really good sometimes they have frozen lemonade

First time here so first impressions count! Kinda like Subway in the way that they take your order but, WAY better. Any add ons come after ordering and paying. They are NO slouches when it comes to serving you hot food! When I sat down to eat. I had to get comfortable. The sub was in this wide box. I bit into my sub and it was still hot from the grill. I almost burned myself. Those boxes hold their heat! The sub was tasty and gone in mere minutes. Hope to eat there again. Just closer to home. Great 👍first impression!

I didnt expect this food to be any good because most food court spots are trash. I was shocked to find that the food was fresh and delicious. I will be visiting again next time I am there.

It was a very tasty steak and cheese sub...long line but it moved quickly...the jalapeño loaded fries were delish

They lied about the mushrooms cream they charged but is not on the Philly and talks to quickly like almost saying get out here

One of the beat franchise cheesesteak spots. So fresh everytime and the bread is soft. Cheese fries are yummy.

Me personally I think they are overrated tried them on a few occasions different sites just nothing to rave about. This one i would have to say people have to try it out and form their own opinion. Alot of people seem to like their food. So this just my personal opinion and i had way better steak subs

This was a surprising find in a nondescript outlet mall. The chicken Philly steak was flavorful and the meal was very satisfying. Looking forward to visiting again!

I was there with my friends yesterday & the cooks service was awesome. cracked jokes with me. Angel? was the cashier and the attitude was horrible. I thought maybe i was overreacting i went back and told my friends. They liked what i had & decided to go get charley’s. they had the same experience. Rushed our order , literally looked like she was there against her will. it made me uncomfortable. She was a very beautiful girl but her service was awful

I really liked the cheesesteak and fries. It was one of the best cheesesteak I have ever eaten, good portion for the fries. It had me wanting to come back for more but I left Maryland the next day.

I have never been disappointed by Charleys. Even when there is a line, there is not a long wait. They customize your order however you want it. The space is clean and the staff are friendly!

Yum, yum, yum! All I can say is I am a long time customer of them and personally think their food is the best. Lines are sometimes long depending on the time of day but it is worth it!

This place is pretty good and fast at making food. It also allows you customize your sandwich a bit. Definitely a place to choose when your on the go.

Too expensive and not enough food and refill of drink shouldnt be $1.06 on any size cup thats ridiculous
