Food arrived undercooked - part of the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was RAW! Sad to see this once vibrant campus spot deteriorate to low quality in food and attitude. It’s apparent that you are not a valued customer, just another table they don’t really care about. Leadership is clearly lacking.

The Apps are decent, but the desert is great! The service seems to always be decent! The potato skins were over cooked, otherwise I would give a higher score.

I ordered this burger without the applewood bacon, but certainly didn’t expect such a disappointment. Asked for it to be cooked medium and it definitely came out closer to medium-well. The flavor was completely bland and dry, I suspect it was not a wagyu burger patty but could not make such a determination for certain. I would not recommend ordering the bourbon wagyu burger whatsoever. It was certainly not worth the price at $16.50. The fries were better than the burger.The bartender was exceptional, however. She was friendly, attentive, and friendly.This place will not survive with this as a standard.

This place is such a disappointment 🙄 we’ve been there a few times the last few months Due to the fact that my mentally challenged brother-in-law is suffering stomach cancer at the James we really wanted to like it .place has a great atmosphere the food is good but it’s the worst service we’ve ever had we keep trying to go back and give them another chance and we just keep leaving frustrated and disappointed. We both have been in the restaurant business for over 35 years and we understand Covid and short staffed but there’s no excuse for rudeness the manager should really do something about their staff

The food was hot, the person who seated us was very nice, and so was the bartender. However our waitress Kenya, never once checked on us, at least not until after someone got up and went over to where the hostess and bartender were sorting silverware and asked for a refill. She decided that her phone call was more important than the people she was serving. I watched her sitting at a table with her back turned to us while on her phone the whole time we were eating. She was friendly while she was serving us its just too bad that was only at the beginning and end of our meal.

Meh. Ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon. It was thin and over cooked. Bacon was floppy and undercooked🤢. Fries were not regular cut fries but waffle fries instead. My table ordered the artichoke dip and the portion size was laughable.

The waitress was overworked, but was still pleasant in spite of it. Asked for my burger to be put on sourdough, came back on a bun 😢. Ordered mashed potatoes, they were cold. Atmosphere was nice enough, but it took the food nearly an hour to arrive, and then... So, although I joined the rewards club, not sure Ill be back to enjoy rewards. It was Labor Day and they had about 20% capacity.

Good food and atmosphere. A bit pricey for what you get. Thinks its higher scale than it is. On par to a slight step up from other better than average Americana restaurants. Guinness on tap. Ribs are good, but butchered incredibly poorly. Had all kinds of bone shards to contend with in my meal.

I’ll pass next time.Placed an online order and was given a >1hr wait time…ok, fine no problem. Arrive 10min before it’s due and the food is sitting on a random counter not a warming station or anything. Looks and tasted like it had been ready for some time - cooling off, soggy, etc.I assume it wasn’t actually a 1hr wait and it got made much faster??? So it sat there for what? 30min?It’s takeout but come on, I paid $14 for a burger and fries that looks like this?

I have eaten here 2xs first time wasnt so good but they told us they was really short staffed it was so bad 50 mins just to get basic food 25 mins on a salad and only 7 tables in the entire resturant. 2nd time was a group me and co workers going out to draft our fantasy football team as i called ahead told them wr were coming when i got there and told them my party was here they looked so confused and lost. I said we really need a table we called on 6 hours ago they mumbled under there breath saying something 20 mins later with a half empty resturant they sat us but never asked us for drinks finally we waved at the waiter hey we need drinks and ready to order , no refills and food took hours. I will never eat here again.

0-Star. Line/Delivery Organizer was extremely rude. My customers order sat boxed up for 10 minutes and during that time, all he did was make excuses to other guests and why the order could not be boxed up. I felt bad for the old timers we was dumping on at the table behind me.

Ordered 12 boneless chicken wings, got 7. Chicken was warm (at bestand breading was hard as a brick! Another person in our party got 1/2 plate of fries.Waiter was nice but food disappointing.

The potato skins are a joke for $11.. basically two baked potatoes with a thin layer of cheese, three bacon bits, and two pieces of green onion. Ridiculous for the price.

Not a good experience. I came back for the mile high nachos, the waitress said they dont have them anymore but the ones they had were just like them. To be fair, the nachos they served were good and I wouldnt turn them down if you offered them to me but they were no where near close to anything like the mile high nachos. I reccomend just saying no We no longer have mile high nachos but we still serve nachos.

Place smells like a frier. We thought we would be able to see a movie after lunch, but 35 minutes after the movie start time, our lunch still hadnt arrived. Service was so/so, no explanation why it was so slow, no offer of drinks for our long wait. Would not go back.

I placed an order at 10:42 for a Po Boy and fries and they skipped it. I was informed by the Uber driver that my Po Boy was the only item left for them to make of my order. It is now 12:30 and my order is not ready. I called and was informed that they are unaware of the reason behind the delay.

The only thing that was good was the water and fries. The hamburgers, chicken sandwich and chicken sliders we ordered were all over cooked. The bun for the hamburger I had was burnt. That is the tray that has the bun and cheese on it. We probably will not return.

Stoped in tonight around 6:40pm to grab a bite to eat. Took forever for someone to come over to greet and seat us. Then after being seated we waited another 7-10 with absolutely no service, so needless to say we walked out and gave our business/money to another restaurant. This is not a great way to stay in business Champs!!! So disappointed, We won’t be back.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. The menu is absolutely fantastic! Loved every single moment spent.

They were very busy with only a few waitresses and chefs. They were super composed and friendly and we were able to have a leisurely lunch celebrating our 49th Anniversary. Waitress made great suggestions. Food was delicious. I had the grilled pork chop and asked for no bbq sauce. Delicious. My husband had blackened chicken pasta. He loved it. The mile high pie was everything we were expecting as we shared it. Highly recommend.

Well, this place has gone down hill. Spinach dip was gross and watery - literally not edible at all. It took us 20 minutes to cash out after we got our check. And, they’re clearly not cleaning or maintaining the place. The handles were even broken off the front door.

Love this place! Food and staff are great. Manager always comes up with new drinks each month and some of my now favorites have come from her creations!! We eat here at least once a week! Jess is a great bartender

It’s definitely my worst experience ever. I ordered a medium rare bone in ribeye today. And the steak is stinky and rancid, which is definitely spoiled. I told the waitress, and waitress brings the manager. Manager told me that the steak is totally fine, and it’s my problem. I mean seriously? I don’t ask any money or a free meal. All I asked is you guys to admit that the steak is not ok and an apology to me. Was that so hard? It will be a zero star without any doubt.

Stopped in tonight and got the sampler, it was amazing as always! Jess the Bartender, is amazing and always takes the time to ensure our every need is met, and keeps the cold ones flowing! Thanks guys for great food and good times!!

The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, yet the service was slow. It took an hour for the waitress to take our food order. The food then took another 45 minutes to start coming out. We were a party of 12 and the food came out at different times for each person. Some people in our party had finished eating before all the food had been delivered. Waitress did not refill drinks either. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Food tasted great...but service was horrible.

The food was actually pretty good. We didnt get our food for an hour and a half, but it was because our server didnt put in our order until 30 mins after she took it. We didnt even get our waters until 30 mins after we had been there. I could tell they were shirt staffed, but it would have been nice, for our server to let us know, so that we can expect a longer wait time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order was wrong, so had to wait on correct one… then waitress tells us we are getting a new server (even tho the original was just walking around). We ordered desert and they we’re out of more than one of them. So we picked something else, and it took about 20 minutes for ice cream and another 20 for a cookie… we could not get anyone’s attention to ask to just cancel the cookie and get our checks because it was taking so long. Finally someone came over with it, we asked it to be boxed. Still no sign of server. The worst part… we were one of TWO tables in the ENTIRE restaurant. Will not be going back, ever. Terrible experience.

I came alone, it wasn’t crowed or really busy, but my food came to me barely warm, as if it sat on a counter for some time before it was brought to my table. Who likes Luke warm Alfredo.. the staff seemed polite as to why they even got two.

Our server did a great job. Suggested some featured drinks. Very accommodating. I had the sliders. I dont recommend them. Several others had some much better looking burgers. Onion rings were top notch. Waffle fries a big upgrade over the regular fries which were very so so.

The store associates help my son wit his shoes purchase so very pleased. Not too pushy but was able to find him something that was his style. Seeings my son wears a size 13 at least this store had good selection for a person with a larger foot.

Service was amazing. Food not so much. Its unfortunate specially these days with everything going on. Thats why we chose to support local where we hadnt been to in years old time favorite. Place was dead and empty. Better than overly packed. Then a huge table was basically sat on top of us. The place is huge pretty unnecessary. Spinach dip was super runny. Even though we took forever to order, the salads took exceptionally long which was sketchy. What came out was inedible. Being a chef I know when stuff is funny and I would never send back food this was the first time ever had too. I asked if the salmon was fresh or frozen. The cooks told the server it was fresh and I ordered it rare. Huge no no to serve frozen rare u should have seen these salmon..I hope the best for them but think they need to proberly train their kitchen. We werent trying to get free food we wanted a decent meal. Again amazing server (manager in training). Id honestly be scared to go back hope the best of luck to them.

Great place to watch your favorite teams on TV. Every way you turn you have a great view. Awesome Bottle beer and draft selection. They also have great Happy Hour Specials that run all day on the weekends. Our group tried food from all categories of the menu, not one complaint. Food was tasty. Definitely try the Widow Maker Burger! Huge! We will definitely return. Did I say they have some of the friendliest staff????

I ordered A double Burger with bacon grilled cheese ... There was no bacon no onions no sauceThere was barely hamburger!! I also order deep fried cookie dough Its shown in cute little portions with chocolate and Carmel drizzle it was a disgusting ball of dough!!!

Ordered from the Nashville Hot Chicken menu through DoorDash. The pictures on the app showed chicken breasts bigger than the bun. What we got on our two $13 sandwiches was a single chicken tender not even half the size of the bun.What we did get was tasty but this portion size is definitely not worth the price tag.

Always great food and great service. Sometimes the amount of food you get for the money seems a bit small, but honestly... who doesnt need to eat less anyway?! 🤣

Had lunch today with son and husband. My son loved his burger. I tried the crispy chicken sliders and fries. My husband got the french dip. My sliders looked good but the chicken was quite rubbery. Im only recently trying more chicken so my husband tried one and said the same thing. I ate one of them. He only ate half his sandwich and said it is definitely not an $18 sandwich. Our fries were a bit undercooked. Not worth the $57 bill. However the atmosphere is good, the server was great and friendly. You used to have a club sandwich I loved. Wish that was back. Lately alot of the food is just mediocre - except the burgers. This always are pretty good.

Will not return here.Ill start with the pros. The staff was really friendly Ill give them that.Other than that, I ordered potato skins. Which I would think is one of the easiest things to make on the menu. Well they were thoroughly thoroughly cooked. I had to I pill the black edges to make them somewhat descent.My friend received a receipt for 21.XX and a signature receipt for 31.XX. We let them know this and they acknowledged their error but they let him know that since the charge for the $31 went through well have to charge you for both and refund the $31. With all that said I can go to plenty of other places before I return here. ✌🏾✌🏾

Had lunch there today....it’s been awhile but quite frankly we won’t be going back. A little pricey for what you get, our food took quite awhile considering there were only about 3 tables seated. The gentleman who brought out our food was great making several trips to get everything we needed; however our server never checked on us after the food arrived until she came to clear plates although she passed our table several times. A quick stop to ask us how everything was and if we needed anything would have been nice.

Terrible sound during debate watch party. Also very slow service despite most of the restaurant having very few customers.Edit: I was contacted by customer service and agreed to give a second try. Service was excellent on my return. Food was very good as well. I was unable to check on sound in the left side room because it was not on in that room. Sound in the main room was fine. I am raising my rating to reflect the improved service.

Food was not very hot or cooked the way we ordered. But it was ok. Ordered a medium burger and parts of it were raw in the middle. Had it re-made and it came out mid-well to well done. Which was better than raw but a little crispy for my taste.Service was amazing! Loved our waitress, which is why Im still giving 3 stars. Tipped her well!

Been a while since Ive been to a chammps after the one near me closed down a number of years ago. A bit on the pricey side these days but comparable to similar restaurants so not singling this one out.Met some friends here on Thanksgiving. The Thanksgiving meal sounded good but was too much food for me. Rest of the menu was, again, comparable to similar restaurants.Plenty of TVs to watch all the days sporting events.Beer seemed to be on special - $3 drafts - not sure if regular price or what. Didnt know this till I got the check, otherwise may have had a couple more (only had 2).The cheesecake was excellent.Hostess came by towards the end and gave us coupons for future visit. We had a group of 4 but only gave us 2 coupons. Not complaining, just found it odd. The two who took them would use it more than us other 2 anyways.All in all, good time.

Food was decent but overpriced. Had to wait 15 mins to get service and its not crowded.

I happened to come in for drinks one day as Im visiting from out of town. The customer service has been spectacular. I happen to have left my wireless earbuds at the bar and when I originally called no one had seen them. I came in the next day to just have a drink figuring I just lost them. The bartender is like hey we have your buds! So Im excited. Well they knew they had them just they were misplaces but they spent over an hour on a mission to find them. I appreciate it. The foods good too but customer service will definitely keep me coming back.

Overall it was a cool bar. Very inviting atmosphere and definitely fit the profile of a sports bar. At the same time the seating portion for those looking to dine was very open and still retained the sports feeling. However, the service was pretty slow. The place was pretty dead at 4pm on a Saturday. Despite only a fraction of the tables being full, we waited close to 45 minutes for our food. Our server was polite but didnt check in too often. Food and drinks were great though

This place doesn’t have their act together. Our order took about 45 minutes to arrive (sort of understandable on a Saturday night),but my sons pizza was missing. The staff said it would be up soon. 10 minutes later they ask if we still want it, we say yes. 5 minutes later they agree to comp our bill and a manager brings the “pizza” pictured in this review. We asked for a box, but never got it. I’m no pizza expert, but this kids pizza is “fu@k you” personified. We won’t be returning.

We arrived with a party of 9 on Friday a little before 6PM. Happy hour ended at 6, so the waiter Eddie took our orders from the happy hour menu. The chicken wings we ordered were cold. The service was very slow and we had to ask multiple times for drinks and other items like mustard. The burger we ordered without tomato and extra onion came with tomato and very little onion. With all the restaurants to choose from in this area, we will not return here.

Food was very different and pretty good. The sweet potato fries were over cooked but had a good flavor. The Dilemma Chicken sandwich was surprising good. Didnt know how the combination of Fried Chicken breast and egg would go but the server said it was the most popular menu item right now. Guess curiosity is winning there, glad I tried it. The wife had a Loaded Grilled Cheese and really liked it. They didnt skimp on ingredients at all. Great place to try some out of the norm grub.

Kids meal was good and sizable for the price. Some come with sides, others dont (fries were extra but only $1). It says on the website that it comes with a sundae but I didnt see it on the menu and has to ask. Nachos were already getting soggy by the time they got to the table (my only complaintbut they were still really good, tons of toppings and I ate them as a meal and there were tons of leftovers. Im taking them and most of the fries to my hubby now! Atmosphere and server were awesome.

It was very nice this time. Sometimes the food can be a tad off... But overall worth it. Today was exceptionally good.
