Cetățuia Park in Zalau

Every time I come to Cluj I climb here. It has a great view of the city and the climb is not too difficult. Unfortunately there is no shop up there si make sure to bring some water with you.

It is a lovely place! Nature, lovely views and lots more! ☕

The Best Park în Cluj. Amazing views, u can see the hole City. It has playgrounds and skydiving training grounds and also u can find some of the most popular terraces.

Low maintenance, dangerous stairs, a lot of bugs, disappointing experience. The only positive point is the view.

Cetatuie Park has a nice overview over some big parts of cluj. Its a really nice place to hang out with your friends or to explore the city if youre a tourist. There are lots of park benches or places you can sit down and relax while looking at the city. There are also pubs and food trucks if you get hungry or thirsty. Its one of my favorite places in this city, I recommend you hit it up if youre coming through cluj anytime soon.

Cluj-Napoca, the second largest city in Romania,is an exceptionally beautiful city, very clean and organized. You can easily walk around or take public transportation to other interesting places. The Mattias Rex monument and the St Michaels cathedral are must-visit places, as well as the Avram Iancu Cluj plaza. I highly recommend staying at Casa Pasteur (Str. L. Pasteur 14if you are on a budget. Its very close to the "centru" of the city and in a very nice neighborhood. Be careful crossing most streets. They also use traffic lights for pedestrians!

The view of the city is amazing.I recommend going here during the summer evening so you can also see the sunset.You will have to climb a few stairs in order to see the best view.

Its a great part in Cluj, also one of the attractions. Its located near the river and is a relatively quiet place. You can to for walks or picnics there but other than that there is nothing to do. The view is nice tho.

A beautiful place with a beautiful view. There is also a nice outdoor lounge at the top. But the stairs are in a terrible state, broken, shaky and even more dangerous in rain and snow. The lounge is very expensive. The prices are not in relation to the average income of the people.There is place for improvement!

I find this place shady and beautiful at the same time. It’s offers a beautiful view over Cluj and good to just hang out especially during the summer.

Good vantage point to view the town, both during the day and the night. The access is not that difficult, there are some stair to get to the top, well light during the night.

Nice panorama of the city especially at sunset on a gorgeous sunny day. There are 2 ways to go up/down there, one being to go through private houses which I did accidentally when I went up as I was following a young family assuming they were tourists... and the "official" way with proper stairs so to say. Pretty satisfied to have skipped a team event where colleagues were indoor and shot onto one another with laser and went instead for this 3 hour walk in the city, ha!

If you enjoy nature and sceneries its a must! Peaceful and very welcoming, one of the best parks Ive visited so far!

One of my favorites places to walk around in Cluj. It has a nice panoramic view and its also pretty close to Klausenburg restaurant, which is also a nice place to spend some time with a nice view over the city.

Great place for first time visitors in Cluj to see the city from the bird sight. From here you will have an amazing view of the old city center, be it in the morning or in the evening. Plus, its a great place for making panoramic photos and photos with the city on the background. Recommend everyone to visit it!

If you climb some stairs, quite a few, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Nothing fancy, wouldnt recommend at night. There is also a restaurant if you are hungry or thirsty

One of Clujs landmarks, Cetatuia Park is the best place from where you can admire the city. It offers an incredible panoramic view of Cluj and it gets you out (and aboveall the noise of the city.Its a good place to go for a walk, a jog or even a cup of coffee.

Nothing special. Nice view over the city from the top. The way to there is easy, so you can walk even with shoes. Its pretty quiet but there are a lot of people. I think going at night is a good idea.

Youll get a pretty good view over the city from this spot. The central park is on the right and the football stadium with its lights can also be observed if there is an event going on. Its also almost a workout climbing all the stairs to get up there so youll feel like you deserve the sight once you get there.

Lovely park with lots of stairs so you need to be either fairly fitt or take often some breaks. Lovely terraces where you can take a beverage and outstanding view of the city from high ground.

It is a hill where you can see the city view. Not too high. Many people come here so you might find it difficult to find good corner for photograph. There is a cafe up here if you hungry. Very good atmosphere. Suggest.

Nice views of Cluj Napoca from above. The park pathways need some restoration and the park lacks cleaning overall. At sunset the place fills up with couples that get there to enjoy the changing lights of the city as darkness and streetlights change the view.

Beautiful view of the whole Cluj-Napoca city, a terrace where you can have a bite to eat or a drink, nature, fresh air and an amazing view. A must see when visiting Cluj-Napoca.

A slight climb for excellent views of Cluj-Napoca. Wish I would have noticed the stairs (southeast siderather than scrambling up the unpaved paths on the southwest!
