Charcoal Grill Restaurant in Manama

I ordered a spring roll. Service was sad on call. I wanted chicken but the agent on the opposite side didnt even ask if u needed veg or non veg.Packing: BadTaste : not good and not freshOverall bad delivery & food experience.

I ordered Mutton and chicken biryani but when the order came it wasnt biryani what they have put was over mutton curry and chicken curry they put vegetables Rice I was disappointed to see what it is, I dont like at all I Will never order anything from them.

It was very good service and the gentleman who served us was very polit n attentive. Food was tasty

Horrendous: An absolute shocker we have experienced earlier tonight, whilst the outlet was supposed to close at 11.30 PM, the Manager was so keen to kick us out as we tried to enter 11. I understand the staff needs to go home after a long day, but the manner in which the Restaurant Manager interacted with us makes him a deserving candidate for few tight taps on nuckles!! Would never visit this place ever again!!

The lamb chops were pathetic. There was hardly any meat. We have been eating from here for many years now and I was very disappointed this time, especially after giving feedback at the cash counter, the male waiter said pretty loudly behind our backs that "this has been going on since last 10 years". The lady waiter was nice and took our feedback positively.The chicken tandoori was nice. But I wouldnt go back to that restaurant again.

Pros:Nice friendly staff.Reasonably good taste.Cons:Served in cheap Styrofoam and plastic cutlery due to absence of dishwasher (Ministry rule for service in proper ceramic and steel cutlery)Prices slightly on higher side.

Ordered the 3 veggie combo today through Talabat. Very tasty, huge portions! I would definitely order again.

We ordered Chinese fried rice, cauliflower Manchurian and chicken chilli yesterday to celebrate my birthday. We were so disappointed ☹️. The fried rice was so dry and without any taste. Both the Manchurian and chilli chicken were flavourless. I would have cooked better and not wasted my money over the tasteless food. I would like a refund.

Charcoal Grill restaurant in UmAl Hassan is a cosy restaurant with good variety of food items at a reasonable price. The restaurant is located in an area which is full of eating joints and hence it requires an X factor to make people choose that....Well the food was good but with scope of improvement....While the rotis and curries were good...the Grilled chicken was overcooked....Special word of appreciation for the staff who were very prompt and tries their level best to make the customer happy...Definitely worth visiting ....

The food is generally good but the level of cleanliness needs to be improved.

They have a good promotion running more where many dishes are offered for BD.1/- each. Tried their hakka noodles, Chinese manchurian rice & Chicken tikka with roti from the pomotion and all were good for the price 👍Tried their chicken momos which had another promotion running (see attached pic for details- - there sauce for the momos was interesting. Not like the best momos i had, but were good.

A CUTE restaurant serving Chinese and Indian. Great budget restaurant with authentic flavours. Great for take away and delivery. A must visit because food is absolutely delicious!
