This guest house is fantastic. A very clean and comfortable room with plenty of electrical sockets. Although a shared toilet, shower and bathroom, they were right next to our room and very clean. There was a wash basin in the room and lovely fluffy white towels provided. Tea bags and coffee sachets including decaf coffee with milk, brown and white sugar. Electric kettle was immaculately clean. TV in room.Cooked breakfast included. Lovely and hot. No choice for breakfast but core items of bacon, sausage, baked beans, scrambled egg and toast. Not so keen on scrambled egg but nevertheless beautiful breakfast. Cereals and orange juice available, tea and coffee made to order, coffee just perfect for my taste.The host was so welcoming and helpful without being intrusive.Can’t fault Chadwick’s guest house at all, would love to stay again when back that way. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything is good , me and my wife we spent 2days and 2nights and we felt very comfortable, guest house was very clean, breakfast is served with respect. Very good overall. Thank you sir

Arrived early

Clean, comfortable and very friendly. It reminds me of old school guest houses. Claudio is an excellent host and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend staying if you are visiting the area.

All the reviews of Chadwicks spoke so highly of the place that I was worried it wouldnt live up to the hype- I was so wrong! The whole place is absolutely spotless, comfy beds, huge breakfast. Claudio, the owner, couldnt have been more accommodating (but completely unobtrusive). My partner and I had to work in the days in-between flat hunting and the WiFi had great signal at all times. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Middlesbrough! Claudio the owner was very nice. Helped me and my mate with the bags and cooked us breakfast. The place was clean. I have no complaints, the service was good! !! Recommend.

Claudio, the owner, is a true gentleman. He cooks an excellent English Breakfast and is very accommodating. The room and bathroom were pristine clean and the shower functioned very well. All in all probably the best value digs Ive stayed in!

Very friendly and welcoming situated close to convenience stores and not far to the town centre.The room I stopped in was clean and tidy and quite spacious, breakfast was good all in all the price was extremely good value I. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little bed and breakfast. Reasonably priced, clean and quiet. Room was comfortable and well presented. Breakfast offered was delicious and enjoyable.Only 4 stars due to shared toilet and no option for sausage for an English breakfast.

Great service all the time

Basic B & B but more than adequate as a base.Rooms clean with everything you would expect and a cooked breakfast included in a very reasonable daily rate. I would definitely reccommend if you are on a budget, 3* at 1* price.

The owner was incredibly rude, was not expecting this from the other reviews but turns out others have reviews removed at their request. Cheap, yes. Good value? No.

Lovely little place. very clean, cosy and warm. there is a park nearby which is a huge plus to me. close to James cook hospital ,city center and train station.Claudio the owner is very nice and helpful.

Lovely friendly Guest House.... excellent facilities and good nights sleep followed by an excellent cooked breakfast all so continental style breakfast if so desired. I would Definitely recommend this place to stay... 😊

Really nice. Big house with a modern decor. Rooms big and comfortable. Lighting was a bit dim but generally OK. Nights were quiet so slept well. Smashing breakfast. Very friendly greeting. Would definately stay again. Recommended!

Nice stay for one night. In a twin room (£48includes breakfast and parking, free wifi aswell.The room was clean and plenty of space. Private bathroom outside of the room.

I cannot begin to say how helpful and friendly the landlord was. We arrived in an extremely disheveled state as wed been cycling in the rain on a muddy cyclepath. He was very very helpful and completely unphased by it all. My friend had to go and pick his car up the next morning and, again, the landlord was very accommodating and let us keep his bike there for collection later. Rooms were clean and the area was quiet. Definitely 5 stars.
