I stayed there as part of the Kenya Delegation to the Africa Youth Chess Championship. The hotel was a great place to stay and ver friendly for the children. Petronilla Mbulo, at the Front Office was a very helpful person, who went above and beyond to make sure people were comfortable.

Very great experience, good price, good location and great facilities too. Enjoyed very much but just became becareful when handing over laundry. I was overcharged double. Great housekeepers too Mildred and Captain.

I enjoyed my stay at chamba valley hotel, their service was very good, prices are fair, food was good i felt at home and would def stay there again

I think I enjoyed my stay here, it does look a great resort center, the rooms look quite big, the toilet is big enough to be a room and toilet in my city, now the "but"Their remotes both for TV and AC in my room werent working had to call the from desk [there was no info on numbers for basic depts in the hotel put in the room, thats poor] but kudos to them, their responses to requests are good, their staff can be helpful too, I enjoyed the beautiful serene environs till you get to the pool which usually is busy, lets not forget the mosquitoes in this place make sure to come with a repellantBut by and large I would love to come back here

Good spacious rooms. Our conference was spoilt at day 3 of 5 when electricity went. The solar and generator backups also went down. The panic by participants was terrible. Staff needs more public relations to keep guests assured.
