Chacapuri - Georgian restaurant in Vilnius, Lithuania
Chacapuri in Vilnius
Description
Privilege
Very tasty and fast.
Great place to taste Armenian national dishes in the heart of Old town of Vilnius.
MoreNice place .
Very delicious and the prices are fairly cheap.
Ajaruli kachapuri is a traditional Georgian dish. We have visited Georgia, country not the state, and being veggies practically lived on these. Chacpuri the outdoor cafe in Vilnius makes fresh kachapuri apparently daily. Staff are very efficient and although it looks like a place you would go to the counter you are actually served at the table. For a really traditional meal wash your food down with a Georgian beer. Prices are very competitive.
MoreSuper
Awesome food, awesome service, we definitely will come back!
Quiet and small characteristic place in the capital streets. Typical georgian food to take away and visit the city
MoreLooking to snack there. The Georgian wine was great!
Great service. Staff multilingual . Very welcoming. Massive and delicious portions . In the centre. What else would You need? Great
MoreAverage at best. Omitting the Lithuanian twist to the food, the dough is flavourless and makes most dishes just ok. Price-wise, not particularly cheap in the grand scheme of things (~11€/personbut probably affordable for Lithuania. Chacapuri is not recommended unless you have no other choice
MoreAmazing place to eat some delicious Georgia food.Pizza kind baked food with special Georgian cheese.Prices are normal. Good for your pocket.Classy tea service🤘Recommended 👍😊
MoreI love this place. Food was amazing! Definitely worth trying if you visiting Vilnius. Also they have more locations in the city. Not sure how much it’s authentic Georgian food, but it was soooooo good!
MoreNice place, havent tried Georgian cuisine, but they have Natakhtari and coffee is good, legit.
MoreWe got the "street option" so we could eat it on the go.The food was dry, and the cheese was tasteless and with the consistency of rubber. The obly reason I give two stars is because I had better on another restaurant. This one in the center does not have the means to keep up the good standards.
MoreLovely spot for coffee and food!!!
Delicious! And the grape lemonade was very good as well.
As a Georgian tourist I RECOMMEND IT!!! GOOD!!!!
this place is amazing! friendly people working there and great service and delicious food, had the soup and their salmon and spinach bread thing, was really good and will come again soon 🙏🙏🙏👌👏👍
MoreReally enjoyed the Georgian food here. The kachapuri was perfectly cheesy and the soup was delicious. Moreover the dishes are really affordable. Would really recommend!
MoreExcellent Georgian food. The cheese and egg chachpuri was delicious. Not to expensive and quick to cooked freshly made to order.
MoreSuper delicious! It is not so expensive and they also have cocktails and beer. There is only place outside
MoreReally convenient place to have some lunch or dinner based on typical Georgian food: Chacapury.Food is really tasty and very well prepared. Service is fast and agreable.Perfect location and excellent price.
MoreIn the heart of an Old town, a perfect place for a beer and something to eat.
No Georgian wine! Very pedestrian approach to what should be fabulous Georgian cooking!
MoreDefinitely, I had better ones. Cheese lacks a taste.
Very tasty chačiapuri!
Absolutely disgusting!Lithuanian friends invited us to stop here for a coffee. My little daughter had to go to the toilett but there was only one of those mobile toilett boxes. After entering the disgusting smell wasnt the problem. It was the toilett itself where the rests of former visitors were forming a strange disgusting tower inside it. Never saw such a place. I was close to puke.Question: What is the hygenic status of their kitchen?
MoreDelicious food in the heart of old town
Food tastes great, yet the tables and chairs are dirty. The menu was also very dirty, overall the experience was disgusting.
MoreGood price, simple and tasty chacapuri. Birds might steal some of your food though. So - 1 star for that😂😂
MoreThe food was great and location was fantastic, however warning: do not use the bathroom here if you can help it. Portaloo. And there is no water. Hand fresheners were provided but that didn’t quite cut it and we were lucky to have had hand sanitiser on us. Also, the Georgian lemonade was a bright green concoction which no one at our table could withstand. It’s probably an acquired taste....
MoreThe location of this restaurant is absolutely wonderful. Located in the old town square of Vilnius, this restaurant/ cafe has great background music and delicious Georgian food. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for a nice lunch break.
MoreThose cakes are great! 🙂 the place is always full of people. You can order takeout and sit in the park next to the place.
MoreNice soup and tasty kachapouri sold from this kiosk. Very attentive service. Everythin homemade and at very good prices!
MoreHonestly after visiting Georgia there was one thing that i had missed and it was their chacapuri! This place is the best in Vilnius to get some. Delicious food, great atmosphere, good prices and friendly staff! Since its located on one of the main streets it would be a shame if you wouldnt check it out. Me and my family always keep coming back here and will do so in the future :>
MoreIn the heart of Vilnius you can get authentic georgian food, which is really tasty👌🏾
MoreLoved their chacapuri
Good place to take some Georgian food , cheap and tasty
Really great to see Georgian food available in Vilnius. Several kinds of khachapuri available, including the classic Adjarian (open "boat" with an egg on top). The execution is reasonably good, but if you come here right after visiting Georgia youll be disappointed.
MoreVery slow service and unpolite. Also, they made a mistake while taking order and blamed us afterwards not being clear. The waitress was even send back by the manager to our table to make clear it was simply our own mistake. We were with 2 adults and 3 children, so 5 in total. Apparently she only wrote down 4 small dishes. Usually, a waitress asks anyway if you are sure to order only 4 dishes when with 5 people. So, our forgotten order was simply put last in line instead of preparing with priority. They did not provide any other solution. We already had to wait 25 minutes on the initial order to arrive. For some simple dough with cheese! And with the terrace only half full... Do not go here. Food was ok, although a bit salty.
MoreTasty food not too expensive and good service
Amazing dishes!
First time tried a khachapuri. Tastes great!
Good, tasty, not expensive
Great place for people watching. Delicious and inexpensive chacapuri.
Well made chachapuris, tasty
Nice place for people watching. The ethnic dish served is something between a pancake and pizza and great for a midday snack
MoreCheap place to have a lot of Georgian chacapuri, which is basically whatever filling you want (usually with cheesewrapped in a kind of pizza-like dough. Baked to order so you may wait a while, but its worth it.
MoreNice staff, good and cheap Georgian food.
