Love this little Place , the beef steak salad I ordered was perfect!

Never disappoints. Great food and service every time for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This location was very delicious. Food was good and service was fantastic. If you like spicy this is it! Would definitely recommend .

The food is delicious service is good to me but the people didnt tip I wouldnt bring the food till somebody did tip that was going to the same place the ones that dont tip and wait

Great prices. Great ambiance. Food portions are generous. Our waitress, Lupe, was on point. The Restaurant needs to be expanded due to its popularity! And, adding another restroom would help!

Enjoyed the meal and friendly services. A little on the hot side with the salsa. Busy, you may want to get take out. With drinks you will spend some time with dine-in.

We used to live in Dona Ana and this is our favorite restaurant. We always stop here when we come back to town to visit family. Love their monster margaritas! (and the food, of course)

Great food and even better service.

They left the plate I ordered too long under the broiler. Turned the cheese to shellac,...& they brought it to the table!! I left w/out lunch 😠

I dont like giving bad reviews, but after the letdown.... if you look close, youll see greasy menu covers and greasy table tops. Shrimp tacos, well since they had lots of shrimps, Ill give 4 out of five stars. The misses had beef tacos. The taste of the food there was lacking. If youve been to Oaxaca or great Mexican food place, youd never go back to Chachis. The rice and salsas were good though and a nice helping of guacamole. Staff was top notch.

This is the #1 spot in all of cruces they dont post alot of pictures but the food is grate and the drinks are on point and the location is right off the 25 highway the cost is very affordable the only thing is they close at 8:30pm.

Love it food is perfectly prepared. Servers are friendly and are glad to see you. We. Are quickly becoming regulars. Excellent place to eat. A little small eating areas but its always worth it. Prices increased about a dollar across the menu. Foods as good as ever. Well worth the trip.

I usually get the Works Burger because its bigger than most burger joints. However, they are now making them regular size (prob same size as McDonaldsat an increased price! Buyer beware...

While I agree with the other reviews about the quality of the food (I like it spicy), and the incredible service (when you sit down, they make you feel like a long lost friend), what I really like about this restaurant is its location. Even though it is very close to Las Cruces, the Dona Ana location feels hundreds of miles away. Brunch is very relaxing!

Good service and great food for a great price. Wife had a Margarita and it looked good and by her account was delicious. Will be back soon!

Great food, I thought the salsa was very spicy, but Im weak. Carne Asada tacos were top notch, great portion sizes.

Family just had a horrible experience at chachis ordered a combo plate and they forgot the red Chile con Carne my mother called and had to argue with them because they insisted it was there. She takes it in and all the staff are just huddled looking at her through the window saying its in there and the manager ends asking her to go inside to pick through it and sure enough no Chile con Carne. The Manager apologized and gave her the chili con Carne but the whole time they were picking through it another employee stood there looking at my mom. I also later find out that my father order a burrito that usually has meat but not today. So now I have some picked through food that Im debating on eating, dad went vegan for a day and debating on ever going back there because how disrespectful they were and honestly how inconsistent they have been.

We had a wonderful early dinner during monster margaritas happy hour. The nacho plate is gigantic! Definitely enough to share with a table of friends. It was so,so good.

We love the entire menu, and a few of our personal favorites are the Beef Fajita Tacos, Enchiladas, Caldo de Rez - they have a great option for quick crubside pickup, but be warned this place is delicious, which means you may have to wait a bit, yet so worth it!!!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is good & they have a good selection of beers & drinks. The place is small but the service is good & the staff is friendly. Definitely a must when in Las Cruces!

Excellent fresh bold spicy red salsa. Most Mexican restaurants dont offer this level of authentic spice. Excellent affordable prices and generous portions. Good fast service and easy parking. Hatch New Mexico a nearby town is famous for its salsa and has an annual festival.

Always a great place to eat.I only wish their dining room was larger to accommodate more tables.The wait staff is always very kind and attentive.Kitchen staff turns out consistently delicious food.

Excellent Mexican food. Everything was excellent and inexpensive. The green and red salsas were excellent. The combination plates were a perfect way to experience all of Chachis food. The waiting staff is excellent. This will be the first place that I will go to when I visit my family in Las Cruces. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant.

We came here with a fellow from the neighborhood. I was very impressed. The food was excelent the service was good and the prices were reasonable. If you are traveling through and are tired of fast food come find Chachis and sit back and enjoy.

Fresh, authentic, large portions, great chili, whats not to love about this place!? Best gordita in the area. Well be back - well worth the drive just outside of Las Cruces. Helpful staff. ♡

We just stopped here after reading a review that said it was the best Mexican food in Las Cruces and they weren’t lying! The food was beyond good. We had the chili rellenos, cheese enchiladas with green sauce and fish tacos and all were excellent. Chili rellenos was the best we’ve had - the batter was light (not heavy and deep fried tastingand you could really taste the actual chili. I don’t usually care for Mexican rice but I ate all of this rice up it was so good! And to top it all of the gentleman who took our order was fast, extremely friendly, and provided great service. 10 out of 10, check this place out!!

We ordered Beef and chicken flautas to go as dining out is still closed due to the pandemic. They were cooked perfectly. Service was fast and efficient and provided with a smile. I highly recommend ordering here or dining in and checking out the fun murals once it is possible again! We will be back!

Good food. Service was friendly and quick. Kinda loud at times, but the food was excellent. Limited beer selection. Neat atmosphere and painting on the walls.

This place has really good food. I had the carne asada tacos I asked them to hold the cilantro because Im not a fan of cilantro. They were really good The meat is delicious. My friend had the brisket tacos and they were very good as well. One of my other friends had the brisket burrito and he said it was really good. They have red and green salsa they serve with chips and the green salsa was actually really good. The only issue I have is the Pepsi products and Im not a fan of that but I just had some iced tea instead

They have an awesome Carne Asada salad that is amazing. One of my favorite dishes.

Delicious enchiladas! Flat with an egg is what I had and loved every bite. HUGE margaritas. Skip the sopapillas, though.
