Fantastic location and good price for the location

I went straight to the hotel after checking out from a horrible stay at another place. Fortunately they had a room and my experience was great. Very clean room!

Un peu étroit et la douche est à revoir...

On était à lhôtel juste pour se laver et dormir.... HeureusementPar contre super emplacement. Jy retourne lannée prochaine 🙏🏾

Hotel met zeer weinig confort, geen deftig raam waar je kan buiten kijken dus weinig licht en lucht , raam kan amper open en van airco is er helemaal geen sprake. Op de singlekamer was geen spiegel aanwezig en enkel een klein lavabo waar je amper je handen kon in wassen. Er was slechts 1 douchehanddoek beschikbaar.

I noticed that someone else had the same experience and I wanted to back them up. They tried to get me to cancel a few weeks after booking, claiming they had refurbishment work going on. In my case, I refused, and went ahead with the booking. As expected, there was no work going on, it was just a ploy to increase the price. The location is great, but otherwise I wouldnt reccommend - WiFi virtually unusable, only a trickle for a shower, and the triple room was far too small for 3 people - the beds were almost touching!

un amigo se olvido su kindle en el hotel, no paso mas de una hora desde que nos habiamos ido que ya le habian comprado un libro, cuando nos comunicamos para que lo devolvieran nunca mas respondieron. Pesimo servicio, el wifi anda horrible tambien

We went there with a couple of friends. Nice place but cleaning stuff entered the room when the room wasn’t marked as ready to be cleaned, and they also stole a kindle from one of my friends. We tried to communicate with them but didn’t receive a response

I left behind my kindle by mistake after checkout…. How did I realize this? When I was boarding my plane I got an attempt to purchase a 16 eur book from my account. When I contacted the hotel to figure out if they would return it they never answered. Do not stay with this bunch of thieves.

Nice basic hotel close to Bayswater and Queensway tube Hyde park near by

It was bad.Bathroom way tiny, shower only drips, room was a hell of a steep climb to get to and there was a trip hazard hole in the floor.

Staff was great and helpful all the time I visited. They helped carrying our luggages to other room. Location is perfect, underground station just next to hotel. Street at back of hotel is great and includes all shops that human needs and also great restaurants.

A EVITER- Réception souvent fermée- Chambre bruyante (comme si la fenêtre était ouverteet mal agencée (on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit et il faut etre sur le lit pour ouvrir la fenêtre)- Pas dascenseur- Wifi fonctionnant très mal.- Ménage et lits jamais faits pendant le séjour.- Une seule serviette (rien pour sortir de la douche sans glisser).- Salle deau/WC exigue- ...Le PIRE : attitude de la réception inacceptable (voire malhonnêtequi ne répond pas aux emails et appels téléphoniques (jai oublié mon iPhone dans la chambre après mon départ... et, une semaine après, il est encore dans lhotel selon Apple). Jimagine quil fera un heureux !

Habitación muy pequeña, el wifi no funciona para todos los celulares, sólo el iPhone pude conectar. No realizan limpieza diaria en la habitación, sólo retiran la basura del papelero. A diferencia de otros hoteles donde estuve, facilitan pocas toallas, 1 dispensador de jabón que estaba malo y 1 frasco de shampoo usado. El precio no tenía relación con la calidad, carísimo, no volvería, pagas por una pieza, no un hotel.

des poils et des cheveux partout ,et pas de WiFi ,alors que cest annoncé chambre avec WiFi ,on me dit cest le Samsung galaxy S 21 ,lol , donc jai du payer ma WiFi ,alors que 180 livres pour 2 nuits ,fenêtre tellement sale ,quon ne voit pas dehors , et barre a tentures trop courte ,du coup plein soleil sur la tête de lit ,et le patron ,pakistanais se moque quand on se plaint ,essuis de bain sencer être blanc jaune pipi ,et qui puent ,jen ai acheter 1 nouveaux ,franchement non merci

Aus meiner Sicht nicht seriös. Wir haben Anfang des Jahres ein Deluxe Studio gebucht und bezahlt. Letzte Woche kam die Bitte seitens des Hotels, das wir die Zimmer stornieren sollen, da einzelne Flure während unser Reisezeit renoviert werden müssen. Auf unsere Nachfragen hieß es dann, dass das ganze Hotel geschlossen wird und man den Zeitraum nicht buchen kann.Naja, wir haben storniert und das Hotel ist aber weiterhin für den Zeitraum buchbar, auch das Zimmer was wir hatten. Nur kostet das Zimmer jetzt 200€ mehr.Das lässt vermuten, das man das Zimmer einfach für einen höheren Preis anbieten möchte und unser Zimmerpreis zu günstig war.

Estuvimos en una amplia y fantástica habitación de 8 personas y de gran tamaño.Muy cerca del hotel hay una estación de metro, numerosos restaurantes y supermercados.Hotel muy recomendable!

Location cant be beat. Two underground stations, hyde park, and lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. For the price, its great. The room may be a bit small for your liking- we didnt care, all we needed was a place to sleep after 15 hours on the town. Also, quite clean.
